AYLIN'S POV :

I stood there as  a lot of emotions passed through my mind. One of which was relief. Finally I had a feeling of security.

I know he wouldn't hurt me anymore. Nathan would never let him. He had promised me that he would protect me and our child. And I know he will.

I watched Kristian as he stood there dumb struck. Most probably wondering how did his master plan backfire him.

I watched him as he glared at Nathan with utmost hatred which did not seem to effect Nathan at all. As he casually leaned into the couch as if everything was just normal.

" You look drained brother. Would you like to have something?  I could ask the maids get you something?" Nathan asked.

What the hell is wrong with him? I mean,  this creep standing next to me has officially kidnapped me and my boyfriend is offering him a  welcome drink?

" What the hell are you doing here Nathan? " Kristian demanded finally finding his voice.

" What's wrong Kristian? I don't think I need a reason to visit my brother. " He shrugged still playing cool.

" Oops! Sorry I guess you weren't expecting visitors were you? " he continued finally getting up from the couch.

I watched his muscles tighten beneath his white shirt as he lazily stretched his arm making  me swallow hard. Stupid pregnancy hormones wanting to jump his bones. He flashed me a  seductive smile as he caught me staring at him and I could feel my cheeks heat up.

" Cut the crap Nathan and tell me what the hell do you want? " Kristian growled scaring the living shit out of me. What? He's  screaming in my ears what else do you expect?

" I want you to take your hands off my girlfriend." He replied in a calm and serious tone all the humour in his  voice long gone.

Kristian just rolled his eyes. " Too bad brother, but she belongs to me now. " he replied biting my ears making my knees go weak not in a way Nathan does but in a creepy way.

Rex cleared his throat making us aware of his presence. " Kristian it's better you surrender yourself. Your game is over. "  he stated stepping forward.

" What if I don't? " Kristian challenged stepping forward obviously dragging me along.

" You don't have a choice brother. This place is surrounded by  cops. So if you think you could escape then you are just wasting your time. " Nathan replied joining Rex.

Kristian just shook his head. " I knew one day we would have this conversation but I didn't think that day would come so soon. " he stated.

" You wound me brother. Do you really not trust my capability?" He replied dramatically placing his hand on his chest,  faking hurt.

" You are only capable of getting someone pregnant Nathan." Kristian sneered digging his nails into my arms, making me yelp in pain.

" Stop hurting me you filthy monster. " I shrieked earning a really hard slap from him.

And even before I know  Nathan's fist collided with his jaw and he landed on his butt with a thud , grunting in pain. I watched him as he cradled his broken nose.

" The next time you hurt her. I swear  Kristian, I will forget that you are my brother. " he growled as he pulled me to his side.

" Are you alright cupcake?  Did he hurt you? " He asked gently cupping my face.

" I'm fine Nathan and so is champ. " I replied  gently placing my hand on my stomach.

He chuckled. " Of course he is. ' he replied kissing the edge of my mouth.

From the corner of my eyes I watched the cops as they tackled Kristian but even before they handcuff him, he elbowed one of the cops and grabbed his gun.

"  Get your hands of her brother. " Kristian growled pointing his gun at us.

"  Put the gun down Kristen. " Rex shouted  pulling his gun out and pointing it at him.

" Why Rex? So that this good for nothing brother of mine can take her away from me? " He shouted , sending shivers down my spine.

" I love her Kristian. I would never hurt her unlike you. " Nathan replied pushing me behind him.

" So do I Nathan and you have no idea what I can do to get her " Kristian replied looking straight at me.

" You mean kill someone and put them in a  freezer? " Nathan demanded making my eyes go wide.

" What happened Aylin?  Shocked? " Kristian asked smirking menacingly at me.

" After what you did to me I don't think I should be shocked ." I replied confidently.

" I haven't done anything to you Aylin . At least not yet. " He replied stressing a little more at the last statement.

