__________

Lisa woke up holding a warm body. She hadn't felt so content in over a year, her heart started beating happily when she realized last night had been real and Jennie and her had gotten one step closer to fixing things.

She kissed the top of Jennie's forehead and tried to extricate herself from her, figuring she could bring her some breakfast in bed. Which for Lisa, would have to consist of some cut up fruit or something lest she start a fire. She should have known she wouldn't be able to do it sneakily because as soon as she pulled away she felt Jennie whine and follow her, clinging to her body. Lisa couldn't help but giggle.

"Wake up baby brat." Lisa whispered. Jennie immediately pouted so Lisa started peppering kisses on Jennie's face and she watched as Jennie started to relax again, the pout going away slowly. Jennie still had a vice grip on Lisa's body though. For such a small girl, she sure was strong when she was asleep.

Lisa smirked, getting an idea on how to best wake her up, because although Jennie was perfect at everything else—she was so not a morning person. Lisa rolled them over so she was on top of Jennie.

She started slow. Kissing Jennie's jaw and then her neck delicately, leaving almost whispering kisses so as not to jar her completely yet. She heard Jennie sigh so Lisa continued her journey down, glad they had both slept naked, not bothering to put on clothes after last night's marathon.

Lisa trailed down, exploring Jennie's body under the sheets that she had pretty much already memorized but would never get tired of. She spent a solid minute leaving open mouthed kisses on her breasts, her torso, her hipbones, before finally moving down to the insides of thighs.

She heard Jennie whimper, slowly waking up as Lisa continued her kisses downwards and on Jennie's sensitive spots.

Lisa finally settled herself in between her legs when she heard a small moan and blew into the apex of Jennie's thighs before softly kissing her there.

"Lisa," Jennie rasped out.

Lisa couldn't help but smirk. She could hear the sleepiness in Jennie's voice and knew her sleep addled brain probably thought it was a sex dream. At least there was no one else, Lisa thought, the fact the first name Jennie called out was Lisa gave her more satisfaction than anything. Lisa didn't know what she would do if Jennie would have called out anyone else's name while she woke her up so intimately like this.

"Yes Lisa." Jennie said hoarsely again.

Lisa felt Jennie's back arch when Lisa started licking her more fully. Her body responding to Lisa's ministrations. Lisa had to hold Jennie's thighs down when her tongue finally entered her because they tried to clamp down over Lisa's head and while Lisa usually loved that, it was kind of hard to breathe under the sheets.

"Oh God Lisa." Jennie moaned. "Yes baby."

Lisa smirked again, she felt Jennie's hand on the back of her head, keeping her in place. Then the sheets were ripped away from her and she locked eyes with a finally fully awake Jennie. Lisa pulled away for a second to speak.

"Good morning baby." Lisa said with a devious smirk.

"Fuck Lisa. Don't stop." Jennie begged, missing Lisa's tongue already. "Please don't stop."

Lisa wasted no time before diving back in and eliciting another heavy moan. Jennie closed her eyes as Lisa worked her up.

She couldn't help the sounds, especially once Lisa nicked her bundle of nerves and focused there. Lisa always knew what Jennie liked, even after a year.

Lisa groaned too, she loved eliciting those moans. She loved the taste of Jennie and even though they spent all of last night making love Lisa didn't think she could ever get enough. Jennie was her heroin, her drug. She could do this every single day if Jennie just let her and Lisa had a feeling she might spend the rest of her days trying to do just that.

She soon felt Jennie's thighs shake and knew she was close so Lisa triggered her last weapon. She sucked on her clit as she pumped a finger in and Jennie immediately fell over the edge.

Lisa knew this time Jennie's orgasm must have been more intense than usual because she heard Jennie's breath hitch, Jennie couldn't even speak, she didn't even moan. All Lisa had to go on was the tight grip in her hair from where Jennie was holding her close to her and walls clenching tightly over her finger. Jennie was usually loud when she came and Lisa felt a little too satisfied at the fact she had managed a new feat with Jennie.

Lisa helped her ride it out and gently lapped her up before finally making her way back to Jennie, kissing her body tenderly along the way.

"Good moaning baby," Lisa said, winking and giggling at her own joke.

Jennie barely had the energy to smack Lisa lightly. "Dork," she said in response, rolling her eyes at Lisa before puckering her lips, needing kisses after that intense wake up call.

Lisa immediately obliged and kissed her deeply.

"Good morning." Jennie said with a gummy smile once they pulled away. "You might actually make me a morning person if you decide to be my alarm clock like this every day."

Lisa winked. "Oh please let me do that. I'm so down for that."

"I don't get how you always get up so early." Jennie pouted. "I wanted cuddles. You were trying to leave the bed weren't you?" Jennie said accusingly.

"I just wanted to bring you breakfast." Lisa said, kissing Jennie's pout again. "I was coming back."

Jennie glared. "You're not allowed in the kitchen Lisa."

"I was just going to bring you some fruit or something." Lisa said indignantly. "So breakfast?"

"Yes. Breakfast sounds good." Jennie replied smiling deviously.

Lisa tried to get up but Jennie shoved her back and straddled her.

"What? I thought you wanted to eat breakf—" Lisa started. "Oh." Lisa said as soon as she realized what Jennie meant by breakfast because Jennie ignored her and started kissing Lisa's neck.

They went on for hours again and Jennie realized a little belatedly that Lisa was determined to do it on every single surface of the apartment because as soon as they rested and cuddled for long enough Lisa would grab her and carry her to another spot.

Jennie lost count of where Lisa took her. She had fireman styled Jennie after their morning sex cuddles and carried her to the couch, Jennie squealing the whole way and then moaning after Lisa started with her again and they were both left panting messes.

