Chapter 347
Hold My Tear, I’m Getting My Wife Back! ( Leanne Castillo )
Chapter 347
Leanne noticed Joy had much free time lately. Sheâd drive Austinâs car to pick Leanne up from work daily.
Curtis was like a ghost parked not too far away, invisible to Joy as she hopped into the
car.
After dinner, Joy would flop onto Leanneâs bed, dragging the cat into her armpit, declaring, âIâm not going home tonight. Iâm crashing here.
In the morning, sheâd âconvenientlyâ drop Leanne at work, waving goodbye at the hospital entrance. âWait for me after work, okay?â
The routine continued, and Joy monopolized all of Leanneâs time, leaving no space for Curtis.
Leanne had no chance to meet Curtis and even had to text him at night cautiously, wary of Joy glimpsing her screen.
Leanne finally asked, âHas your company been so slow lately? You seem to have a lot of time on your hands.â
Joy replied grandly, âI just donât want you to feel lonely. I want to keep you company. What, youâre tired of me, finding me annoying now?â
âOf course not,â Leanne responded diplomatically, âIâm quite okay on my own.â
âNo, no, no, youâre not!â Joy insisted.
Leanne gave a sigh. She just couldnât turn Joy down.
Curtisâ patience was running thin.
âIâm about ready to ship Joy off to Africa,â he half-joked.
âDonât you dare,â Leanne defended Joy, âSheâs just less busy at work right now. Sheâll be caught up with new clients soon.â
When Leanne had a day off on the weekend, Joy had already planned her day, promising
to take her somewhere special.
When asked, Joy kept it a mystery. âA happy place.â
Driving to the destination, Leanne discovered it was a newly opened spa center.
Unlike the traditional spas, catering mainly to men and occasionally offering questionable services, the new hotspot was aimed at young women, offering foot massages, full spa treatments, and amenities like a self-service bar, a mini çinema, and games rooms.

What was their unique selling point? All the therapists were good-looking.
âYouâve been so busy lately, barely had time for fun, and must be exhausted. Letâs get a massage, unwind a bit,â Joy urged.
They looked at therapist profiles. Joy commented and smirked, âThis one looks like a puppy.â
Leanne chuckled but wasnât interested in selecting anyone based on their looks. She had
seen better.
âLetâs just get someone good at the job,â Leanne said, opting for a female therapist.
Soon, their therapists arrived, the men dressed sharply in white shirts and black trousers. Leanneâs choice, number 9, was a young woman new to the job.
âIâm your first client? Iâm in luck,â Leanne smiled as the young woman excitedly prepared for the session.
Despite her enthusiasm, the young therapistâs technique was rough around the edges, not nearly as soothing as Curtisâ occasional massages.
Leanneâs phone rang as she was about to tell the therapist to be gentler. A severe accident required her immediate attention at the hospital.
Without a second to lose, Leanne informed Joy and rushed back to her duties, leaving the relaxation day behind for the chaos of the emergency room.
