The One Night Stand Turns Out To Be My Professor
26
Sophiaâs POV
Ian pecked me, kissing my forehead and my cheek before kissing my nose too. I giggled, melting into his touch while he wrapped his arms around my waist protectively. I loved it when we were like this. When he held me like he couldnât afford to let me go. Like he never wanted to let me go.
âLook left and right before you cross the road,â he said against my neck, his hot breath making me shiver. If he kept up with that, I might just have to seduce him into fucking me in his office, even though we both agreed that that wouldnât do that again. Just so we wouldnât get caught. It was better to be on the safer side.
âIâm not a child,â I reminded him. âYou make me feel so little.â
âDo I?â He asked with a smirk.
âYes, you do,â I answered with a pout. âHow old are you anyways?â
âOlder than you think,â he answered with a shrug. âYour Uber is waiting outside, we donât want to keep him waiting. Make sure you call me when you get home. Okay?â
âYes, yes,â I answered with a roll of my eyes and picked up my bag. He kissed the side of my lips, and then kissed my forehead. My heart was beating so fast thy I feared he could hear it.
I bit my cheek and sighed, heat crawling up my cheeks.
âTake care of yourself,â he said and kissed my lips before holding my hand and leading me outside to his gate. I blushed as he kissed my cheek once again and opened the gate for me. I stepped outside and he didnât follow me. I sighed. I could understand that he had to protect my career, and I also had to be careful because of my academics but I doubted anyone from the school could see us here. But still I was better to be careful than to end up regretting later. I smiled at him and tuned around while he closed the gate. I walked to the Uber and got into his car then he drove off.
âSo how did your weekend go?â Jenny asked the moment I stepped into our room. She had her books laid out on the bed. It seemed like she was reading.
âWowâ¦I donât think Iâve ever seen you reading ever since we resumed,â I said as I closed the door behind me and locked it. I walked to my bed and plopped down on it.
âYou didnât answer my questionâ¦and thatâs not your cloth,â she noted. âDid you even go to classes today?â
âYes, Jenny, I did.â
âAnd did he also come to class?â She asked. I nodded. Heat crept up my cheeks as I remembered how I couldnât stop thinking of how he fucked me instead of trying to concentrate in his class. At least I was able to do my best in the test he had given up because I had started reading ahead.
âYes, Jenny, he did,â I answered with an overdramatic sigh.
âAnd with the way youâre blushing, Iâm suspecting that you and him had sex in his office again?â She asked and then gave me a look I didnât like. âItâs risky that youâre sleeping with your lecturer,â she began with a whisper. âBut sleeping with him in his office?â
âNo, Jenny. We didnât,â I answered with a roll of my eyes. âDid you think Iâd do that again and risk someone finding out that he and I are sleeping together?â I whispered harshly. âIâm not that stupid.â
âIâm sorryâ¦Iâm just looking out for you,â she answered with a sigh. âWell? How was your weekend?â She asked again. âAnd did you wear his clothes to school?â
âMy weekend was fine. And yes, itâs just his hoodie. Mine tire this morning while I was at his place,â I explained.
âOh,â she answered with a casual shrug. âHowâs his house? Is it beautiful?â
âMore than,â I answered and giggled like an highschool teenager. âHis living room is bigger than my room,â I murmured and sighed. âHis house is big and beautiful. I wasnât expecting such a beautiful house from him.â
âMe too,â Jenny said, pursing her lips as she jotted something down on her notebook.
âSo how was your weekend at Ronanâs place?â I asked her, raising a brow slightly. I watched as her cheeks slowly turned pink and she bit her lip while she kept her eyes on her book. She was trying not to blush.
âYou know youâre like an open book, right?â I murmured, laughing lightly and shaking my head at her attempt to ignore my question and act normal. âJust look at how youâre blushing. Anyone with perfectly functioning eyes can tell what happened between you and him.â
âUgh. You donât have to make it so obvious that you know. You should have just gone with the flow,â she murmured, rolling her eyes slightly then she looked at me. âIs it that obvious?â
âYes, duh,â I answered, rolling my eyes slightly and then laughing. âJeez! Youâre in too deep for him, arenât you?â
âNo. Iâm not,â she lied. I held her eyes for a while, knowing fully well that she wouldnât hold eye contact with me if she was lying. She looked away from me and groaned, falling back on her bed while covering her face. âFine! Fine I like him! Jeez, I hate you.â
âI love you too,â I answered, laughing lightly while shaking my head. âI know that you like him, Jenny. Thatâs not what Iâm asking. Iâm asking if youâve fallen for him.â
âThat fast? No of course not,â she denied. I decided to let it go. It was clear that she was still processing her feelings with this guy and I wanted her to take her time with that.
âWhatâs he like anyway?â I asked her.
âYouâve asked me before,â she murmured, eyeing me.
âHave I?â I asked, raising a brow at her.
âLeave me alone. Iâm trying to study. Exams are in a few weeks. You know that,â she said.
âOh, thatâs true,â I answered with a nod of my head.
âSo, how was your history test today?â She asked as she sat up on her bed once again and began to close her books then put them in the bookshelf next to her bd.
âIt was fine,â I answered with a nod of my head. âI was able to write what I knew on what he asked us. Iâve been reading ahead,â I explained.
âThatâs my girl!â She hyped, a grin on her face as she got up from her bed and walked to me, taking my hand and dragging me away from mine.
âWhat?â I asked, quickly getting up from the bed before I could fall down from all her dragging.
âLetâs go out and have dinner,â she said.
âDinner?â I repeated after her and then looked at my digital clock on my nightstand. âBitch, itâs just 4:48 pm.â
âLunch then?â She asked with a raised eyebrow.
âItâs past time for lunch, too, Jenny. Are you hungry right now?â I asked her with a raised eyebrow. I wasnât exactly hungry since I had eaten before I left Ianâs house this morning.
âYes, Iâve barely had anything to eat all day,â she whined with a pout.
âYouâve barely had anything to eat, or you have not had anything to eat?â I asked her with a raised brow..
âIâve barely had anything to eat,â she answered.
âSo youâve eaten?â I raised a brow at her once again.
âBurger doesnât count as an actual food, Sophia,â she answered me with a frown as she walked to her closet and grabbed a sweater which she put on then quickly slid her get into her Crocs then took my hands once again. âLetâs go,â she added. I wore my Crocs and left with her.
ââ¦and he kept trying to touch me but I was so irritated that I couldnât help but give him the hot, dirty slap he deserved. Who did he think he was to touch me that way?â She narrated her experience at a night club she had gone to sith Ronan yesterday.
âAnd where was Ronan all this time?â I asked, raising a brow at her before I put a forkful of pasta in my mouth.
âHe excused himself to the restroom,â she answered. âAnd he came back after I slapped the stupid bastard who thought he could put his hands on me however he liked.â
âAnd what did he do to him?â I asked, taking a sip of my water.
âHeâoh, there he is.â Her cheeks turned pink instantly and I smiled, turning around and looking at the fairly tall, quiet looking, handsome guy who just walked into the restaurant.
âIâll leave you both to it,â I told her and patted her hand then got up. The guy must have seen her too and was already heading towards us. I passed him and gave him a polite smile before walking out of the restaurant. It wasnât far from the dorm so I could just trek it.
I looked left and right, and when I was sure that no vehicle was passing, I began to cross the road. Out of no where, a car came speeding right at me and I froze, my eyes widening. A cold hand grabbed me and dragged me back on the walkway.
