Chapter 332
The Billionaire’s Maid Bride
Hal replied, âGotcha, Serena. Donât sweat it, not a single flaw will be shown!â
Serena hung up the phone satisfied. She. sat in her big office chair, spun around once, lightly put her legs on the table and smiled. Alright, Allison, she wanted to see how she was going to wiggle her way out of this one!
She picked up the phone again and dialed Tina, âMr. Burke wants to see Allison. Go upstairs and get her.â
Tina was surprised, âAllison? Sheâs upstairs, sheâs not supposed to come to the 6th floor this week.â If she came, and they couldnât go, wouldnât they out on their tips today?
Serena knew what her employees were thinking: it was just a few hundreds bucks after all.
Tina. I want you to do something for me. If you do it well, starting next week, you can manage the waiters under me. Youâll be the team leader of the second group.â Senera said.
Tina was tempted, âJust tell me what to do, Ms. Serenaâ
Room 606 Lucian pushed the door open and entered the room, took off his coat and handed it to the waiter. He scanned the room, all familiar faces. James was at the table playing cards. Seeing Lucian, he immediately said, âLucian, weâve been waiting for you.â
Lucian walked over.
The table was already full. A young man stood up voluntarily, âLucian, hereâs your spot. Your cards are readyâ
Lucian glanced at the cards and raised an eyebrow, âThese cards are pretty crappyâ
Issac chuckled, âBut youâre here now, right? No matter how bad the cards, you can make them look good.â
âWe agreed, the loser loses a car James laughed, âLucian, the two Mercedes you came in tonight, Iâm afraid theyâre going to be ours.â
Lucian glanced at the cards in his hand. They were really not good, but he had a smile at the corner of his mouth, âWeâll see about that.â
âHey, bring two fruit plattersâ James said.
âSure, please wait a moment. The waiter answered.
âCarol, go upstairs and get Allison, you are replacing her Tina said.
âWhy me? The tips are so high today, how much can there be upstairs?â The waitress working with Tina obviously was not willing.
Tina patted her shoulder, âCarol, you go first. Iâll give you my tips today, let Allison come up.â
Hearing Tina say this, Carol agreed, âAlright, Tina, you better keep your word.â
âDonât worry, I will,â Tina said.
Carol went upstairs, Ashley was at the door, she asked Ashley to call Allison out with the walkie-talkie.
After about two minutes, Allison came out. She looked at Carol, âWhatâs up?â
âNothing, you go to the 6th floor, Iâll replace you here.â Carol said.
Before Allison could speak, Ashley immediately asked, âThe 6th floor, isnât it managed by Ms. Serena this week? Arenât you and Tina in charge? What are you thinking, asking Allison to work there?â
Carol replied, âWhat else can we think? Mr. Burke in room 606 asked for Allison. We donât know any big bosses, how could we refuse? We have to satisfy the customerâs request.â
Hearing this answer, Ashley grumbled. Allison patted her hand, âThen Iâll go upstairs first.â
âAlright.â Ashley said.