They cuddled on the couch for a while and were supposed to make breakfast but Jennie somehow ended up sat on the kitchen counter instead, Lisa working her up again. When Jennie slumped over Lisa held her and Jennie couldn't tell you how she ended up straddling Lisa on the computer chair or how after a few rounds in the shower Jennie found herself pinned against the wall next to the stairs at some point, going at it again.

It seemed Jennie really couldn't resist Lisa and Lisa just couldn't get enough of Jennie.

"Lili." Jennie said once they both came down again after the wall incident.

"Hmm?" Lisa mumbled as she kept kissing Jennie's neck and her hands started roaming again.

"I need water." Jennie admitted. "And probably food."

"Right." Lisa mumbled, hands still roaming, mouth still kissing Jennie's neck. "Water. Food."

"Liiiis." Jennie whined because she was getting turned on again and she really didn't know how Lisa could even do that after so many rounds and Jennie was getting a little exhausted. They needed to eat something at least and Jennie's throat was so dry from moaning so much she could hardly swallow.

"Right. Sorry." Lisa said, finally pulling away. "You're just a little irresistible."

Jennie tried to walk up the stairs to go put some clothes on, Lisa following behind. She grabbed some shorts but Lisa grabbed Jennie and pulled her to the bed.

"Lisaaa!" Jennie squealed. "Food first!"

"I know, I know I'm kidding. Sort of." Lisa said giggling. She didn't want Jennie to get dressed yet though so instead she grabbed a sheet and put it around the both of them. "No clothes though." Lisa said as she held Jennie from behind and guided her down the stairs of the loft bed.

"I don't know how you expect me to make food for us like this." Jennie said giggling but letting Lisa lead her down anyway.

It took Jennie entirely too long to make the rolled omelets for them because Lisa kept kissing the back of her neck or tickling her and making her giggle. Jennie was honestly surprised she didn't burn them or the omelets. She turned around in Lisa's arms when they were finally done and found herself making out with Lisa again for so long that their omelets got cold.

"You're making me a hopeless cook Lili." Jennie murmured in between kisses.

Lisa just shrugged and captured perfect lips again, choosing to continue to kiss her girl. Who cared about cold omelettes when Jennie Kim was literally naked in her arms under their sheet and letting herself be devoured and kissed just because Lisa craved her.

"Everybody decent?" Jisoo shouted from the stairs, walking behind Chaeyoung.

Jennie tried to pull away to go run and put some clothes on but Lisa held her close, wrapping her arms tighter around her.

"I didn't even hear the door open." Jennie said, hiding in the crook of Lisa's neck because they were still very much naked wrapped in that sheet and her cousin was coming down the stairs about to catch them.

"Of course they're not." Chaeyoung said, voice laced in amusement.

Chaeyoung was the first to round the corner and actually see them, She squealed and ran to them when she saw them, wrapping them both in a hug despite them being completely naked under the bed sheet.

"Oh my gosh I'm so happy for you guys!" Chaeyoung gushed. "This means you're back together right?" She asked pulling away a bit and looking back and forth between Lisa and Jennie.

Jennie nodded shyly while Lisa sported a shit eating grin on her face.

Chaeyoung squealed again and hugged them once more before pulling away completely, jumping up and down and clapping in excitement.

"You'd think you're the one that just got a hot girlfriend." Lisa said laughing.

"I do have a hot girlfriend." Chaeyoung said proudly.

Jisoo rounded the corner after that, walking in to the kitchen too and pretended to gag as soon as she saw them.

"Can you two put some clothes on before you traumatize me again?" Jisoo complained.

"Nope." Lisa said, hugging Jennie tighter to her who hid in her neck again, blushing profusely.

"I'm going to have to burn that bed." Jisoo said with a look of disgust.

Lisa smirked, "If that's the case you might have to torch the whole place. The couch, the chair, the kitchen counter—"

"—Lisaaa stooooop." Jennie whined from her spot on Lisa's neck, sounding a bit muffled and blushing even harder.

"The kitchen counter?" Jisoo asked incredulously. "Seriously?"

Lisa winked in response and looked down at her and Jennie's sheet covered bodies pointedly then the counter next to them.

"I did this to myself." Jisoo deadpanned, facepalming herself. "I should have known you'd have no respect."

"Thanks for the love den Jisoo, I owe you one." Lisa taunted.

Jisoo rolled her eyes, "You're paying to disinfect the place Limario. Anyway, don't you have class soon Jendeuk?"

"Oh my god!" Jennie shouted. She panicked so much about being late to her test she started running which made the sheet fall off of both of them. Jennie squealed again but Lisa was quick to cover Jennie with the sheet which left her butt naked in front of the other two.

"Limario what the fuck!" Jisoo grumbled, slapping a hand over her eyes.

Chaeyoung just giggled. They'd grown up together, it was nothing she hadn't seen before and Jennie's red face and Jisoo's traumatized look were enough to make her wanna roll over in laughter.

Lisa just shrugged in response. She wasn't one to get embarrassed about being naked, hence the reason Chaeyoung was so nonchalant about it.

Jennie however frowned and covered Lisa up with her inside the sheet again. "What did I say about being naked outside of my room?" She said glaring.

"Sorry baby brat, I was protecting your honor." Lisa said teasingly. "And Jisoo's eyes from her naked baby cousin."

"You could have covered yourself up too." Jennie said pouting, but it was quickly wiped away by a quick kiss from Lisa.

"I'll be quicker next time. Come on, lets get you dressed before you're late." Lisa said.

Jennie squealed again. She really needed to stop letting Lisa distract her.

