Love Unbreakable by Bank Brook

Mitchel's brow furrowed, stopping his steps instantly.
Mitchel's gaze stopped at Katie's belly, full of deep feelings.
Katie felt her heart race under the intense scrutiny.
"Three and a half months?" Mitchel's expression changed to its usual detached coldness as he echoed Luciana's words.
Katie felt a ringing in her ears and her mind momentarily went blank.
His resentment towards Luciana intensified at that moment.
Luciana had just blurted out Katie's month-long pregnancy despite her promise not to tell.
While Katie searched for an answer, Mitchel turned to Luciana: âMom, get some rest. "I will leave Marcelo with you for any help you need."
Marcelo Clifford was Mitchel's assistant for Luciana's care. Mitchel had to dedicate more time to Luciana due to her injury. But since Luciana was determined to keep Katie here, Mitchel didn't feel like staying.
Plus, with plenty of servants in the house and extra security that Mitchel had discreetly arranged, he felt comfortable leaving Marcelo behind to prevent Katie from causing trouble.
Raegan politely bid Luciana farewell: âWishing her the best and a peaceful rest.â
Luciana just gave Raegan an indifferent look and showed no interest in interacting with her.
But Raegan didn't mind, as she had shown the respect and courtesy expected of her. He didn't give any importance to whether he liked Luciana or not. He doubted they would get along.
âLet's go,â Mitchel said, taking Raegan's hand with a new softness in his voice. His hand exuded warmth as it wrapped around hers, his thumb caressing her tenderly, offering her comfort.
Raegan's eyes lit up and she smiled, indicating that she was okay.
Mitchel smiled back, shedding his icy demeanor to reveal a charming warmth.
Katie watched their interaction and felt a surge of jealousy in her chest. She clenched her hands into fists, overcome with envy.
«Mitchel, how can you just leave? And your mother? Katie's voice shook, dismayed that not even Luciana's plight could make Mitchel stay.
«Why am I leaving? "I'm sure you know." Mitchel's tone was flat and icy.
Katie froze, speechless.
"I don't want to see you," Mitchel stated coldly.
Katie went blank. The unwavering coldness of Mitchel's voice increased his humiliation. His indifference to the possibility of his words hurting her was evident.
Tears filled her eyes as Katie protested, âMitchel, I'm pregnant with you. Do you really have to be so tough?
âDid you call me harsh?â Mitchel scoffed, âLet me make this clear to you. Raegan is the only woman who will be the mother of my children. "No one else will ever hold that title."
