Chapter 18

Seb's pov

My back pack hit the plush carpeted floor with a soft thud. I let my fingers tangle in his hair and he holds my neck as we devour each other's lips. Leo kisses with an enthralled force. His kisses are usually soft, passionate but also bruising making me empty headed,like I am on air and nothing is in my control. He kisses with a certain dominance and possessiveness that makes my toes curl. I love each one of them, equally.

His grip on my neck tightens making me squirm I lift my head even more and he takes this a chance to go deeper. His broad shoulders block my view of the world as he takes walking backwards to I presume, the couch. The back of my calves hit the soft fabric of the couch and I take it as a lead to lie and allow Leo to press me into it even further as he falls on top of me.

Soon his lips find my neck sucking the skin there and my hands roam on his shoulders, gripping them possessively.

Suddenly I feel like there's too much fabric between and enough skin, cursing his clothes I yank at his shirt hoping he'd get the hint and thankfully he does and takes his shirt off in one go and it's bliss and There's so much skin.

I take a moment to admire my mate. His hazel piercing eyes are looking down at me with so much want,his thick eyebrows framing his striking eyes and his sharp nose and sensual lips looking like they are carved by goddess herself. I groan to myself,It's so unfair that she poured everything into this man right from the genetic lottery to the heritage,maybe gods do have favourites.

" We're just gonna stare at each other or? " He says making me concious of my very obvious staring. I close my eyes to get his stupidly handsome smile out of my sight so that I don't stare at him like a creep some more.

" Hey, I am not complaining. " He says again encouraging me to hit him. His palm slowly cups my cheeks and squishes them, to make me look at him. He places a soft kiss on my puckered lips as I try my best to glare at him. He just chuckles, continuing to place a kiss on my nose.

An onset of insatiable need ensues in me with his, rather innocent kisses and I dive in for his lips. He let's me take control for this time,his grip on my waist tightens and he interchanges our positions so now he is on his back and I am on his lap.

I let my hand roam on his shoulders, his biceps flexing as he reacts to my touch. He guides my hands to his back, silently ask me to grip. I do as he says and suddenly he's carrying me somewhere.

Our bedroom room creeks as he opens it one hand while holding me with the other. We cross the room, he softly places me on the bed and his unwavering gaze on me never leaving. After I am settled he gets down on his knees and my breath catches in my throat.

He then cautiously grabs my ankle and starts undoing the lace of both of my shoes oh! When he's done, he gets into the bed and reattaches his lips on mine and nothing else mattered again.

I wanted Leo, I always did. Both emotionally and physically but never like this, not with the force I am feeling right now. I never looked at him with such hunger, never allowed myself to, but right now my skin felt it is on fire, like it will erupt if he touched me or burn if he didn't.

" Touch me." I found myself asking, pleading.

He raises his head from my neck with shock written all over his face and he doesn't know I felt the same way about my own boldness but they needed to be said, I wanted it badly enough to let go of my inhibitions, for once.

He tugs at the hem of my shirt before looking at me to make sure and I nod with enthusiasm silently begging him to go ahead. First his hand finds the smooth expance of my stomach, he palms the area making delicious goosebumps raise all over my skin.

His touch is like a brand, warm and comforting. There's also a certain sense of authority with which he touched that raked through the shameless parts of my brain. He slowly moves up caressing the skin and my breath hitches when he reaches one of my nipples.

He teasingly runs his fingers over them making me see stars, every sensation echoes through my whole body. He presses into them, making them hard with the sudden attention. A stifled moan leaves my mouth, when he tweaks one of them a little.My eyes shut on their own when I get lost in the pleasure making all the things he's making me feel even better. Suddenly his hands leave my body and I groan at the loss of his touch. My eyes shoot open when I feel something warm on my right nipple. Leo's tongue circles around it with gentle strokes and I lose the sense of the world. It is only his mouth on me then on and pleasure, so much pleasure, he shifts his mouth to the other one continuing his assault and my vision turns white as I reach my climax. God....

I caress his neck signalling fro him to stop when it gets too sensitive. I am still panting when he comes up to the level of my face. His eyes filled with satisfaction and he asks " Is it good? " and I can stare at him through my dazed eyes and nod. When I gain my sense again of my surroundings, I pulled him in for a heated kiss.

He groans into the kiss when my hands reach his hips. I find the reason why when I look down at his pants. He's sporting a boner and without wasting any time I move my hand to his waist band. He sighs in relief for a minute but regains his composure before whispering " are you sure? ". I can see the desire in his eyes, how much he wants it but he wants to make sure if I am ready for this. At that moment I wanted him even more. " Yes." I said shakily, before taking his hard on entirely in my hand. The texture of it feeling so foreign to me,it felt so warm and thick in my hand just like every other part of my mate, it felt amazing to the touch. I can feel his heated gaze on me and I know he is as nervous as me since this is new territory to both us. Subsiding my anxiety a little, I try to move my hand on his cock with gentle strokes and he tenses up to my touch. I look up at him to make sure somehow I am doing this right and he meets my gaze with his hooded eyes, staring at me intently and he nods for me to continue. I give it a few more strokes revelling at its feel in my hold and Leo groans nearing his climax. I muster up some more boldness to fasten up space seeing the pleasure in his eyes and which are glowing now. I stare into his ethereal eyes forgetting about everything other than them. Soon a warm liquid coats my palm and the eyes I have been staring at closes and he falls back on the bed.