Jennie barely made it to class to take her test. She wouldn't have, if it wasn't for Lisa driving her illegally though campus to get her as close as she could to Jennie's building. Jennie protested but in the end she was grateful because she really couldn't afford to miss that test.

____________

Jennie narrowed her eyes at Lisa when she found her whispering yet again with Jisoo that week.

"What are you two scheming?" Jennie asked them when they both hushed at the same time when they saw her.

"Nothing baby." Lisa said a little too fast.

"I'm not always scheming Jendeuk." Jisoo said nonchalantly, already used to the accusations.

Jennie didn't buy it. "Lisa looks guilty and you are always scheming. So what is it?" Jennie asked, crossing her arms and glaring at Lisa because she knew she was her best bet to get answers. She watched Lisa cringe a bit.

They were saved from answering by Chaeyoung walking in the house.

"Guys! I brought take out! Come eat!" Chaeyoung shouted as soon as she made it to the living room.

"Hey chipmunk!" Jisoo said immediately going for her.

Jennie narrowed her eyes at Lisa again, trying to read her face but as usual Lisa distracted her with kisses.

Jennie forgot what she was trying to figure out.

______________

"Wow best friend, you are seriously so talented. I thought the ones we took, well you took in Korea were awesome but damn." Kai gushed as they put the last of the pictures up in Lisa's studio. "And those stories, wow, you almost died like, how many times? Now I don't feel so bad I almost got knocked out by you last year, you're kind of a badass. I should be proud you punched me."

"Jennie is going to flip when she reads the stories from the photo book." Lisa said worriedly.

"Yeah, but you're back now, so it's all good right?" Kai reasoned.

"You've known her all your life, you really think she won't flip on me when she reads about everything?" Lisa countered. "She screamed at me when she found out I almost got taken by drug dealers. Imagine the rest of it? Its so much worse."

"Okay yeah you're right. She totally will." Kai said making a nervous face. "Maybe I shouldn't come to the grand opening, don't want to be in the middle of that. Scary Jennie is well, scary."

Lisa grumbled. "That too, I still have to ask her to help me with this grand opening." Lisa admitted.

"Why haven't you yet?" Kai asked, furrowing his brows in question.

"Because I'd just be connecting her back to your world, she's finally away from her dad and all those obnoxious benefactors. I don't want to shove her in that world again. She hated it there. Even you hated it there."

"Yeah but, it's just one party right?"

"Her dad would have to be there too. The fellowship committee would expect the President of the university to be invited. You know how much she hates him."

"Lisa, even if she didn't help you organize it, she would still show up to support you. You're overthinking this."

"I guess you're right." Lisa sighed. "When did you grow braincells?" Lisa teased.

"You're a horrible best friend." Kai grumbled.

"No one asked you to call me your best friend!" Lisa sing-songed. Teasing him as she checked everything for any last details.

"Find me a new one then!" Kai shouted as he went into the office.

"Fix your bougie personality first! They don't do your lifestyle." Lisa shouted back. "All my friends are broke!"

"Jisoo!" Kai shouted immediately.

"Except her." Lisa admitted.

"Jennie!"

"She hates you, she can't be your best friend." Lisa snickered.

"Gong-Yoo!"

"He used to be broke."

"Bambam!"

"He's like broke rich because he doesn't know how to spend his money right now that his business took off!" Lisa countered back.

"You!"

"I'm not rich." Lisa said indignantly.

"You will be after everyone sees this." Kai said honestly as he came back from the office.

"You think people will like it?" Lisa asked a little self consciously.

"Dude. I have no taste and I love it." Kai said, laughing self-deprecatingly. "Also, even Jisoo was impressed and you know she's picky as hell. Also very blunt. She would never lie to you."

Lisa breathed a sigh of relief. Besides dancing, this would probably be her life's work, that trip meant everything to her and she hoped she could do the kids' stories and her travels justice.

____________

Jennie noticed Lisa was being uncharacteristically jittery. She was making dinner for all of them. They decided now that everyone was good—namely Lisa and Jennie, they would start family dinners again.

Usually Rosie would be there to help but she had rehearsals for her showcase coming up and Jisoo was off buying another property or another, they really never knew with Jisoo.

Lisa was sitting on the counter, drumming the different kitchen utensils Jennie might need later nervously and trying to work up the courage to ask Jennie for help.

"Okay what's wrong?" Jennie asked, putting the spatula down and turning the heat off the stove once she was done with the last dish after she heard Lisa sigh for the umpteenth time. She walked to the counter and rubbed Lisa's thighs soothingly.

"Nothing's wrong." Lisa said, her voice coming out a little more high pitched than usual.

"Lili." Jennie said sternly.

"Okay okay, um—well I wanted to tell you something."

Jennie as usual panicked, her mind going to the worst places because Lisa looked nervous and yeah they were together now but there was still that big secret Jennie had coming between them that wouldn't really allow for either of them to fully let go.

"Are you breaking up with me?" Jennie rushed out involuntarily, panicking even more.

Lisa barked out a laugh. "That's where your mind went?"

"Are you?" Jennie pouted, eyes welling up despite her trying to push them back.

Lisa hopped off the counter and wrapped Jennie up in her arms.

"I told you, I'm not letting you go this time."

Jennie tucked herself into her embrace, breathing in Lisa's scent, which always helped calm her down.

"I'm sorry. There's just still so much we have to talk about. There's so much I need to fix with you." Jennie mumbled. "I can't help it. I wake up thinking you're not going to be next to me one day."

Lisa pulled away a bit to look at Jennie's face. "Just tell me the truth from now on and I'll wake up next to you for as long as you want me."

