Xia Ning darted a look at him and said with a smile, “How so? I even admitted she’s my goddess.”

Lin Nan looked at her helplessly. When was Shen Weiran ever teased like this? Too bad she was not even able to let it out. Who knew how upset she was right now?

“Why do you hate her so much?” Lin Nan looked at Xia Ning with confusion. “You said at the press conference that you should call her Auntie and what does that mean?”

Xia Ning look at Lin Nan, “Of course it means what it says literally.” Suddenly, she felt someone walking towards her from behind. She turned around and saw the person. “Goddess, you are still here.” She smiled.

Shen Weiran looked at Xia Ning and said suddenly, “Miss Xia, let’s talk.”

Xia Ning looked at the time and said with a frown, “It’s getting late and we are planning to have dinner. Do you wanna join, Movie Queen Shen? We could eat and talk.”

Shen Weiran frowned slightly. “No need. I’ll see you around.”

Xia Ning said with a smile, “See you.”

Lin Nan saw Shen Weiran’s back and said to Xia Ning, “What does she want to talk to you about?”

“I think she wants to confirm something. But she should have an answer in her heart already,” Xia Ning said calmly. “It’s getting late. I’m going home.”

Lin Nan blocked Xia Ning. “Didn’t you say we are going for dinner?”

Xia Ning looked at Lin Nan in a funny way. “I was just saying an excuse to stop Shen Weiran. It’s too late to eat. Aren’t you afraid of gaining weight?”
