Chapter 261

Love Unbreakable by Bank Brook

? ? ? ? ?

Boom. Suddenly, he accelerated the car at full speed.

Approaching a sharp U-curve, Henley abruptly changed lanes, attempting to overturn the blue luxury vehicle.

Mitchel reacted quickly, swerving the steering wheel to avoid the collision, and his car skidded to a stop.

After giving in because Raegan was still in Henley's car, Mitchel cursed himself for falling for Henley's ploy.

As Mitchel prepared to drive again, a loud crash sounded.

Henley's car had crashed into a dock at high speed.

Suddenly, Mitchel's complexion turned ashen, a deep fear gripped him from within. His hands, gripping the steering wheel, shook uncontrollably.

He tried to get up twice, but he couldn't find the strength to stand.

Struggling to stay on his feet, he punched his leg to regain his concentration and ran out of the car.

Henley's car was totaled, with the front end crumpled, airbags deployed and a fuel leak. The situation became dangerous.

Mitchel frantically yanked the door open and froze at the sight.

Henley, bloodied, protected Raegan with his body, impaled by the reinforcements of the fence.

Raegan, in shock, was carefully extracted by Mitchel. She seemed almost unharmed, the blood on her clothes was not hers.

A few moments later, Raegan realized that Henley had saved her at the crucial moment.

As the car headed toward the dock, he had prepared himself for the worst.

Unexpectedly, Henley pounced on her and protected her. Their pre-adjustment of the seat saved them from the worst of the impact.

Raegan was speechless. Although Henley had wanted to take her against her will, he sacrificed himself to save her.

His emotions were torn between resentment and gratitude.

Tears overtook Raegan. He implored Mitchel breathlessly: “Please save him…”

Despite her anger towards Henley, she could not bear to see him die.

Henley, despite his actions, had not intended to harm him.

Mitchell's face darkened, haunted by the image of Raegan in Henley's embrace.

He moved to assess Henley, whose face was deathly pale.

Mitchell had called 911 and help was on the way. Knowing it was risky to move the wounded, he cautiously checked Henley's breathing.
