Chapter 621

Powerful Papa with Triplet Babies

Chapter 621

Anne had no idea where her father got such confidence to think that Bianca would take care of her

when she was ill.

Perhaps in her father's eyes, Bianca was just a wilful princess and she did not harbor any ill will.

“Dad, what if I said that I like Anthony too?”

"What?" Nigel was so shocked that he almost lost control of the steering wheel

Anne said, “Otherwise, why would I have given birth to his children? Also, Dad, I'm more suitable to

marry Anthony than Bianca. After all, I am the triplets’ mother. Dad, it's better for you to go back

and talk some sense into Bianca!”

Nigel was unable to say anything at all.

He did not expect that Anne would like Anthony.

Otherwise, he would not have said all that.

“I'm sorry. I wasn't being considerate,” Nigel apologized to her, “I've always thought that you hated

him... Also, he hasn't been good to you because of your mother.”

“It's just some misunderstandings.” Anne did not want to continue talking anymore. She felt very

tired.

Nigel turned his face and saw that Anne had closed her eyes, so in the end, he held back whatever

he wanted to say.

Instead, he became concerned for her. “Anne, I'll send you to your mother's, alright? How can you

take care of yourself in the area you're living in?"

“No. I've gotten used to staying in my area. I'll just rest for a day today and I'll be full of vigor again

tomorrow.”

Nigel could not win the argument, so he had no choice but to take her to the area that she was

living in.

He directly took her home.

"Go and rest well,” said Nigel.

“Alright.” Anne went to her room and directly laid down on the bed.

Not long after, she heard the door closing when Nigel was leaving.

She could feel that sense of helplessness within Nigel.

She could understand him as well.

Both of his daughters were aiming for the same man and were all tangled up in a mess

with him

Just when she was about to fall asleep, she heard the sound of the door opening and closing again

Anne sat up, got out of the room, and saw that Nigel was stuffing the fridge with all sorts of food

that he just bought.

“Dad?”

“Never mind that you're staying alone, but your fridge is empty. If you don’t want to eat out, you at

least have to prepare some ingredients at home!” Nigel was feeling sorry for her rather than actually

reprimanding her.

“I remember there are eggs.”

"Are you going to eat eggs for three meals a day?”

Anne thought of the poached egg that Anthony cooked for her in the morning. If she were to have

another one, she might not be able to accept it.

“I won't question how you lived your life in the past, but you can't be like that anymore in the

future.”

“Oh.”

Nigel stuffed and packed her fridge. There were so many layers of food. The vegetable and the meat

were separately placed. Some were frozen and some were chilled.

“Dad, how long am I supposed to be having these?”

“It's fine. They won't spoil within a short time.” Nigel put everything nicely for her and then told her

how to make a simple yet nutritious meal if she was afraid it would be too troublesome before he

finally shut the door of the fridge. Looking at how thin his daughter was, he asked, “Have you

spoken to your mother on the phone?”

“I've contacted her, but I didn't tell her I was ill.”

Nigel knew that she was used to being independent.

He could tell from the fact that she insisted on staying on her own.

"Alright. Go rest then. I'll be heading back now. Call me if there's anything.”

“I will.”

She said that, but Nigel knew Anne would not call him even if something was bothering her. She

would not even tell Sarah, let alone him!

Nigel's expression was solemn. He did not say anything anymore and left the apartment.

Anne returned to the room and heard her phone ringing.

It was Anthony calling.

She answered it and Anthony's deep voice could be heard coming from the phone. “What do you

want for lunch?”
