200. They Went Popular

After walking the red carpet and signing on the wall, they two were surrounded by various media who swarmed over with so many microphones that almost drowned them.

“Wei Changfeng! Wei Changfeng! Are you trying to retire in the past two years?”

“Changfeng! Is it true that you are going to cooperate with Director Spear? ”

“Qi Le’an! Qi Le’an! Do you have a relationship with Emma?”

“Wei Changfeng! What you think about the shortlisting of ‘Blue’?”

There were so many questions from the media that they had to answer some of them. Wei Changfeng took a microphone and said, “My disappearance during the two years is to bring a better me for the audience. As for the cooperation with Director Spear, I believe it will be an excellent work.”

With Wei Changfeng taking up the matter himself, for Qi Le’an, putting on a smile would be enough. After answering two questions in a hurry, the security guards escorted the two out of the media area.

As they got out of the media, Qi Le’an let out a sigh of relief and said, “The domestic media are much terrifying than those of overseas.”

Wei Changfeng sneered and said, “Because you’re more popular here.”

Chen Shan was also in a suit, but his suit made people want to laugh.

Qi Le’an even shared the post and posted a bunch of expressions to wish his sister a happy wedding!

The photo of Wei Changfeng and the bride made those famous media who talked nonsense changed their posture: it was impossible that Wei Changfeng had a relationship with Mr. Sheng! It was obvious that he was Mr. Sheng’s brother-in-law!

Were the media going to survive after making up a story of Sheng Chang’an’s brother-in-law?

The answer was that once Mr. Sheng finished his wedding, he immediately reorganize the media industry and those unscrupulous media were eliminated!

Sheng Chang’an was unwilling to attend the ceremony at first. He had no interest in anything other than staying with his wife to raise their baby. However, Wei Xin’an heard that her younger brother’s work was shortlisted, so she swung her fists and sent her husband back to China.

Wei Changfeng listened to Chen Shan advice and said to the two people, “I’ll greet to Brother Sheng first. Forgive me for a sec.”

Qi Le’an said, “Wei Sama, I will go and find you!”

Wei Changfeng smiled gently and said, “Okay.”

As soon as Wei Changfeng left, Chen Shan immediately clicked his tongue and said, “I think you two looked increasingly like conjoined twins!”

Qi Le’an snorted, “Why is Brother Chen so late? Who gets in your way here?”

Chen Shan was stunned! This lad dared to talk to him like this!

“But why did you send Brother Wei away?” Qi Le’an asked curiously.

Qi Le’an was curious, “Is there anything that Brother Wei cannot know?”

Chen Shan knocked on Qi Le’an’s head and said, “Do you know that your movie has been shortlisted?”

Qi Le’an said, “…I know. That’s why I’m here.” ‘Why is Brother Chen acting strangely?’ Qi Le’an thought inwardly.

Qi Le’an’s heart leapt up with joy. For an actor, it was a great honor to get an award at such a grand event.

What award could “Blue” get? Qi Le’an started to worry.

Would he be the award-winning actor? Or who else would have it? Would it be him or Wei Sama?

He hoped that Wei Changfeng could get this award from the bottom of his heart. If Wei Changfeng retired from being an actor in the future, then this award would be his last chance to be the Best Actor!

Wei Sama was supposed to be the Best Actor deservedly!

But what about himself? He actually was looking forward to getting this award too…

“To be honest,” Chen Shan said, “I’m a little curious. What will you do if Wei Changfeng gets this award?”

Qi Le’an raised his head and smiled. “I’ll be happier than winning the prize myself.”

Indeed, if it was between the two of them, he would rather let Wei Changfeng get the prize!

Chen Shan knew that this would be the case, so he yelled, “You are helpless. Go and find your Wei Sama! Oh yes, I saw Jiang Shan is here too. Be careful.”

“Don’t you come with me?” Qi Le’an asked.

‘Hmph! Everyone knew that you were busy cleaning up the mess for Li Zheyu at that time! And you are even messing around here!’

As expected, someone next to them immediately burst out laughing when hearing Qi Le’an’s words.

Jiang Shan had not developed any new celebrities in the past few years, and Chen Shan, who was holding the shares of Glory, was pressing on him. He was in difficulties on both sides, and there were many people waiting to see his failure. With ttime passing by, his manner became worse. However, even if Jiang Shan wanted to embarrass Qi Le’an, now he was powerless to do that.

Before Qi Le’an arrived the backstage, someone came and showed him the way.

“Hello, Brother Qi! Are you looking for Brother Wei? I saw him walking towards the lounge just now with President Sheng.”

Qi Le’an did not know the person in front of him, but it did not matter.

Qi Le’an smiled and said, “Thank you.”

When the man saw that Qi Le’an responded to him, his eyes lit up and he said, “My name is Yang Yihui. I adore you so much!”

Qi Le’an only gave him a smile. Yang Yihui knew his meaning, “I will let you go then! I won’t bother you.”

Qi Le’an nodded and walked towards the lounge.

He heard the new actresses behind him saying, “Who is that arrogance? He even ignored Brother Yihui!

“Don’t talk nonsense! That is Qi Le’an! The hero of ‘Blue’!” Yang Yihui explained in a low voice, “He may win the Best Actor! If I could get to know him… ”

Qi Le’an didn’t hear what he said later. He knew that there would be a lot of people like him in his future life.

He didn’t want others to flatter him either, but this was a form of affirmation of his strength.

Thinking of this, he couldn’t help but speed up to meet Wei Changfeng.