Jennie nodded and got up on her tiptoes to kiss her, grabbing Lisa's face with both hands before doing so.

"I promise Lisa. I'm so sorry, I should be the one reassuring you." Jennie admitted worriedly.

"Don't apologize baby brat. You're right, we have a lot to work out. I can't blame you for thinking I'll leave, I don't mind reassuring you as often as it takes though."

"I'll earn your trust back Lis. I promise, whatever it takes."

"Well—" Lisa started.

"—Except that." Jennie said immediately, knowing Lisa was going to ask about why she broke up with her in the first place.

Lisa sighed. "You still don't trust me?"

"With my life Lisa. Its not you. I just don't trust that it won't break us. I just got you back. Maybe I'm being selfish—I am being selfish. I guess I don't want to throw a wrench in us just yet. Maybe I just want to have you for a little longer."

"Why are you so sure I'll leave you?" Lisa asked honestly. "Is it that bad? What could be so bad? I know you didn't cheat which is the only thing that would probably make me question everything so why do you even think that?"

"I don't know Lisa. I'm doubting everything now. Well not everything but—ugh this is so frustrating." Jennie said, putting her face in her hands. "We're so good right now, why can't we just keep it that way? Just for a little longer?"

"Okay, okay. Maybe you're right. We just got back together." Lisa said, grabbing Jennie's hands and pulling them away. "Just think about it because to be honest, I think that way too. I feel like I'll wake up and you'll pack your things and be gone. That I'll never hear from you again."

Jennie shook her head no vigorously. "I won't Lili. I won't. I could never willingly leave you, it would break me."

"I hope not." Lisa said, her voice cracking. "Because I couldn't take another heartbreak."

"I'm so sorry Lis." Jennie said, on the verge of tears herself because the fact she hurt Lisa hurt her more than her own heart breaking did. "I'm so sorry."

Lisa couldn't say anything so she just hugged her again. They stayed like that for a long time. Lisa knew Jennie was crying and that she would just get upset at herself for being the one who was crying and not Lisa so she just pretended to not hear her.

"Lis." Jennie said after fifteen minutes and the silent tears had finally gone away. "What did you need to tell me?"

"Oh right. Um—well I kind of need your help."

"With what?" Jennie asked, pulling away from her embrace.

"I know you're really busy with your charity and finals coming up soon, also, mostly the fact you'll have to face them again—" Lisa paused. "I was wondering if you could help me with the opening?"

"For your studio?" Jennie asked brightly. She was still so proud Lisa had gotten so far with that fellowship trip. It had made it all worth it.

Mostly.

There was still that one thing, that one devastating thing, that whole reason she didn't want to admit why she did what she did to Lisa once she was back like she had planned to all along. She'd sacrificed their relationship and her dream and figured they could deal with the aftermath eventually even though she knew Lisa would be upset and feel guilty and betrayed once Jennie told her the truth, but she couldn't now. Not after what had happened.

Lisa nodded apprehensively in response.

"Of course Lisa! I wanted to help anyway, you don't even have to ask."

"Well, it's just because it's got to be a stuffy party. The fellowship committee will be there, and I'd have to invite your dad." Lisa finished nervously.

Jennie rolled her eyes. "I already knew that Lisa. I figured he'd be there. Is this why you were nervous to ask?"

"Well yeah." Lisa said sheepishly.

"He doesn't scare me anymore. I'm independent from him now." Jennie reassured Lisa. "For real this time. I can face him."

"So you'll help me?"

"Lisa I already made a whole board for you, come look." Jennie said, grabbing Lisa's hand excitedly and taking her to her office where Jennie had drafted a bunch of ideas for Lisa's opening just in case she wanted to hear them.

Lisa should have known Jennie would have already taken it upon herself to help Lisa out with the opening.

"You're amazing." Lisa said in awe as Jennie showed her a whole image board of what she had planned.

"I was waiting for your permission but I also did some research and have part of the guest list ready if you want to look over it, I tried to find rich people that aren't too stuffy. Like Auntie Kim." Jennie giggled. "Oh, and I made a folder so you can look over the other details and pick out—" Jennie was shut up by plump lips.

"I don't know how you have so much time to do everything but I trust you. Whatever you probably already picked as your top choices is fine."

"Are you sure because—" Jennie tried to continue.

"It's perfect Jennie." Lisa cut her off. "Everything you decided will be perfect. Just let me know how I can do it, I don't want to take up too much of your time after you've already done all this for me."

Jennie beamed, so glad she could be trusted with something so important to Lisa. This was the beginning of her career after all.

"I still could—" Jennie started.

"We're home bitches!" Jisoo shouted from the living room. "Are you two doing it again?!"

Jennie rolled her eyes while Lisa snickered.

"Yes! In your bed!" Lisa shouted. "Again! We haven't christened this one yet!"

Lisa laughed even harder when she heard the thuds of distinct running up the stairs. She peeked out of Jennie's office and sure enough, Jisoo was running to the master bedroom.

"How did she fall for that?" Jennie asked incredulously.

Chaeyoung was shaking her head at Jisoo, making her way over to them as they walked out of the office a second later.

"Do you still need help with dinner wifey?" Chaeyoung asked.

"Nope, its done. Just have to set the table." Jennie offered brightly as she received a hug from Chaeyoung as she usually did.

"I got it." Lisa offered after Chaeyoung hugged her too.

"Limario you ass, come here." Jisoo said as she ran down the stairs again. Lisa giggled and ran into the kitchen.

"I didn't say right now! We did it earlier!" Lisa shouted back.

"I swear if you're telling the truth I'll choke you! I have cameras you know!" Jisoo said as she ran after Lisa to the kitchen.

