Chapter 1100

Love Unbreakable by Bank Brook

Chapter 1100:

? ? ? ? ?

“And why am I not a man?” Bryce smirked, his arrogance palpable.

“Being a man means swallowing my pride? Look, you could sleep with three thousand men and it wouldn't affect me because we're not together. Got it?”

Eloisa, furious, stomped her foot. “Watch me do it now!”

He turned around and added: "Not three thousand, but thirty thousand! I'm going to the bar right now to find someone."

Bryce replied coldly, “Go ahead. But remember that the bars around here aren't that big. Finding thirty thousand men will be quite a challenge.”

Eloise paused, her voice tinged with triumph. “I knew it! You can't bear to see me go…”

With a casual wave, Bryce explained, “I was just saying that you might need to check out a few more bars. “One won’t be enough.”

Stunned, Eloise was speechless. “You!”

Overcome with rage, she covered her face and ran away.

When Eloise ran past Raegan, she was too distracted to recognize her, tears streaming down her face.

Bryce also walked away without looking back, in the opposite direction.

Raegan watched, her brow furrowed in disbelief. There was something going on between Eloise and Bryce… and Mitchel?

Could it be that Eloise was just using Mitchel to provoke Bryce? She felt a pang of pity for Mitchel, never expecting him to be exploited as a pawn in someone else's game.

Back in her room, after taking care of the babies, Erick arrived and told her that everything was ready.

Their strategy was to lure Davey out during Raegan's baby shower celebration.

To ensure the babies' safety, they planned to quietly move them to Landen's home before carrying out their plan.

Landen had already escorted Janey back to Ardlens, a place known for its strict gun laws and heightened security.

Raegan had agreed to this arrangement so she could focus on rescuing her mother without worry.

As the centerpiece of her babies' first month celebration, Raegan had no choice but to attend, which meant her babies had to do with formula for a few days.

Reflecting on the scene she had just witnessed involving Eloise, Raegan shared the details with Erick. She asked, “Erick, don't you think you should tell Mitchel to keep an eye on Eloise, just in case? After all, since Eloise has been with us all this way, it wouldn't look good on Mitchel if something happened to her, especially when it came to explain things to the Benton family.”

Erick was momentarily stunned. He hadn't yet brought up Mitchel's situation with Raegan.

Mitchel had been in a coma for five days due to severe blood loss.

Although they had finally managed to give him a transfusion, it had been delayed a little. His condition had deteriorated and the doctor had diagnosed him with a chronic illness.

The doctor's prognosis was grim, suggesting that Mitchel would likely be dependent on crutches for life. The chances of a full recovery were slim.

The doctor was especially remorseful because, given Mitchel's solid recovery from previous surgeries, he should have regained full mobility.
