Qiao Yu looked at her, his handsome face cold. His words were even colder,”Enoch won’t be coming.”

“Why?” Xia Ning’s eyes widened. She grabbed his sleeve and asked in a deep voice,”what’s wrong with Enoch? Are you sick? is it serious?”

Qiao Yu slapped Xia Ning’s hand away and said coldly,””You’re not Enoch’s mother. ”

“What are you talking about? how can I not be Enoch’s mother?!” Xia Ning immediately retorted,”Qiao Yu, what are you trying to say?”

“Enoch’s mother was already dead when I took him away. Since you gave up on him back then, you’re not worthy of being his mother!” Qiao Yu looked at her expressionlessly and said,”don’t come looking for him again!”

“Qiao Yu, what right do you have to say that? I didn’t say I didn’t want Enoch, I never did!” Xia Ning grabbed onto Qiao Yu’s clothes and yelled,”I want to see Enoch. He’s my son. No one can threaten me to leave him. Qiao Yu, give me back my son.”

“Impossible!” Qiao ran said coldly and pulled her hand away.”Don’t ever appear in front of Enoch or me again.” With that, he turned around and left.

“Qiao Yu, stop right there. Explain yourself!” Xia Ning screamed and looked up. Qiao Yu was nowhere to be seen. She was shocked, where was he?!

She had searched everywhere but could not find him. Despair and fear slowly spread in her heart.