I crack my eyes open to the obnoxious ringing of my phone and the clock suggests it's damn 7 am in the morning, on a Saturday morning. It is so tempting to ignore the call and go back to sleep but the stupid thing wont stop ringing. Unable to tolerate it anymore I try to untangle myself from his limbs because of the weird cuddling position we are in. once I succeed in it, I roll to the other side to get to the bedside table on my side despite Leo's groans, asking me to not move.

My anxiety kicks in, looking at the caller id. It is mom. I pick it up immediately " Hello! Mom?"

" did I wake you up?" comes her reply in an apologetic tone, she usually wont call me in the morning keeping my schedule on her mind. "no mom, it's okay. Is everything alright?" I ask, regardless of her cheerful tone.

" Sebastian!" there's concern in her tone, " you need to stop panicking every time I call you. We're fine,kid" she says in her therapist tone. I smiled at her advice before replying " Fineee. Now tell me, what did you call me for?" I usher, knowing my mom she will talk about everything that is happening around the world other than the actual thing, she called for.

"Therese called me this morning asking me to go with her to the town for her checkup. You know, I can't really say no to her but I don't want to leave lyra in the home...because if I did we wont have a home to return to, she will tear it up or definitely burn the whole thing down. So please,please look after your sister for a day. I will be back by tomorrow noon, I promise."

"And she won't burn down ours?" I ask, humouring her a little but it is a valid concern, since it's my sister.

" she will listen to you." My mom says not so convincingly.

" Okay mom, don't worry. I got her."

" Thank Goddess for my first child." She says dramatically before hanging up.

" why was I hugging a pillow?" Leo asks entering the living room when I am tying my shoes. His eyes are brimming with adorable confusion as he struggles to adjust to the natural light.

" I don't know, you should ask yourself?" I reply hiding my smile and the furrow between his brows deepen before he realises the teasing tone. He shakes his head in disapproval and makes his way to the couch and drops himself on it. He is not wearing any shirt with only his sweat pants hanging low on his hips, I feel my mouth go dry as the memories of last night makes their way back into my mind. It's too early to be feeling these things.

Oblivious to my improper thoughts, "Going for a walk?" he guesses watching me tie my laces.

" loong walk. I am going to pick up my sister." I reply and finish tying my shoes. I walk up to him to give him a kiss and he keeps looking at me with the same confused expression. "Your coffee is on the counter, we will be back by breakfast." I tell him ignoring his glare.

" Why didn't you wake me up." He asks.

" I will take the train." I answer with no further explanation

" Ditching your boyfriend already?" he says when I am almost at the door, making me stop dead in my tracks.

" Alright! You win but make it fast." It is my turn to surrender and he laughs triumphantly. " Good boy!" he comments as he ruffles my hair, giving me a chaste kiss. " Five minutes." He yells,disappearing into our bedroom while I stand there glued to the spot with my mouth agape .its too early to be feeling these things. I rub my ckeeks to erase the heat I am feeling.

He keeps his word and makes it downstairs within five minutes now fully dressed,thankfully.

"come,come. We will get late." He guides me to the car in a great hurry making me roll my eyes. The car is the most pleasant one I had in awhile, the cheerfulness of the morning lingered in the air with some country music playing in our car making the whole thing even better.Leo sees my enthusiasm and makes it a point to play all my favorite songs. Dwelling in the bliss I don't realise we got to our destination already when we park infront of our house and Leo is already opening the door to passenger seat.

"See! Your brother is already here." We enter the house with my very enthusiastic mom coming into view.

" Leonard! Come in,come in." my mom exclaims noticing Leo with me. Upon hearing this my menace of a sister finally makes her entry from her bedroom and completely walks past me to go to hug Leo. He chuckles at her affection and lifts her up, while I gape at the scene infront of me. My sister who refuses to touch mere mortals with her dainty hands, is now hugging Leo like a koala. This is definitely the end of the world.

"Sorry for being a bother." Mom says looking between me and Leo and he quickly says "Its alright." beating me to it. And turning to Lyra who is still comfortably snuggled in my mates arms, she warns "And you, listen to your brother." to which my sister replies with

"You are getting late mom." Making us roll our eyes while Leo just observes in amusement.

Saying our goodbyes to mom we finally make it to the car. Lyra settles in back seat with her plushies and hands her luggage to me, leo takes them from me and arranges them in the trunk and we go to our respective seats, not before sneaking a kiss.

"Hows your school going?" I ask her. She just shrugs as a reply making me turn to her.

"Are you hungry?" guessing the reason for attitude and that gains her attention.

"You said you would buy me ice cream if I pass my test." She answers finally.

"I did?" I ask, not remembering any such agreement and she nods her vigorously.

" You did, did he treat you to ice cream anytime. " She asks turning to Leo.

