Anthony thought even if Anne were in hell, he would drag her back!

Lucas came to accompany the three little ones, and when he was about to leave, the nanny

whispered to him at the door, "That's right. Ms. Vallois' mother had a car accident, so she went to

Santa Nila to take care of her. The kids are a little upset as she hasn't video-called them in the past

two days."

"Did you call her?” Lucas asked.

'Yes, but her phone is turned off."

"Her phone is turned off?" Lucas suddenly felt that it was strange.

Why did Anne turn off her phone? She was only there to take care of her mother.

Lucas went downstairs and took out his phone. Initially, he hesitated, but he still called Anne and

found that her phone was indeed turned off.

This was absolutely not normal...but should he still get involved?

The attitude Anne gave him was already obvious. Her heart was with Anthony, and she not only

drew a clear line with him but also hurt him deeply.

So why should he...do anything for her?

As soon as he walked out of the apartment, an Aodi stopped in front of him, and Tommy came out.

Tommy saw him and asked, "Why are you here? Is Anne here?”

"No. I can't get through her phone.”

Tommy did not know why he came here. Was it just to see if Anne was playing some tricks? After all,

she was still being threatened by him!

"Anne's helicopter crashed,” Tommy said

Lucas was shocked and stared at Tommy. "What did you say?”

"It was Anthony's helicopter that crashed off the coast of Santa Nila. The news was blocked, and no

one dared to report it.” Tommy's breathing was heavy. He felt that something was causing his

emotional instability.

Otherwise, he would not be so roused!

Lucas never thought this was why Anne's phone could not get through. His lips trembled slightly as

he asked, "Did...something really happen? Could it be a misunderstanding?"

"Do you think she might've survived it? The helicopter just exploded into a fireball..." Tommy did not

want to accept the truth, but...then, he added,” The search and rescue crews have been searching for

48 hours, and they found nothing. How are the kids?"

The hand that Lucas held his phone with lowered as if it were extremely heavy. "They just fell

asleep.”

After saying that, he walked downstairs and toward his car. Then, he got in the car and drove out of

the area.

The traffic light was already red, but he just drove over as if he did not notice it.

The car from the other side drove over and kept honking at him, and Lucas finally realized that he

had run a red light. He pulled the car to the side of the road and stopped, slumping on the seat as

he could not concentrate at all

Was this Anne's ending?

She tried her best to survive with her triplets, yet this was her ending?

Besides her three children, what did she have? She only had Anthony's endless torture!

Even if he did not like Anne, he stil felt sorry for her.

Nigel was still in the hospital. Anne's vacant ward was still there, but he did not go over to sleep. Instead, he sat on the sofa beside

Sarah's bed.

In the middle of the night, Nigel finally took a rest. Not long after closing his eyes, Sarah moved. Her eyeballs rolled slightly before

she slowly opened her eyes.

Turning her face slightly, Sarah saw Nigel sleeping on the sofa, and she could not believe that the first person she saw when she

woke up would be him. Sarah remembered that she was in a car accident, but she did not know how long she had been

unconscious and how long Nigel had been here.

"You." Sarah's throat was uncomfortable, and it was hard for her to speak. Coupled with the oxygen mask still on her face, her

voice sounded weaker. "Nigel..."