" Who was it Nathan?  " I asked softly making sure only he hears it. He looked down at me and replied. " It was Kayden. "

So that's why they couldn't track him down. And till now I had been thinking  that he was the guy stalking me. When the truth was , the person I trusted with all my heart was the guy who stabbed me on my back.

" Why Kristian? What have I ever done to you? " I cried stepping forward. Nathan tried to push me behind him but I shook my head. " No Nathan. I need answers. "

" What did you do to me?  This is what you did to me Aylin. You turned me into a stalker and a killer. " he shouted pointing at himself.

" You did it to yourself Kristian . It was your choice. "I  replied stepping forward.

"  I loved you Aylin. Right from the day I first saw you . You were a ray of hope when I thought I had lost everything. I thought maybe I could move on. Maybe get settled once again."

" Then you should have approached me,  instead of stalking like a creep." I snapped at him.

" Yes! I know I shouldn't have stalked you but I couldn't help it, I wanted to see you every minute,  every second. I wanted  to know  everything about you which nobody else did. "

I watched him wide eyed processing whatever he was saying. Out of the corner of my eyes I watched Rex as he slowly made his way towards Kristian,  who was too busy staring at me.

" That doesn't explain anything Kristian. If you loved me you could have approached me. "

" What did you think I didn't try?  I did. I had planned our perfect first encounter but this guy had to ruin it all." he growled pointing at Nathan.

" You remember the day you bumped into this son of a bitch? " I could feel a small smile tugging at my lips. I could never forget that day. " Yes I do. " I replied.

" You weren't supposed to bump into him Aylin. It was me who you had to... But no!  He had run it. I  wanted to be your first Aylin. It was me for whom you were supposed to fall for,  but you fell for him. Why Aylin?  I thought you hated players then why did you fall for one? " he yelled pulling the safety trigger.

" But I'm going to get everything right. I know Aylin you will never love me the way you love him so it would be useless getting rid of him.  Aylin,  get ready to die cause if I can't have you then nobody else will. "

I felt two strong arms wrap around my waist and I was pulled into  Nathan's hard chest. I closed my eyes shut knowing what would happen next but it never did.

I gently  pulled away only to find Nathan smiling down at me. I turned to Kristian and he was once again tackled by the cops but unlike last time he was actually handcuffed.

" Sorry for the trouble  Aylin we will take care of him from here. " Rex shouted as they dragged Kristian out.

I turned towards Nathan  and he grinned at me. " So you are in love with me huh? " he asked. I could feel heat rush to my cheeks and I bit my bottom lip. " Maybe. "

" Then why didn't you say it when I-"   I cut him off in the middle by crashing my lips on his pulling him into a passionate kiss.

" Because I was mad at you. Now you tell me how did you know he would bring me here? "

" Well! It was a lucky guess. " he shrugged as it was no big deal. I playfully punched his chest. " What if you were wrong? " I asked with a raised eyebrow.

" I'm Nathan Hyde sweetheart. I'm never wrong. " He replied with a smirk making me roll my eyes.

" I'm sorry Aylin. I couldn't keep my promise."  he whispered gently cupping my face. " I had promised I will never let anything happen to you. "

" And you kept your promise. " I whispered. " You always do. "

He leaned into me and gently crashed his lips on mine. I could feel the familiar sparks flow down my spine making me bury my fingers in his silky hair.

The kiss was gentle sweet and passionate at the same time I could feel my body melt in his arms as he trailed kisses down my cheeks to my jawline and a loud sensual moan escaped my lips.

Somebody cleared their throat making us pull away. Nathan groaned  in frustration and we turned towards the intruder who turned out to be Rex. Who stood there smirking at us. I could feel my cheeks flush in embarrassment.

" Sorry guys but we will be sealing this place for a while. How about you take this to your apartment? " he suggested making me me flush even harder.

" I guess he's right. We have a lot of things to take care of. Don't we sweetheart? " Nathan asked with a wink making me flush.  Honestly I can't wait for it.
