“Your friend Chen Shan has sent you a transfer of 137.50 yuan. Please check your balance.”

When he was in the Western restaurant, he used a video to threaten Li Zheyu’s assistant to payback! Now the money must be remitted to Chen Shan!

Qi Le’an reacted quickly and immediately called Chen Shan back.

Qi Le’an quickly glanced at the clock. It was already four o’clock now. It was not too late. So, he immediately said, “Okay! I’ll go over and explain to you this evening!”

Chen Shan didn’t know that Wei Changfeng was not at home. He didn’t expect Qi Le’an to say yes so easily. After being surprised for a few seconds, he asked, “Do you need me to pick you up?”

Qi Le’an hurriedly said, “It’s okay. I’ll just get a taxi. Do you need me to bring anything for you?”

Le’an has been guilty for several days just because I brought my baby sister out secretly and you were angry with me. Hence, he wants to come here and apologize tonight!”

Chen Shan finally won the response from his mother with a big, big lie. Chen Mama snapped, “It’s none of Le’an’s business! You rat!”

As Chen Mama replied, Chen Shan immediately said with a grin, “He asks me whether he can come. Mom. Can he?”

Chen Mama spanked Chen Shan’s back with a bang, causing him to grimace in pain.

“You know my answer! Just go and tell Little Le’an to come over for dinner!”

Then she carried her baby daughter and ran downstairs, shouting, “Aunt Song! Le’an will come over for dinner. Please cook the seafood we bought last night!”

Aunt Song, who was ready to cook in the kitchen, replied, “Okay!”

Chen Shan followed behind Chen Mama to make faces to his sister. His sister was originally lying in Chen Mama’s arms, but when she saw her brother, she started to pout and wanted to cover her eyes with her chubby hands.

Chen Shan laughed loudly.

Chen Mama looked back at Chen Shan vigilantly and scolded him, “What did you do again?”

Chen Shan had no idea how to respond. ‘Fine, I would go away!’

Even though Chen Shan said there was no need to bring gifts, Qi Le’an still bought some flowers for Chen Mama on the way.

Before leaving, he sent a message to Wei Changfeng. Wei Changfeng told him to have fun and he would go to Chen’s house to pick him up.

When Qi Le’an arrived around six, he could smell the delicious food as soon as he entered. When Chen Mama saw that Qi Le’an was holding a bouquet, she said, “It’s great enough that you are here. No need to bring any present!”

Then, she asked Aunt Song to get a vase and put the flowers Qi Le’an brought into it. Besides, she complimented on the flowers, “How fresh! Chen Shan has never meant to bring me any present!”

Chen Shan, who was dug at again, didn’t want to say a word anymore. It was so difficult for him to live in this house!

Qi Le’an changed the shoes. Chen Mama immediately led him to the baby’s room. Now that the baby girl grew older, she could climb around every day and the baby’s room had changed a lot. With the child’s fence and the exclusive floors set up, the baby girl could play within the fence freely.

When Qi Le’an saw Chen Shan’s sister, he was more than happy. The baby reached out and wanted to hug him. Seeing them interact with each other sweetly, Chen Shan said jealously, “This chubby girl has no conscience at all! I AM her brother, okay?!”

Chen Mama handed her daughter to Qi Le’an and rolled her eyes, saying, “Le’an is also her brother, alright?”

Chen Shan stopped talking.

After playing with the baby girl for a while, Mr. Chen also came back. As a man his age, he always refused to attend unnecessary socializing events. The greatest delight for him every day was to be with his daughter. He was happy to see his daughter climbing and chattering.

The four of them and the babysitter were all in the baby’s room, so it was a bit crowded for the moment. Mr. Chen said, “Change a room for the baby. Clean up the gym room of Chen Shan. That room has a window facing south, which  will provide sufficient sunshine for the baby.”

The room that Mr. Chen mentioned was a combination of two rooms at first, so it was quite large. It used to be Chen Shan’s game room and now it was changed to his gym room.

Chen Shan yelled in grief, “Why does it have to be my gym room?”

Mr. Chen said mercilessly, “How many times have you used your gym? And it also occupies such a large area! Give the room to the baby! Besides, you are old enough but you are still idling around. When can you take over my position?”

Chen Shan automatically blocked his dad’s words and refuted, “I am already a professional manager now… Forget it, or we will get into a fight again.”

Chen Mama pulled Qi Le’an downstairs and said, “Leave them alone. Let’s go and get ready for dinner first.”

When Qi Le’an and Chen Mama went downstairs, it suddenly occurred to Qi Le’an that after he went abroad, what would Brother Chen do? He couldn’t be his agent at that time anymore.

