Beacon Dorms

1 hour after Rhino's arrest

Team RWBY where all watching TV in their room Wiess and Yang were fighting over what to watch. Wiess and Yang were on the ground, while Ruby and Blake were behind them on chairs.

Wiess grabs the remote from Yang

Weiss: I am telling you we should watch Tiartic, a tale that asks the question can love survive a sinking ship or will it drown in the icy waters of the ocean *her voice becoming whimsical as she says this.

Yang: Ugh It's too sappy let's watch something exciting with a lot of action and suspense.

She takes the remote from Weiss and chances the channel to a special showing of Try Hard.

Yang: Now this is more like it, you can always count on Spruce Willis to give us a bloody good time.

Weiss: He is over ratted.

Yang looks angrily at Weiss.

Yang: What did you just say!

Blake: Hey maybe we should turn it off, it is getting pretty late.

Ruby: Awe but it's still our last two days until the next semester starts can't we just enjoy our time off?

Blake: Whats the point if we can't find a movie that we will all like.

Ruby: What about.....

Ruby is interrupted by a news report.

News anchor: We interrupt this program announcement.

They all grown at this, and tune it out for the most part.

News anchor: The ever-popular Dust till Dawn was robbed just after I got done repairing the damages from the last robbery caused by local gangsters.

Yang: Again, seriously are there no other dust stores to rob in this town.

News anchor: However this time it was robbed by the street thug Alexander O'Hirn or the Rhino as he calls himself. Fortunately, the robbery did not last long due to a bout with Spider-Man which ended in the Rhino being arrested and the stolen dust to be reclaimed.

They all tune in when they hear the word Spider-Man

VNN starts showing the pictures that y/n took.

News anchor: These photos taken by our very own y/n l/n that depicts what happened during the conflict. In light of this attack, the VPD stated that the Dust till Dawn will be closed until further notice. We now return you to your scheduled program.

Ruby gets excited anime eyes.

Ruby: OHHHH the Spider-Man is so COOL.

Yang: Hell yeah he is, living the good life swinging around getting into all kinds of crazy little adventures, fighting bad guys every single day, that must be exciting.

Weiss: *Chuckles* Yang are you crushing on Spider-Man.

Yang: *Blushing* No..yell maybe.

Ruby/Weiss/Black all chuckle after she says this.

Yang: Shut up. *jokingly*

Blake: I think that it's good at someone is out there making a difference.

Ruby: Maybe we can be like him someday.

Blake: I wonder what he's like.

Weiss: Probably a well trained and respectable huntsman.

Blake remembers that the news report cut off Ruby.

Blake: Ruby were you going to say something.

Ruby: Oh that's right, we can watch The Princess Spouse, I've got a copy of it. It has romance action and catchy one-liners.

Ruby knew that the last one would spark Yang's attention.

Yang: Yeah let's do it.

Blake: OK.

Weiss: Hmm sounds reasonable.

Ruby starts the movie and they watching with great interest as their laughter echoed into the night sky.

Time-skip 2 days later the start of the semester

y/n pov

Alright alright, there is the bullhead it is right where he said it would be, OK before I go I should double-check to see if I have everything I need. I unzip my suitcase then open it.

y/n: Ok I got my clothes, Odyssey, my books on theoretical physics, science, math, combat, and weapon assembly ideas.

I look around to see if the coast is clear, then I open the secret compartment in my suitcase, I am glad to see my suit and web-shooters are still there I breath a sigh of relieve. I re-secure my suitcase again and walk to the bullhead starting a fell nervous. Oh OK, y/n you got this.

Pilot: Hey are you y/n l/n

y/n: Y..yeah that's me.

Pilot: I'm supposed to take you to Beacon, hop in

I climb aboard and see a chair next to the cockpit so I can sit in which is close to a window.

Pilot: Alright we are taking off buckle up.

We take off and start flying as we gain more altitude I look at the view from the window

y/n: Wow!

Pilot: Great view right.

y/n: Yeah no kidding.

Pilot: Just wait till we get to Beacon.

y/n: OK but why...WOW.

The view of Beacon is mesmerizing I saw pictures of it but that did not do it justice.

