Chapter 273
Love Unbreakable by Bank Brook

Raegan collapsed to the ground.
I didn't expect Mitchel to be serious. I really meant to lock her in here.
At the hospital, Nicole had already finished cleaning up.
Nicole was much better, so she was discharged. The doctor said she could rest at home to fully recover, so Jarrod had arranged for a car to pick her up from the hospital.
Jarrod planned to pick her up personally, but was delayed because of Jamie's business.
Nicole was relieved when she found out she wouldn't be able to come. Actually, I didn't want to see him.
Although he had destroyed what Jarrod had about his father, Jarrod claimed to know a doctor who could cure his father's heart problem.
He promised to arrange for the doctor to fly out and perform the operation within a week.
Nicole decided to trust him again. He behaved obediently while waiting for the scheduled operation.
Outside the hospital, he immediately saw Jarrod's company car. This car came to pick her up often, so she already knew him. He got on without hesitation.
The car drove slowly until it reached a chalet.
Nicole realized she had never been here, so she asked, "Why are we here?"
"These are Mr. Schultz's instructions," the driver replied.
Nicole didn't think about anything else. He got out of the car and entered the house.
As soon as he entered, the door slammed shut and was locked from the outside.
Then, a man dressed in a red suit slowly walked out from the corner, looking at Nicole maliciously. âMiss Lawrence, we meet again.â
Howe, the man in the red suit, had the disturbing appearance of a pervert.
Nicole looked at Howe suspiciously and asked him crossly, "What are you doing here?"
Rumors about Howe's cruel treatment of his sexual partners had reached Nicole. Some even spoke of a woman who had died during an encounter with him.
Howe approached Nicole with a leer and said, âThis is my house. Why can't I be here?
Nicole's heart raced. Despite the fear that gripped her, she forced herself to remain calm and said, âI'm sorry. "I must have been in the wrong place."
He turned to the door and pulled on it several times, but it didn't budge.
"No, you're not in the wrong place," Howe said. He got so close to Nicole that he could hear her breathing.
His voice made Nicole feel nauseous and her hair stand on end. Plus, his hand was shaking on the doorknob.
