Just then, a van pulled up in front of the house.

Christopher walked in, just in time to see Margo tumble down the stairs. He heard his daughter Penelope wailing upstairs, “Dad, dad, you gotta back me up. Allison’s been hurting me”

Ever since that incident at the hospital, Allison and the Flanagan family had a total fallout. She and Christopher hadn’t seen each other after. The kind image Christopher once had in her heart no longer existed, but Christopher always felt guilty towards Allison.

Every time he thought of Joshua, he also felt uneasy Christopher looked at his daughter with her messy hair and frowned, “Penelope, look at you, what a mess. Your baby isn’t hurt, is it?”