Pilot: Alright when we get to the ground you gonna want to head to Ozpins office you can probably guess where that is.

y/n: At the Bottom.

Pilot: What no it on the top I..oh that was a joke.

y/n: *giggling* Yeah it was.

Pilot: Hope your not afraid of heights kid.

y/n: Don't worry I have been in a 'few' high places before.

Pilot: Good.

The bullhead and I disembark I wave to the pilot and then I head towards Ozpins office

3rd pov

y/n makes it up to Ozpins office, where he is sitting at his desk.

Ozpin: Ah you must be y/n please come in, please take a seat.

y/n takes a seat, he is very nervous, and it doing a bad job of hiding it.

Ozpin: It's good to finally meet you, Mr. l/n.

y/n: Y..uh y..you to..uh sir.

Ozpin: (chuckles) you can just call me Ozpin.

y/n: Oh OK sir. I mean Ozpin

Ozpin: *Chuckles* Now I assume you have some questions, so ask away.

y/n: OK I have a few..but I...I guess I will start with why am I being accepted into beacon now instead of the beginning of the school year.

Ozpin: I assumed that would be one of your first questions, my students are selected by me but they all have to the board and the council, and they did not think that a 17-year old that has been living on his own for 2 years was Beacon material.

y/n: Well..then why am I here?

Ozpin: I had to pull some strings and do a lot of convincing which I have gotten good at, your not the first student to be enrolled into the second semester, I actually had to do this not so long ago with another group of students.

y/n: Ok but why me, is it because my dad worked at Oscorp?

Ozpin: No Mr. y/n, I believe that anyone who wants to help people, should be giving a chance at Beacon. Whether they be Faunus, women, man, or Spider-man.

y/n pov

Whaaaaaat did he just say! He knows I'm Spider-Man how it's not possible is it ohhh crap crap crap crap. what do I do what do I do? Come on y/n think.

y/n: ohh what, that's *scoff* I am not Spider-Man I am the furthest thing from Spider-Man.

Ozpin: I never said you were Spider-Man.

*sigh* I have been played.

y/n: How long have you known?

Ozpin: A few months, so how do you manage to stick to walls and spin webs.

y/n: Well my parents where scientists and I was bitten by one of the altered spiders that their team worked on that got out of its cage and bit me. The next day I could stick to walls and It also increased my strength speed and durability. I spin webs by using the web shooters and web fluid that I made myself.

Ozpin seems taking back when I told him I made the web fluid, and shooters myself.

Ozpin: That is very impressive.

y/n: I was working on a web shooter for my but to fully embrace the Spider motive, but it was really uncomfortable so I decided against it.

I have always wanted to use that one.

Ozpin chuckles, wow, tough crowd.

y/n: Are you going to tell people my identity?

Ozpin: No your secrets safe with me, but I have to ask why do you help people and why dawn the suit at all. Your application said that your entire family was killed by a monstrous parasite grim, so I can understand where the sense to defend the innocent comes from, but you can good do just as much good without the mask so why wear it.

I don't even need to think of a response I know the answer all too well.

y/n: Because with my enhanced powers, skill, seances, and tech it is my responsibility to defend those who can't defend themselves, and I do it as Spider-Man to inspire hope symbol of hope, that is why I became spidey, a regular huntsman can't inspire hope the way Spider-Man can, it gives them something to look up to and maybe show that anyone can be a hero.

Ozpin: You are an admirable man, and I can see that I have not made another mistake accepting you to beacon you will officially start tomorrow.

y/n: Wait, won't I need to be assigned a team?

Ozpin: I am afraid the teams have already been selected, however, I am putting you with team RWBY, I think you can learn a lot from the ladies, and they can learn a lot from you.

y/n: Wait a minute sir..um..sorry Ozpin I can't talk to girls, I am terrible at it.

Ozpin chuckles as I say this.

Ozpin: Well practice makes perfect.

As he walks to the elevator I am feeling both excited and anxious, I was never good with women, I always get to awkward or weird.

Ozpin: would you wait here for a while I got to go tell team RWBY that they are getting a new roommate, and this would give you time to practice talking to them, see in about 5 minutes.

The elevator door closes leaving me alone in Ozpins clockwork office.

y/n: Practice...*Inhales deeply* OK, I can do that.