"That's why we do it in your bed! We can't do it on the couch, you can't have our sex tape so easily!" Lisa said cackling.

"I swear if it wasn't for my Chipmunk and Jendeukie I would have kicked you out of my house by now!"

"Just help me set the table!" Lisa laughed as she was cornered in the kitchen, Jisoo blocking the entryway.

"I can't kick you out but I can mess with those stupid bangs of yours!" Jisoo said deviously, rushing Lisa.

"No! Not the bangs." Lisa panicked, jumping up and over the counter into the living room in a fit of giggles when Jisoo narrowly missed grabbing her.

"Children, we're dating children." Jennie said in amusement.

"We are." Rosie agreed, giggling along with Jennie as they watched them chase each other around the house again. "Life is so cruel for making us fall for them."

Lisa tried jumping the couch too but accidentally clipped the top and tripped, despite it being lower than the counter. She landed on the sofa cushion and Jisoo wasted no time in jumping over it too. They heard an oomph from Lisa as soon as Jisoo went over, landing on top of Lisa, not bothering to slow her momentum.

"For someone so graceful when she dances she sure is clumsy." Jennie pointed out after she watched Lisa trip.

"You have no idea. She broke her arm freshman year of high school just walking. There's a step right after the parking lot of our school, that she literally took every single day and still managed to trip." Chaeyoung said laughing. "I had to write out her homework for two months because she couldn't write with her left hand yet she could do b boy moves like its nothing to her."

Jennie shook her head fondly. "Come on, if we wait for them to set the table at this rate we'll never eat dinner." Jennie told Chaeyoung. Lisa and Jisoo were of course still fighting by the time they had finished setting the table and brought all of the food out.

"Kim Jisoo leave her alone or you're not getting any this week." Chaeyoung shouted towards the living room.

Jisoo popped up quick after that comment, jumping off of Lisa almost immediately. A very disheveled looking Lisa then popped her head over the couch as she sat up, grinning towards Jennie.

"You too." Jennie said to Lisa. "Come eat dinner."

"Coming!" Lisa yelled, jumping over the couch instead of going around and almost falling on her face again.

Lisa sat next to Jennie, giving her a quick peck on the cheek. "Thanks for cooking baby."

"Yeah, thanks Jendeuk."

"I'm sorry I left you alone this time wifey." Chaeyoung added.

"It's okay, Lisa supervised." Jennie joked as she brushed Lisa's bangs in place with her fingers for her, trying not to laugh at the way Lisa held still, looking like a little kid.

"I handed her the spoons and plates." Lisa said proudly.

"Spatulas and pots and pans babe." Jennie corrected, still fixing Lisa's bangs.

"I handed her the spatulas, pots, and pans." Lisa amended, still looking proud of herself.

Jennie couldn't help but giggle and lean over and kiss her as soon as she mostly fixed Lisa's bangs. She found the fact that Lisa was so useless in the kitchen kind of cute.

Lisa looked really, really proud of herself after that, grinning at Jennie dopily.

"Just as soon as I help get you two together I want to break you up again." Jisoo said frowning at the display of affection.

"Please babe, you're their biggest shipper." Rosie cut in.

"I was just tired of them being all mopey and shit." Jisoo grumbled. "I don't care if they're together."

"Sure babe." Rosie laughed.

"Jisoo will never admit she cares about me." Jennie said, joining in on the teasing.

"Or that I'm her best friend." Lisa said, winking at Jisoo.

"I need alcohol for this." Jisoo frowned, going down to her bomb shelter to her cellar.

Jennie's eyebrows shot up when she noticed Jisoo was holding the rare bottle of Cristal.

"I thought you were saving that for your we—" Lisa started curiously.

Jennie shoved a piece of bulgogi into Lisa's mouth to shut her up. "Anniversary. Weren't you saving that for your anniversary?" Jennie said to Jisoo as Lisa chewed.

Jisoo shrugged, avoiding both girls eyes across the table which only made Jennie giddy because she was pretty sure Jisoo was going to propose tonight. Jennie elbowed Lisa, looking pointedly at the bottle. Lisa had no clue what Jennie was trying to say so she just shrugged and happily got up to get them some champagne flutes, figuring that's what she wanted since she didn't set the table because she was too busy fighting with Jisoo.

Jennie rolled her eyes at her, knowing Lisa had no idea what was about to happen and would probably ruin it so she followed her into the kitchen.

"I think Jisoo's proposing tonight!" Jennie said excitedly. "We should leave them alone after one glass."

"But the Dom Peri or whatever!" Lisa pouted, she remembered Jennie said it was the expensive bottle and Lisa really wanted to try it.

Jennie leveled a look at her, not even bothering to correct her on the brand and tell her it was the Cristal.

"Fineee." Lisa whined as she noticed Jennie's look.

They went back and Jennie noticed the apprehensive look on Jisoo's face and her suspicions were confirmed. Jisoo never got nervous. They locked eyes and Jennie winked at her. She watched Jisoo exhale slowly and nod.

Chaeyoung missed the whole thing, too busy chatting away happily about the showcase and rehearsals as she ate her second piece of cheesecake.

"Which song do you think I should do babe?" Chaeyoung asked Jisoo, who was completely spaced out. "Babe?" Chaeyoung asked again, looking to Jisoo with furrowed brows when she didn't get an answer.

"Huh?" Jisoo asked, snapping out of it once Jennie put the glasses down on the table a little harder than necessary, making them clink to try and get her cousin to wake up out of her nervous stupor.

