Chapter 324
Love Unbreakable by Bank Brook
? ? ? ? ?
Raegan was taken aback. Who the hell was that man?
Matteo had just gotten into the car when he saw Mitchel pinning Raegan down and kissing her with unbridled intensity. The shocking scene prompted him to quickly raise the partition that separated the front and rear compartments to give them privacy.
Just before the partition closed, Mitchel ordered, "Push the pedal."
Matteo could see Mitchel's veins on his temples. Without asking the destination, he stepped on the accelerator and headed towards the Serenity Villas as fast as he could.
Meanwhile, Raegan stood dazed, staring at Mitchel. His eyes contained a mixture of shock, revulsion and bewilderment, and there was not even a hint of joy or surprise.
The more Raegan looked at Mitchel, the fiercer his intensity seemed to be.
Raegan felt a wave of fear as his hungry eyes fixed on her. He looked around, desperately searching for something to defend himself with. Desperate, she screamed: âManiac! I don't care if you're handsome or not. What you are doing is against the law. If my brother finds out, he will make sure you regret it.â
Unfortunately for her, her protests fell on deaf ears. Mitchel had no patience for such nonsense, and his threat made little sense to him.
For him, it had been five torturous years without Raeganâ¦
A simple kiss couldn't show how much homesickness he had felt during her absence.
With this thought in mind, Mitchel instinctively reached out and cupped the back of Raegan's neck. Once again, his thin lips pressed against hers with fervent intensityâ¦
Raegan seethed with rage. Although she had given birth to Janey, she didn't remember what it was like to kiss a man passionately.
She remembered feeling close to her husband, Kabir, but their intimacy had been limited to holding hands. There had been no passionate kisses or other fervent encounters. Therefore, she felt that Mitchel was taking advantage of her, which was unacceptable.
Furious and anxious, Raegan didn't hesitate and sank her teeth into Mitchel's lips.
The metallic taste of blood filled his mouth.
Mitchel clenched his jaw, his thin lips now stained with blood, which looked quite sexy. He narrowed his eyes and said in a cold voice, âYou can bite me wherever you want. But not on the lips, okay?
With that, he hoisted Raegan onto his shoulder and carried her into the villa. Yes, he carried her on his shoulder.
Raegan could tell that the man had amazing physical strength.
Carrying a person on your shoulder seemed as easy as picking up a chicken.
Desire burned in Mitchel's eyes. Kissing Raegan hadn't done much to quench his thirst, especially after five long years of lonely nights.
He missed her, so much that he wanted to merge her into his own being so that she would never leave him again.
The instant Mitchel threw her on the bed, Raegan turned and threw a lamp directly at her face.
In the car, he hadn't found anything useful.
Otherwise, he would have attacked him sooner. Go to hell, bastard!
The crystal lamp barely grazed Mitchel's face and crashed against the wall with a loud crash.
Shards of the lamp scattered across the room, leaving Mitchel's otherwise handsome face marked with a bloody gash.
Unfazed by the wound, Raegan quickly fled. She was barefoot and seemed unaware of the broken glass scattered on the floor.
"Careful!" Mitchel hurried to Raegan and knelt, offering the palm of his hand as a makeshift platform for her feet.
Raegan was unable to remove her feet in time, causing the glass to cut into the back of Mitchel's hand and embed itself into her flesh.
A sudden rush of blood painted the scene.
Seemingly indifferent to the injury, Mitchel lifted Raegan and gently placed her back on the bed.
His blood dripped onto the creamy white sheet, staining it, but he didn't care.
His blood continued to drip as he touched Raegan's face with his stained hand, fixing her with piercing eyes.
The woman who had been left for dead and who had haunted his dreams for the past five years was now miraculously alive in his arms.
âRaegan, Raeganâ¦â Mitchel's tall figure leaned over Raegan, trapping her in his arms as he hoarsely repeated her name.
His trembling, bloody hand ran over her features: her face, her eyes, and her lips. He was trying to see if it was real and not a figment of his imagination.
The woman before him was real, very different from the nightmares that had tormented him for the last five years.
âRaegan.â Pressing his lips to her forehead, Mitchel pulled her into his arms and whispered in a low, hoarse voice, "You can hate me, despise me, or whatever, but please don't leave me..."
The metallic smell of blood filled the air as Mitchel pleaded with Raegan.
Raegan struggled to push Mitchel away, but her efforts were in vain.
Desperate, she bit his shoulder hard.
To his surprise, Mitchel's muscles were so robust that he felt his teeth hurt when he bit him.
Mitchel snorted, looked at her with piercing eyes and asked, "Does it hurt?"
Raegan was speechless upon hearing that. He couldn't believe his bad luck. How had she ended up meeting such a crazy man?
Maybe he was really crazy.
Frustrated, Raegan screamed, âLet go of me! "I want to go home."
Hearing their complaints, the fire in Mitchel's eyes resurfaced. He stared at her and said coldly, "This is your house, Raegan."
«And shit! This is not my house! Raegan replied.
"Yes it is!" Mitchel insisted excitedly.
«The truth is that I don't know you. "You must have confused me with someone else."
