Chapter 360

Love Unbreakable by Bank Brook

? ? ? ? ?

Mitchel's long, narrow eyes narrowed even more, giving Darryl an intimidating, almost frightening look. "I said let her go," he demanded.

As he spoke, Mitchel entered the elevator and walked over. She grabbed Raegan by the wrist and pulled her into a hug.

Raegan found herself in a cool embrace that felt surprisingly safe.

Her instincts told her that she could trust him even though she hadn't looked up to check his identity. She felt even safer than in Darryl's arms.

With Raegan in his arms, Mitchel pressed the button for the garage.

Darryl felt a wave of annoyance as he saw that Raegan was now lying unresisting in Mitchel's arms.

Darryl cursed silently. How could Raegan not resist in Mitchel's arms?

Looking at Mitchel's cold and rigid expression, Darryl hesitated. Just as he was going to speak, the elevator doors reached their destination.

Mitchel quickly exited the elevator, carrying Raegan in his arms.

"Mitchel!" Darryl shouted, running to stop him. «This is not right, is it? Imagine that someone sees you and takes a photo of you…”

At Darryl's words, Mitchel stopped, casting a cold glance at Darryl, whose hands had just been on Raegan. "Stay out!" he said sharply.

Darryl was speechless. For a moment, Darryl thought that Mitchel looked like he wanted to cut off his hand with that look.

Just then Matteo arrived, looking serious. «Mr Dixon, my team has kept the journalists away.

Suddenly, a rumor spread that the head of Pinkorps Media had slept with the head of a design studio to get the contract.

With this, the paparazzi swarmed the restaurant, hoping for a scoop.

If Raegan came out now, she would be harassed as a suspect.

Mitchel placed Raegan in the back seat of his car and got in, leaving Darryl standing, bewildered.

As Darryl was about to get into Mitchel's car, Matteo stopped him. "Mr. Cullen, we have a little problem. Could you please escort the lady outside? "We have to distract the paparazzi and journalists so we can get Mrs.... er, I mean Miss Foster to the hospital quickly."

Understanding the urgency, Darryl nodded, put the woman in his car and sped off, managing to keep most of the paparazzi away.

Meanwhile, Mitchel's luxurious black car slipped away through another exit, unnoticed.

On the way to the hospital, Raegan became very affected by the drug. She felt unbearably hot and uncomfortable, as if flames were burning inside her. He was very thirsty and felt weakness in his extremities.

A feeling of emptiness gnawed at her, shaking her already fragile nerves.

She felt like a gasping fish on dry land, her mind overwhelmed by an intense sexual desire that tortured her.

"Don't move." Mitchel stopped Raegan from getting any closer to him.

Realizing that she was overcome with strong desire, Mitchel gently pushed her away with his hand, trying to keep her from clinging to him. He knew she would only want more if he didn't.

But Raegan leaned her head against him, her eyes unfocused, like a kitten seeking comfort. She seemed to believe that Mitchel's presence could satisfy her longing, and she found herself rubbing his chest through his shirt.

Mitchel's well-formed chest and masculine physique only heightened her senses. He felt warmer in his embrace, making Mitchel feel like he was sitting on a bed of needles.

Swallowing, Mitchel put his hand on Raegan's shoulder, his voice thick with urgency. "Matteo, how long until we get to the hospital?" he asked.

Matteo, checking his phone and avoiding looking back, responded anxiously: “The reporters have surrounded the nearest hospital in Ardlens, so it's not an option. Another hospital will take about forty minutes.

What do we do?

Forty minutes... Mitchel sighed, looking at Raegan, who seemed too weak to last even four more minutes.

He quickly made a decision, unbuttoning the collar of his shirt with slender fingers. “Head to the Hilpton Hotel,” he ordered. It was only a ten minute drive away.

Matteo understood and immediately told the driver to change course.

In the back seat, Mitchel's throat moved visibly. He gritted his teeth as he watched Raegan playfully stick out the tip of her tongue, lightly licking his throat like a playful cat. But it seemed like that wasn't enough for her.

Suddenly, Raegan pressed her lips against his in a kiss.

This action put Mitchel on the edge of the abyss. She breathed heavily and her beautiful features twisted as she struggled to control herself.

Meanwhile, Raegan, eager to express her wish, did everything she could…

As she moved from Mitchel's throat to her collarbone, she was roughly pushed against the cold car window.

A firm hand grabbed her shoulder and a cold voice ordered her: Stay still. Don't move.

Raegan felt a wave of disappointment. Just when she was about to get what she wanted, Mitchel had stopped her.

Tears filled her eyes and her voice trembled as she murmured, "You're... You're bad..."

Mitchel, surprised, loosened his grip on her shoulder and sighed.

"Hey, I'm not being hard on you."

His slightly kinder tone only confused Raegan more, and she began to cry.

Mitchel shook his head, feeling helpless, and ordered, "Raise the partition."

Matteo breathed a sigh of relief, the tension easing from his shoulders. Without hesitation, he pressed the button to raise the partition separating him from the captivating scene unfolding behind.

Being a passionate and hot-blooded young man, Matteo could not deny the charm of seeing a handsome man and a beautiful woman embrace and share a kiss.

When the partition rose, Mitchel quickly grabbed his tie and used it to hold Raegan's restless hands.

After Raegan's memory loss, Mitchel had better understood her character. He realized that allowing him to touch him in his current state could lead to complications in the future. Anticipating a possible change in her attitude once she sobered up, she decided to take precautions.