"Are you okay?" Chaeyoung asked in concern, because Jisoo never failed to listen to her. Even during her music rants about melody and arrangements that Jisoo sometimes had no clue about but always tried to give her opinion anyway when Chaeyoung asked her. "Are you sick?" Chaeyoung said as she put her hand over Jisoo's forehead.

Jisoo shook her head dazedly, Chaeyoung brought her hand back.

"Are you sure baby?" Chaeyoung asked, setting her fork that still had a piece of cheesecake down and facing Jisoo fully now.

"Marry me Rosie!" Jisoo blurted out.

"Okay!" Chaeyoung said immediately, grinning and launching herself into Jisoo's lap, she put her arms around Jisoo's neck and began kissing her vigorously.

"That was easy." Jennie said giggling, grabbing the bottle of Cristal so she could open it and celebrate their friend's engagement.

Lisa looked on incredulously. "That's it?" She said, looking at Jennie with a bewildered look. "That's all you have to do to propose?"

"Hush babe." Jennie told Lisa as she popped the bottle open and a bit of champagne spilled out.

Chaeyoung pulled away leaving behind a breathless Jisoo.

"Wait—wait, don't you want to hear why I want to marry you before you say yes?" Jisoo asked.

"Shut up idiot are you trying to ruin it?" Lisa cut in, scolding Jisoo. "She already said yes you dumbass!"

Chaeyoung giggled, "I already know the reasons. They're the same reasons why I wanna marry you. Besides, you've already proposed to me like a hundred times in the past year." Chaeyoung said pointedly.

"I have?" Jisoo asked, looking bewildered now.

"Yes, and I've said yes just as many times."

"I'm confused." Jisoo answered honestly.

"Me too." Lisa added, setting her elbow on the table and resting her chin on her hand as she watched them.

Jennie shook her head as she poured them all a flute of champagne. "You might just have to show her Rosie."

Chaeyoung needed no more prompting. She jumped up from Jisoo's lap and ran up the stairs to Jisoo's office, picking the lock and opening Jisoo's locked drawer expertly. She had caught Jisoo way too many times at the beginning of the year, shoving papers in there and looking guilty.

Chaeyoung had only picked the lock just to make sure her girlfriend wasn't doing anything sketchy or too schemy like she usually did. She was usually the only one who could tame Jisoo so she was looking out for her wild girlfriend when she found them.

She found all the drafts of Jisoo's planned speeches to propose to her. Her heart had skipped out of her chest. She already knew Jisoo had been planning to propose. Jisoo wasn't subtle, carrying that ring around everywhere but seeing her speeches had made her heart melt.

Chaeyoung hopped back down the stairs and showed Jisoo the papers. She watched Jisoo visibly pale.

"Look at the bottom Kim Jisoo." Chaeyoung pointed out.

Jisoo looked at the bottom of the first page, her first ever draft. There, unmistakably written in Chaeyoung's small loopy script handwriting was a simple Yes.

"Keep going." Chaeyoung urged Jisoo when she looked up at her.

Jisoo looked at her next draft and at the bottom, in Chaeyoung's handwriting again—Of course I'll marry you.

Jisoo flipped to the next page, needing no more prompting.

This one made me cry baby. I would have been a sobbing mess and it would have taken me forever to answer you but it would have still been a yes.

Jisoo kept flipping through them, choking up at all of Chaeyoung's answers.

A resounding YES.

Can you just ask me already before I steal your thunder and ask you myself? Yes yes yes Kim Jisoo.

Are we planning on babies, because if you want them you have to tell me now so I can ask you because you take too long to ask me big things. Anyway, Yes!

I'm stealing that ring out of your pocket and putting it on if you don't propose soon. That counts as a yes right, or is that cheating?

Kim Jisoo, I love you. Marry me?

Jisoo, my soulmate, I'll wait forever to say yes if I need to, but please ask me already because it's getting kind of hard not blurting out a yes every time I see you fiddling with your pocket and playing with that engagement ring.

It was endless. Endless little messages from Chaeyoung at the bottom of every proposal and by the end of it Jisoo had to swallow hard before she actually cried in front of anyone that wasn't Chaeyoung.

Chaeyoung on the other hand was crying, as she tended to do because she was very emotional, especially when it came to Jisoo being sweet to her.

"What did I miss?" Lisa whispered to Jennie as she watched them.

Jennie had been the only one Chaeyoung had told about finding the letters. Chaeyoung knew Lisa too well. She would probably spill to Jisoo on accident and Chaeyoung had to tell someone before she exploded and Jennie was the only one she trusted to keep the secret.

"Jisoo's been trying to propose for a year and she wrote out her speeches and Rosie said yes at the bottom of each page." Jennie whispered back.

"I see." Lisa said, nodding blankly.

"You so don't see." Jennie teased her.

"No, I don't." Lisa giggled.

"Sshh, let them have their moment." Jennie said as she clapped a hand over Lisa's mouth.

"How did I not see you replied to all of these?" Jisoo asked Chaeyoung incredulously.

"Because you're a perfectionist and refused to look at anything you wrote ever again if you didn't like it enough, but you also kept them just in case." Chaeyoung rolled her eyes in amusement. She had figured even if she did answer Jisoo would never even see it. She had to stop herself from setting the letters down on Jisoo's desk many times that whole year so she could just see her answer already but Chaeyoung had forced herself to be patient.

"I'm sorry I took so long chipmunk, I just wanted it to be perfect and then I went and ruined it by just blurting it out, out of nowhere."

"It was perfect. You wrote me a hundred different beautiful proposals and then like the blunt person you are, like the Jisoo I love so much you just went out and said it." Chaeyoung said fondly. "It was such a Jisoo thing to do. I love you so much for it."

