Billionaire's Cute Obsession [Taekook]

The next morning, Jungkook woke up to the soft rays of sunlight peeking through his small bedroom window. Blinking sleepily, he stretched his arms before sitting up. His mind was still groggy, but as soon as he remembered him, his face instantly warmed up.

"It's okay to use my personal elevator… only for you, baby boy."

Jungkook groaned, grabbing his pillow and smacking his own face with it. Why does he have to be like that?!

Shaking his head, he quickly got out of bed and went to freshen up. After brushing his teeth and washing his face, he felt more awake. He changed into a cozy sweater and jeans before stepping into the small kitchen, where his mom was already preparing breakfast.

“Good morning, Jungkookie,” she greeted with a warm smile.

“Morning, eomma,” Jungkook mumbled, sitting at the table as she placed a plate of rice and kimchi stew in front of him.

“You seem tired,” she noted, sitting across from him. “Did you study late last night?”

Jungkook hesitated. Should I tell her that a rich, powerful, handsome man trying to caught me and make me blushing like crazy?

“…Uh, yeah. Studying,” he lied, stuffing rice into his mouth.

His mom chuckled. “Such a hardworking son.”

Jungkook just nodded, finishing his meal quickly. “I have to go now, eomma. I’ll be late.”

His mom stood up and patted his head. “Take care, sweetheart. Don’t overwork yourself.”

Jungkook smiled. “I won’t. Love you!”

With that, he grabbed his bag and rushed out the door, making his way to the campus.

Meanwhile…

Taehyung was not in class.

He was thinking.

And when Kim Taehyung thought about something for too long, he acted.

He had already skipped two lectures, much to his professors’ frustration. And now, he had only one goal in mind.

He was going to see Jungkook.

Without telling his bodyguards, without telling his friends.

As he walked out of the lecture hall, his friends—Jimin, Namjoon, Yoongi, Jin, and Hoseok—spotted him sneaking off.

“Yah, Taehyung-ah, where are you going?” Jimin asked curiously.

“Don’t tell me you’re skipping again,” Yoongi sighed, already knowing the answer.

Taehyung didn’t stop walking. “I have something to do.”

Namjoon frowned. “Alone?”

Jin smirked. “Ooooh, is it about a certain bunny?”

Hoseok snickered. “It is, isn’t it?”

Taehyung finally stopped and turned around, his sharp gaze making them all go quiet.

“Stay out of it.” His voice was firm. “I’m going alone.”

Jimin pouted. “But—”

“Stay. Out. Of. It.”

His friends exchanged glances before sighing in defeat.

“Fine, fine,” Namjoon muttered.

Jin grinned. “Have fun with your bunny~”

Taehyung rolled his eyes and walked away.

—

Jungkook was sitting in his lecture, diligently taking notes, when the door suddenly swung open.

The entire class turned their heads—

And Jungkook’s heart stopped.

Kim Taehyung stood at the entrance, looking as effortlessly powerful as ever.

The professor blinked in shock. “Mr. Kim? What are you—”

“I need to talk to someone,” Taehyung said coolly.

Jungkook froze.

The professor frowned. “Sir, you’ve already cut two lectures today. This is not how—”

Taehyung’s gaze turned sharp. “Are you questioning me?”

The professor stiffened. “I-I—”

Taehyung took a step closer, his presence overwhelming. “Listen carefully. You will let me talk to Jeon Jungkook. And if you even think about telling my father…”

His voice dropped lower.

“I’ll make sure you’re out of a job before you finish that sentence.”

The professor gulped, visibly trembling. “Y-Yes, sir.”

Satisfied, Taehyung turned to the only person in the room who mattered.

“Jungkook.”

Jungkook nearly choked. “M-Me?”

Taehyung smirked. “Come with me.”

Jungkook’s eyes widened. “B-But my lecture—”

Taehyung didn’t ask again.

He grabbed Jungkook’s hand and pulled him up from his seat.

The entire class gasped.

Jungkook squeaked, trying to resist. “T-Taehyung-ssi, w-wait—”

But Taehyung didn’t wait.

He pulled Jungkook out of the lecture hall, his grip firm but not painful.

Jungkook’s professor just sighed in relief, grateful that he wasn’t fired.

—

Jungkook struggled as Taehyung led him through the hallways.

“H-Hyung, w-where are we going?” Jungkook stammered, his heart pounding.

Taehyung didn’t answer.

Jungkook tried to pull away. “Hyung, I have class—”

Taehyung stopped.

He turned his head slightly, looking down at Jungkook.

“Call me hyung again,” he murmured.

Jungkook blinked. “H-Huh?”

Taehyung’s lips curled into a smirk. “It sounds cute when you say it.”

Jungkook’s face exploded in red. “W-What—”

But before he could react, Taehyung continued walking, pulling him along.

Jungkook’s mind was a mess. Why is he doing this?!

After a few minutes, they reached a door. Taehyung pushed it open, revealing an extremely luxurious private room.

Jungkook’s eyes widened. “W-What is this place?”

Taehyung smirked. “My private room.”

Jungkook gulped. “O-Oh…”

Taehyung finally let go of his hand and casually took a seat on the plush sofa. He patted the spot next to him.

“Sit.”

Jungkook hesitated. “B-But—”

“Sit.”

Jungkook sighed in defeat and cautiously sat down, leaving a small gap between them.

Taehyung raised an eyebrow. “Why are you so far away?”

Jungkook looked away. “N-No reason…”

Taehyung smirked but didn’t push. Instead, he leaned back, his gaze locked on the smaller boy.

For a moment, there was silence.

Then, Taehyung spoke.

“I missed you.”

Jungkook nearly choked on air.“H-Hyung, what—”

“I didn’t see you this morning.” Taehyung’s voice was smooth, deep. “I didn’t like that.”

Jungkook’s ears turned red. “T-That’s not my fault!”

Taehyung chuckled. “I know.”

Jungkook pouted. “T-Then why are you—”

But before he could finish—

The door slammed open.

Jungkook flinched. Taehyung’s expression darkened.

And standing at the doorway…

Was his father.

Kim Jaehyun.

The air in the room grew tense.

Jungkook gulped,completely terrified.

Mr. Kim’s sharp gaze landed on Taehyung. “What do you think you’re doing, Taehyung?”

Taehyung’s expression remained unreadable. “Spending time with someone.”

His father’s gaze flickered to Jungkook. “This boy… is not someone you should be wasting your time with.”

Jungkook’s heart sank.

Taehyung’s jaw clenched.

But his voice remained calm.

“He’s not a waste of time.”
