Lilian said apologetically, “Mr. Callum, my mentor is old. He has stopped treating patients. Also, he won’t be around these two days. I’m sorry.”

The genius doctor could treat a patient for free if fate brought him and the patient together. If he refused to treat a patient, he would not be bothered to look at that patient even if the patient was willing to pay a huge sum.

Lilian said with a grin, “Our families have business together. Plus, our elder brothers and sisters–in–law are friends. Remy is close to you too. For these reasons, I can’t accept your payment.”

She promised, “I’ll treat your fiancée’s eyes for free. There are no requirements for it.”

Callum was extremely grateful to her.