Thinking of this, he felt bitter and helpless.

The babysitter was playing with the baby girl. At the table, Chen mama raked up the past and said, “Le’an,  you’ll be in your twelfth grade next year. You’ll be quite busy with your study then. You need someone to take care of you. I went to your residence last time. Your place is quite nice but the facility in the neighborhood is not good enough. How long do you need to wait for a takeaway meal to be delivered to your place? An hour? Or Two? What about living here so that we can look after you?”

It was a bit difficult for Qi Le’an to reply. Chen Shan snorted, “There is a restaurant in his neighborhood, which serves delicious and clean meals. It only takes over twenty minutes to deliver the takeout.”

Chen Mama shouted angrily, “Shut your mouth! Can takeouts be so nutritious as homemade food?”

Chen Shan didn’t dare to speak anymore. Mr. Chen seemed to have something to say, but in the end, he didn’t dare to say it in front of his angry wife.

Looking at Mr. Chen’s reaction, Qi Le’an knew that Mr. Chen probably had known something about what happened to him these days while Mrs. Chen still knew nothing.

Chen Mama looked at Qi Le’an and asked, “What do you think, Le’an? ”

Qi Le’an hesitated and said, “Mrs. Chen… I will probably go abroad for further study.”

Chen Mama was stunned and asked, “Go abroad? How come? Where are you going?”

Qi Le’an answered, “I haven’t decided yet… However, I will leave at the end of this year. I’ll be taking the preparatory courses for a year and then going to university there.”

“Why do you have to go abroad? Then, what about your career here?”

Qi Le’an stopped talking.

In the end, Mr. Chen said, “Let’s eat first. We’ll talk about it after dinner. Le’an is still young, so it’s good to go abroad to gain a few years’ experiences.”

Chen Mama also came to her senses now. It must be probably because something had happened to Le’an recently.

After dinner, Mr. Chen sat in the living room with the baby girl while Mrs. Chen and Aunt Song went to the kitchen to do the clean-up and wash the dishes. Chen Shan glanced at Qi Le’an and Qi Le’an followed him upstairs meekly.

After they entered Chen Shan’s room and closed the door, Chen Shan said, “Now, explain to me. Why is there 137.5 yuan?”

Facing Chen Shan, Qi Le’an didn’t hide the truth as he did when facing Wei Changfeng. He just told Chen Shan honestly what happened yesterday.

Chen Shan sneered after hearing this, “Li Zheyu, how dare he come out and spread rumors around since we haven’t taken any action? Do you have the video now?”

Qi Le’an quickly handed in his phone with both hands. Chen Shan sneered while watching the video. At the end of the video, when he saw Li Zheyu wanted to hit Qi Le’an, he gritted his teeth with anger!

He copied the video via Bluetooth and said, “Leave it to me and I will make Li Zheyu suffer!”

Chen Shan was about to contact the public relations team. Qi Le’an listened to Chen Shan’s instructions and whispered, “Brother Chen! You can’t let others recognize me in the video!”

Somehow, he just didn’t want Wei Changfeng to know about this.

Wei Sama was his idol so he didn’t want his idol to be bothered by this kind of thing.

Chen Shan hung up and said, “Don’t worry. The video will be processed before being posted.”

The two of them discussed studying abroad again. Chen Shan felt that the agent that helped him with his application was quite good, so he wanted to introduce him to Qi Le’an. However, Qi Le’an wanted to save a sum of the commission fee and he also had a lot of time now, so he decided to work on it by himself first.

The two of them chatted for a while before Aunt Song asked them to go downstairs to eat some fruit. Chen Mama was afraid that they had had too much seafood today, so she specially prepared some fruits to balance the diet.

After eating the fruit, Chen Shan was summoned to the study by Mr. Chen. Only Chen Mama and the baby girl were in the living room sitting with Le’an.

Chen Mama said worriedly. “Le’an, when are you going abroad?”

Seeing this, Qi Le’an knew that Chen Mama had just found out about him going abroad.

“I still have things to deal with before going abroad. When everything is settled, I will go abroad then… But you can rest assured, Godmother. It will take at least a few months.” Qi Le’an immediately comforted Chen Mama when he saw she was reluctant to part with him.

Chen Mama sighed and said, “I wish that you could not go abroad and suffer. What should you do when you are abroad and feeling lonely… No one can take care of you when you are sick.”

Qi Le’an felt so warm and said with a smile, “Don’t worry, Godmother. Someone will go with me.”

Chen Mama was curious. “Who is it?”
