“Doctor, my uncle often suffers from insomnia and talks in his sleep. Can you give him a thorough checkup?” After handing off the driver to the doctor Daisy excused herself to the restroom and left She took a good look around the hospital. It wasn’t big and there weren’t many patients, most of whom seemed to be long term residents. There were only staircases, no elevators. She checked each floor until she reached the sixth, where she found the staircase locked and blocked off by a metal gate.

She walked downstairs and asked a janitor “Why is the sixth floor locked?”

The janitor, a gossip, said, “I’m not sure, it’s been locked for over a month. I heard there’s a patient in there, and no one’s allowed on the entire sixth floor.”

Daisy laughed saying “Well, that makes your job easier, one less floor to clean.”

The janitor laughed too ‘Not really, I still have to clean it every two day”

The Janitor seemed to like Daisy and started chatting with her. “I heard from a nurse that the patient on the sixth floor has kidney problems, and people come to see her every week. There are four or five bodyguards outside, they’re really strict”

Daisy asked, “Could it be the hospital director’s relative resting here? Why else would they leave an entire floor empty?”

“It could be.”

Daisy took out her phone and took a few pictures of the sixth floor, then left the hospital. She called Allison and told her about the situation.

Now that Allison knew where her mother was, she needed to figure out how to get her out without alerting Leah.

After checking everything. Allison noticed something was off.

Dr. Dylan had previously said he had two surgeries, so he couldn’t accompany her. She didn’t pay much attention to it. At first, he texted her every day, but recently he hadn’t sent any messages for several days.

The nurse looked at her with a strange look and said. “The day before yesterday. Dr. Dylan performed a surgery he had been preparing for half a month. But the surgery failed; there was a surgical error.

The patient’s family has filed a lawsuit against Dr. Dylan, and he has been suspended.”