"I love you too chipmunk, so so much." Jisoo said as she pulled Chaeyoung back into her lap and pulled her in.

They started making out again and Lisa started downing her champagne because she could tell this might take a while, deciding not to wait for the toasts to try it.

"This is payback isn't it?" Lisa said to Jennie, looking at the other two who were hardly paying any attention to them, too wrapped up in themselves.

"We did it all over the bunker babe, this is hardly payback." Jennie whispered, blushing.

Lisa shook her head and poured herself another glass. "Damn, this shit is good."

She tried drinking it again but Jennie put her hand on top of the glass, bringing it down.

"Wait for them." Jennie scolded.

"By the time they're done making out it'll be five am!" Lisa complained.

"They just got engaged babe! Let them." Jennie scolded her again.

Lisa sighed. "You're right. At least I didn't have to wait for the wedding to try this." Lisa said looking at the champagne glass wistfully, trying to look at the bright side. "It would have taken years at this rate."

Jennie tried pulling Lisa up, "Come on, lets leave them to celebrate."

"Wait wait." Chaeyoung said, finally pulling away from a dazed looking Jisoo. "We have to celebrate with you."

"We can celebrate tomorrow." Jennie said smiling warmly. "You guys be love birds."

"Sit down Jendeuk. You too Limario. I did this while you were here for a reason. You're both the most important people in our lives." Jisoo forced out, admitting that kind of stuff to someone who wasn't Chaeyoung was hard for her.

"Alright then, toasts?" Jennie said picking up her champagne, knowing Jisoo struggled with feelings. This was as close to an I love you as they would get and it made Jennie's heart warm. She figured the least she could do for her cousin was give her an out.

"To my sister and my crackhead best friend who won't admit she's my best friend," Lisa said raising her glass, ready to try more of the champagne. "Congratulations on getting hitched soon! Have lots of babies!"

Jisoo rolled her eyes good-naturedly at Lisa for that toast.

Lisa tried to drink again but Jennie stopped her. Lisa pouted at her.

"Wait its my turn." Jennie said giggling. "First of all, Jisoo, I didn't know you could be so romantic." Jennie teased.

"Is this roast Jisoo day?" Jisoo asked looking around at everyone with a frown.

"Its always roast Jisoo day." Lisa smirked.

"I'm getting you back for that Limario."

"Excuse me, I'm still toasting." Jennie glared at both of them.

"Sorry babe."

"Sorry Jendeuk."

"Anyway, by some miracle you found someone as sweet as Rosie to love you."

"She's not that sweet." Lisa mumbled under her breath.

"I heard that Lis." Chaeyoung said rolling her eyes at her.

"Well you're not." Lisa protested.

Jennie glared at Lisa again.

"Sorry baby brat, please continue." Lisa said, pecking her on the lips.

"Rosie, you've been a part of the family ever since I met you but I can't wait for you to make it official. Also, don't let my cousin bully you into taking her last name, yours is much cooler."

"Manoban is cooler than Park, you want to take mine?" Lisa said to Jennie, raising her eyebrow and smirking.

Jennie knew Lisa was kidding but the comment still made her blush. Jennie shook her head to snap herself out of it.

"And you said my proposal was lame." Jisoo snorted from across the table.

"I didn't say that." Lisa said indignantly.

"You thought it though."

"You're right." Lisa smirked.

"Alright I give up." Jennie said, "You two are hopeless, I'd never get through it. Lets just drink to our favorite people getting married soon because Jisoo finally stopped being a coward enough to ask."

"This is roast Jisoo day." Jisoo said frowning. "You try proposing to Lisa and tell me how easy it is!" She finished indignantly.

Chaeyoung giggled at them as they all clinked their glasses. Jennie avoided Lisa's gaze after Jisoo's comment. Lisa found herself blushing this time.

They ended up sprawling themselves over the living room couches as they slowly drank the ridiculously expensive champagne. Rosie and Jisoo were inseparable, being extremely touchy with each other the entire night as they all talked.

At some point both Jisoo and Lisa ended up laying on their girlfriend's laps because they both got overly tipsy trying to compete with each other as per usual.

Both couples ended up in their own little worlds at that point.

Jisoo looked up at Chaeyoung as she lovingly stroked Jisoo's hair back.

"Chipmunk?"

"Hmm?" Chaeyoung asked, leaning down and kissing Jisoo's forehead.

"You're really going to marry me?" Jisoo asked, slurring a bit.

"We've been married." Chaeyoung giggled.

"Really?" Jisoo asked incredulously, eyes wide.

"Jisoo we share a room together. You bought this big house for us, you invited our friends. You asked Lisa to move in because you knew I missed her. This is just a formality and just because I want my family to be there and for our friends to celebrate with us when I officially get married to you and especially because I to hear your vows."

Jisoo shot up from Chaeyoung's lap abruptly.

"Oh crap, I should start working on those." Jisoo said panicking. "When's our wedding? How long do I have? Did we pick a date yet? Can I have a year?"

Chaeyoung brought Jisoo back down to her lap by the collar.

"Whatever you decide to write first, just use that baby. I'll love it." Chaeyoung said. "And no. I'm not waiting another year to marry you. I've waited long enough." Chaeyoung finished sternly.

"But it took me a hundred pages to propose to you." Jisoo said worriedly.

"And I loved every single one of them." Chaeyoung responded. "You could have proposed to me with the very first one, it was perfect and so were all the rest."

Jisoo hummed contentedly, satisfied from her panic for the moment as Chaeyoung continued to stroke her hair and whisper reassurance.

Lisa was laid out on the other couch, mirroring Jisoo's position, playing with the ends of Jennie's hair that was cascading in waves close to her face where she was laying her head on Jennie's lap.

