“Old Master Bo, please?” Mu Qing turned to Old Master for help.

As the saying goes, the older the ginger, the spicier it gets. The old man declared, “Mu Qing, I command you to come to my place every day after work and have a chat with me!”

“Ms. Su, I suggest you think carefully before you take any further action!” Mu Qing furrowed his brow, giving her a stern reminder. “No one from the Su Family is permitted to set foot in Jing City!” Old Master abruptly declared. “Remove her from here immediately!”

Su Jing had come seeking forgiveness, yet the entire family had grown weary. “Old Master Bo, what have I done to upset you? Is it all because of a misunderstanding from yesterday?”

She clung to the legs of the bed, refusing to leave. “Old Master Bo, let me explain…”

“Hmph!” Old Master Bo glared at her. “You are not worthy of conversing with me!”

“Then let it be. Die right here,” Old Master Bo responded, displaying no concern for whether she lived or died. “Mu Qing, give her the knife.”

Mu Qing picked up the fruit knife from the table and tossed it in front of her.

Bang! Su Jing trembled in fear. She had only wanted to frighten Old Master Bo, not actually die.
