Chapter 1151

Love Unbreakable by Bank Brook

Chapter 1151:

? ? ? ? ?

“Can you believe it? You actually tried to kill me, not just once, but three times, with real intent. And now, just because we share the same blood, you think I should forgive you?”

Davey’s calm façade faltered momentarily. With measured composure, she declared, “In the past, I wasn't aware. But thinking about that won't help us move forward; we need to focus on the future. Being my daughter won't be a disadvantage to you. And just so you know, I will protect you from anyone who has hurt you, whoever they are.”

Raegan had never witnessed such audacity and delusional behavior. How could he say such a thing, urging her to ignore the past? After enduring his attempts on her life, not once, not twice, but three times…

And endure his mother's captivity… If it weren't for him, his life wouldn't have been so full of turmoil, and his adoptive father wouldn't have died innocently.

Davey's brazen assertion that she would suffer no disadvantage in the days ahead was like salt in her wounds. Every loss, every trial, every tear had borne his mark. She, who should have been pampered by her mother, endured a life marred by chaos.

“Davey, are you delusional? I will never acknowledge you as my father. I will take my mother and leave. You have imprisoned her for years and your hands are stained with the blood of innocents.” Raegan's eyes locked on him as she spoke, her determination unwavering. “People like you belong in hell!”

Davey, unfazed by Raegan's fury, smiled softly. "It seems we can't come to an agreement."

He waved his hand dismissively. “But it doesn't matter. The three of us will spend a lot of time together, and you'll see what a good father I can be.”

Raegan eyed Davey warily, unsure of her next move.

But he didn't have to wait long to find out.

Davey called a servant and ordered him: "Gather the young lady's belongings and put them on the plane."

Seeing Raegan's ashen face, Davey calmly explained, "We're leaving soon."

Raegan's jaw dropped, frozen in shock. Davey intended to take her and Casey away.

Raegan knew Davey's cunning well, his ability to hide Casey for decades a testament to his skill. Once she was taken away this time, she could say goodbye to her father, her brother, her children, and everything she held dear.

“I'm not leaving! Period.” Raegan threw a chair and bolted for the door.

But before she could reach her, Davey grabbed her arm, tied her wrists with his tie, and led her downstairs.

Time was of the essence. Their location could be compromised.

They had to flee immediately.

Outside, preparations were made. Once they were gone, Davey could hide them as before.

Bound and hoisted over Davey's shoulder, Raegan was unable to free herself no matter how hard she struggled.

Near the door, Raegan saw a servant escorting Casey to the waiting helicopter.

From Davey's shoulder, Raegan screamed, "Mom! Mom! Run! Don't get on the plane! Run!"

Casey looked at Raegan, momentarily puzzled. But she didn't react.

It seemed like yesterday's clarity had been a fleeting moment for Raegan.