"You're so pretty." Lisa admitted.

Jennie rolled her eyes playfully.

"That's the fifth time you said that in five minutes Lili." Jennie giggled.

"Well you are."

Jennie still found herself blushing despite Lisa's drunk state.

"What am I going to do with you?" Jennie said halfheartedly.

"Marry me too?" Lisa said giggling, only half joking. Really not joking, but she would have never said that without the alcohol talking. "Or kiss me. Can you kiss me?" Lisa asked hopefully, coming to her senses for a second after asking that question. Hoping Jennie figured she was just teasing considering they'd only been back together a week.

Jennie playfully rolled her eyes for the umpteenth time that night but leaned down to kiss Lisa anyway because she wanted those kisses too.

"You are seriously so gorgeous baby brat. How are you so gorgeous?" Lisa asked in awe after a couple of more minutes of playing with Jennie's hair and admiring Jennie's features.

"Lisaaaa." Jennie whined.

"Baby braaaat." Lisa teased. "Seriously, you're so beautiful."

"Lisa stop it." Jennie said halfheartedly, tapping her on the stomach lightly, unable to keep the smile off her face even though she was really trying her hardest to.

"Okay okay. You're also really super smart and super talented. Super sweet. Super generous." Lisa said nodding once, very firmly as she counted everything down with her fingers. "And super hot and super sexy and super ceo and aaaall the supers. The good supers of course."

"Lisa you need to stop you're turning me into a tomato." Jennie said, feeling the heat on her cheeks.

"A cute tomato." Lisa gushed, pinching Jennie's cheeks.

Jennie smacked her hand away. "Stop it."

"Cute little mandu." Lisa continued.

Jennie glared this time. "What's that supposed to mean."

"I love your dumbling...dumbling? Dumpling! I love your dumpling cheeks!" Lisa managed to finish.

Jennie would have been annoyed at the comparison because she kind of hated her cheeks except for the fact she couldn't stop laughing at the fact Lisa had just said dumbling instead of dumpling.

"What? What's so funny?" Lisa asked as she watched a giggling Jennie above her. "I wanna know the joke!" Lisa asked indignantly.

Jennie finally calmed down enough to speak. "Nothing Lili. I just love you." Jennie said shaking her head.

Lisa forgot about the joke completely and ended up with a dopey smile on her face. "I love you too baby brat. God you're so pretty."

Jennie shook her head at her again. "Come on drunky, lets get you to bed."

Chaeyoung was currently doing the same thing with Jisoo, taking her upstairs incredibly slowly so she wouldn't miss a step.

Jennie dragged Lisa into her room and sat her on the bed.

"Boxers and a sports bra?" Jennie asked, going to Lisa's drawer.

"No." Lisa pouted. "Get naked with me."

"What makes you think I'm staying in here with you?" Jennie asked Lisa, raising an eyebrow at her and smirking.

"Is it cus I'm drunk? I'll sober up!" Lisa exclaimed quickly, trying to stand up. "I just need water and bread."

Jennie guided Lisa back to the bed. "That doesn't work Lisa. Only time sobers you up."

"So you're really not gonna sleep here with me?" Lisa asked sadly.

"I have my own room Lisa." Jennie teased as she took Lisa's shoes off for her.

"But you always sleep with me?" Lisa said, pouting more by the second.

"Not tonight." Jennie said as she made Lisa pull her arms up to take her shirt off.

"I'm never drinking again." Lisa said grumpily. "Stupid Dom Peri."

"Perignon." Jennie giggled.

"Perion." Lisa tried saying.

Jennie giggled again. "That's not even what we drank Lis. We had Cristal."

"Crystal?" Lisa asked confused, mispronouncing it.

"Sure baby."

"I hate crystal. Fuck all the crystals in the world!" Lisa said frowning. "What if I sleep on the floor?" Lisa asked hopefully. "Will you still stay in the room with me?"

Jennie helped take Lisa's pants off.

"You're not sleeping on the floor Lisa."

"Ugh I hate my lifeeee." Lisa whined, falling back on the bed dramatically, hands splayed out.

"It's one night Lis." Jennie said as she helped continue undressing her.

"That's too longggg!" Lisa whined again.

"Come on, stand up." Jennie helped Lisa on her feet once she finished undressing her so she could pull the covers down for her. "Lay down." Jennie said sternly and Lisa threw herself on the bed face first with a loud and frustrated Ugh.

Jennie shook her head and started undressing herself. Lisa turned her head to the side eventually, once she lost her breath considering she was face down on the pillow and watched Jennie.

"You're staying?" Lisa asked hopefully.

"Of course Lili. Who else is going to cuddle me?" Jennie answered softly, done with her teasing.

Lisa turned around quickly, laying face up and putting out her arms immediately, beckoning for Jennie to get into bed with her with her hands.

Jennie slid in next to her on the bed, fully intending on curling into her side but Lisa immediately grabbed her and pulled Jennie directly on top of her.

"Lis I'll crush you." Jennie giggled, trying to struggle free but Lisa held her tighter.

"Like it when you're on top me." Lisa mumbled, sleep taking over slowly now that she was holding Jennie in her arms. "Jennie blanket. Lisa pillow."

Jennie shook her head but buried her face in Lisa's neck anyway, crawling up her body higher. Even with the alcohol she still smelled Lisa's distinct scent. That safe loving scent that always calmed her and gave her butterflies.

"I love you Lili." Jennie whispered, giving her a small kiss on the neck.

"Love you more—baby brat." Lisa mumbled again. Already drifting off to sleep.

"Impossible." Jennie whispered again, her eyes drooping closed too.
