"Come over here!” Tommy urged as he shot at the assassin.

“What is this guy doing here? To rescue me? But what about Lucia?’ She thought and

remained standing. “Just go! This is none of your business!”

"Of course, it's my business! I can't watch you die!” Tommy emptied his gun and a bullet pierced

through his arm.

Anne jolted and darted over to take Tommy away. “Let's go!”

The two ran down the emergency exit, while the assassin charged after them.

The assassin had run out of bullets as well and tossed the gun aside, before launching a kick at

Anne.

Anne shoved Tommy aside and countered the attack.

Both Anne and the assassin were well-trained and for a moment, neither seemed to be better than

the other.

Tommy leaned against the wall to watch as the two attacked with all their might.

He had run out of bullets and could not attack behind the woman's back, but he reached for the

shattered glasses on the ground instead and continued to throw them toward the assassin.

The assassin dodged the glasses and glared at Anne fiercely. “Do you want that woman to die?”

“What woman? I don't care about any woman but Anne. Anne, ignore her,” Tommy shouted..

Anne felt differently, because there would always be another victim after Lucia and since there was

no way of knowing who that might be, she could not afford to gamble.

She had to finish everything before she lost someone truly important to her.

"Just go!” Anne stood in the front and urged.

“I can't leave you behind.” Tommy refused to listen.

“I-umph!” Something stabbed into her back and she gaped, before shoving Tommy aside. and

removing the needle on her back. She stood in disbelief and stared at Tommy, who was bleeding

from his arm. “You...”

"Sorry, but I'm actually one of them.” A dark look appeared on Tommy's face as he sneered at her.

Anne could not comprehend how Tommy would be “one of them’.

“Is he an assassin, too? Since when?’ She thought.

She could have resisted and jumped out of the window, but she did not.

The drug entered her bloodstream and she slowly began to lose her strength.

Tommy walked over to lift her body up. “I'm taking you with me.”

The helicopter flew off, but Tommy did not board it and was simply using the helicopter as

a decoy.

After all, Anthony had eyes all over Luton.

He carried Anne into the elevator and got into a vehicle that left the building.

Anne panted and flushed under the effect of the drug, and soon realized what she had been

injected with.

“What...are you going to do?” She muttered.

Tommy tilted her chin up. “I want to see you begging. If I take a video of you begging for it

underneath me, what would Anthony think?”

"You...are the leader of Tianya?” Anne asked, almost certain that he was as it explained why the

leader seemed to know exactly where she and Anthony were.

“You don’t sound so surprised, though?” Tommy asked teasingly.

Each breath Anne drew hurt as she trembled under the effect of the drug.

"Where is Lucia? I'm already here. Can't you just release her?”

"Of course, I'm going to release her, or Anthony Marwood would have no joy in the rest of his life?

At least someone else can stay with him in your absence.”
