The following day, Rachel Grey had breakfast after washing up and left for work.

However, she did not expect an uninvited guest to be waiting for her at the office entrance.

Rachel saw Louis Smith loitering in front of the office before she got out of her car.

She had not seen Louis since the bidding ended.

She thought Louis would be up to his eyeballs with the Smith family matters at hand. He would not be

in the mood or have the time to wait for her here.

everyone in the family lived in fear all day. They seemed harmonious on the surface but harbored

He took a deep breath and said in a hoarse voice, “Rac-Rae, can you give me a chance for us to talk in

private?”

The corners of Rachel’s lips curled into a mocking smile. “Why should I give you a chance, huh? When

we broke already made it clear that we would never reconcile. Have you forgotten, Mr. Smith?”

“You said you loved Olivia Cruise so much that you couldn’t forget about her throughout our three-year

relationship. What happened now? Did you finally forget about her? Louis, did you love her that much

after all?”

Rachel sneered and said blatantly. “In reality, you don’t love anyone, You only love yourself. Now that