" No." He says holding in his laugh.

" You are such a cheap steak." She says accusingly. How do I even counter to that.

" I am not and do you even what that means. " I retort with what I think is the best comeback.

" I go to real school. " She says as if it is a valid answer. Okay! I mean it is a valid answer.

" okay? You want it now-"

" one scoop of mango and double scoop of coconut with frosted nuts." I watched my sister give her ice cream order as she have been doing it everyday or maybe she has been. I reached for my wallet when its time for the payment only to hear a 'thank you' from the cashier because of my mate, who is always faster than me in these things. I can only fondly smile at him as we exit the store. When we reach the car, Lyra continuous to glare at me with the same unimpressed look.

"You also promised me you would buy me a game for my birthday." She says giving me her best puppy eyes. The guilt of missing her birthday, returns making it hard to refuse her this time. Its time take out those savings, I guess.

In no time, we are in the nearest video game store with overly excited Lyra and surprisingly, equally excited Leo. I never thought going into a game store will get him this excited, you learn something new every day. It was interesting and fun to look around the latest versions of games we used to play, there is a section where they displayed these big robot figures operated with an invisible controller you can take everywhere and I spent most of the time there studying the instructions. I was really having fun until my sister pointed to an overly pricey game and asked me to buy it for her.

" No."

"okay."

We both stared at each other as we said in unison.

"You are not buying her that." I told Leo challengingly when he looked ready to take his wallet out yet again, theres no way I am letting him buy this. Not a chance. I turned to Lyra who just had her dreams crashed down but I need to be strict with things like this. " Lyra! Pick something else, I don't think ten year olds can even play with this,there are many other options, see, this one looks pretty-" I cut myself off when she looks like she is on the brink of crying.

"Thanks for shopping sir, have a nice day." I listened to yet another cashier say as he hands the bag to Leo.

Remaining journey in the car is filled with Lyra and Leo raving about the game while I took the side lines still trying to put up the 'im not impressed with this' act, not that they cared. Lyra didn't give two shits about what I thought meanwhile Leo just adopted to take occasional side glances at me to see if I am still mad.

The tension dissipates a little bit when by the time I finish our lunch. Leo tries to talk to me despite my act of giving him the cold shoulder but I am not really that mad at him how can I when he so dearly treats Lyra. It's just he doesn't have any siblings so I think this is really new for him, it's endearing to look at him get along with Lyra very well despite his reserved upbringing.

They are already started with the game when I finally make my way to the living room and take the couch beside them. Now they are deciding about which team they should be in while I opt to keep my attitude and check my phone not without stealing some glances of my mate.

Now that I am finally letting myself think about the actual reason that is making me so agitated today, I came to the shameful realisation that it is the lack of Leo's attention on me. I am so used to having his undivided attention on me at all times, not having that somehow felt weird to put it best. I am not saying I am jealous of my own sister, I am not for fucks sake but why is he not looking at me at all. I groan into the pillow making both of them finally turn towards me. I probably looked like an absolute idiot.

" Are you alright? " He asks as if he even cares.

I'm too prideful to let him know the truth so I just mumbled an 'yes' and he returns back to his game. The entire evening goes on like this with both of them not talking to me at all as they played their stupid game.

" Sebastian! " My sister calls finally acknowledging my presence in my own home.

" Yeah? " I reply poking head from the book.

" Leo said I am his favourite between both of us. " She says with a straight face.

" Huh?" I look at Leo who is biting on his lip,avoiding my gaze and both of them start laughing out of nowhere irritating the hell out of me.

" Whatever. " i said not hiding my irritation.

" Lyra! It's your bed time. " I said pointing to the clock when it's way past our dinner.

" But Leo said we can play some more. " She said pointing to Leo and he looks at me helplessly. At this point my witch of a sister is just making him her scape goat but I can't let him loose now so I continue the act.

" Do whatever you want. " I said, leaving for the bedroom.

As my body hit the mattress, the exhaustion of the entire day comes running to me making me feel relaxed instantly. Laying down I massaged my temples after all the frowning I did today. Despite everything I must admit seeing two of my most important people together is one of the best feelings even though they got on my nerves together. It has always been my worst fears, my mate not accepting my family but all the fears banished when I got him as my mate. As soothing as that thought is, it lulled me into sleep with my biggest smile.

The other side of the bed dips and the motion brings me back into my senses. Warm hands of my mate snake around my torse and he pulls me closer to his chest. " You are asleep already? " He says to himself and I dont respond. His chuckle fills the silence of the bedroom and he pulls me even closer.

" I was lying earlier, you are my favourite." He whispers, nipping my ear with his teeth and it should be called shameless, with the speed I attached my lips to his.

God!

We both groaned into the kiss in relief, soaking eachother's presence despite being in the room all day. The kiss soon turned greedy with tugging at eachother's lips and I moan at a particularly sharp bite he gives, we finally part only when we ran out of air in our lungs.

" Sorry." He says apologetically looking at the bite.

" Thanks for everything." I reply genuinely making him blink in confusion for a second and then he nods, understanding.

His lips are on mine again.
