“That's absolutely the right thing to do. After all, you do like children very much,” said Anne,

glancing in the direction of the study.

The person who was there earlier had just left. He probably wanted to see what kind of topic they

Anne left after spending more than an hour over there.

the sound of Elder Lloyd calling Corentin could be heard..

Anne could only hear Elder Lloyd's words, but she could deduce from the content how Corentin

shifted the blame.

Only Owen was shot at that time, so how could both of them be dead?

Corentin must have placed all the blame on Paul and Owen while making sure his hands were clean.
