Chapter 17

In restaurant, Sameer was seated beside Suhana. They were laughing and talking like old times. Her colleagues were looking them with surprised but soon they understood why Suhana didn't give attention to anyone else.

Sameer put the curry into her bowl and said with teasing tone, "Suhana, you should eat more. Do you look yourself you lost weight since last time I saw you."

Suhana pouted, "hey, I didn't lose weight." She looked herself and said with proud tone, "do you ever hear the 'figure'? I have maintain myself."

Sameer looked at her from head to toe and said innocently, "no, I nevrr heard. What is 'figure'?"

Everyone on table were hearing their conversation. 'is Sameer flirting with her?'

Suhana didn't get angry but smiled, "don't lie. I heard foreign girls are more skinny. Don't tell you didn't have any girlfriend there."

He giggled lowly, "Are you inquiry on me?"

She took a bite from her soup and asked with looking at him, "what do you think?"

He smiled, "No, because nobody is not beautiful than you there. And I prefer Indian girls."

She hit his arm this time hardly while blushing, "don't talk while eating."

He whispered into her ears, "Are you blushing?"

She looked everyone on table. When they looked Suhana was looking them they retreated their gazes and started to eat. But she noticed. She said lowly, "Everyone is misunderstanding about us."

Sameer didn't affected and asked in lazily, "do you concern about other's opinion?"

She thought for a second. She never concerned what her family thinks about their relationship. When she never concern about her family opinion, why would she concern others?

She smiled and shook her head 'no'. Sameer smiled wildly and rubbed her head with affection, "good"

She made her face and hit his hand again, "hey, I am not child anymore. Don't touch my hairs."

Sameer rubbed his arm and asked with hurt expression, "hey, it's hurt. Since when did you become wild?"

Suhana didn't say anything but laughed. Krishan Sharma asked with raising eyebrows, "Suhana, it seems both of you have very close relationship."

In her office, everyone thought that Suhana didn't talk much and conservative personality. But now, she was behaving like a teenager who met her beloved after many years.

Suhana nodded and Sameer didn't deny that's why they confirmed what they were thinking is true.

Arun looked at Suhana's smiley face and sighed internally. He thought that Suhana didn't like to be close anyone that's why he didn't confess his feelings to her. But now, looking at Sameer and Suhana, he knew he has no chance in future.

Sanaya commented with smirk, "Suhana smiled today more than she smiled in last few years."

Sameer looked at Suhana with amusement, "oh, you missed me so much Suha?"

Suhana didn't deny but asked with curling with her lips, "Why? didn't you miss me?"

Sameer smiled wildly and nodded, "a lot."

Everyone talked and laughed with each other. After many years, Suhana really enjoyed the meal. She was really happy that he is back. And he isn't change. They are like before.

After dinner, it's time to leave. They said goodbye to each other and left.

Sameer offered to Suhana, "Suha, I will drop you."

Suhana denied directly, "Sam,it's ok. I will take taxi."

Sameer looked at her and asked with irritation, "Why?"

Suhana licked her lips and sighed, "you know my parents don't like us together."

Sameer asked with gritted teeth, "didn't their thinking change till yet?"

Suhana recalled few days ago when her mother said her, 'Suhana, don't tell us you are waiting for him?'

She looked at Sameer with sad expression, "they misunderstand till yet. And I don't want they will mistreat you when you came back just now."

Sameer put his hand on his hairs with frustration, "I don't know how they will understand us."

She patted on his shoulder with smile, "It's ok. I can go myself."

Sameer took deep breath and hugged her, "ok, bye. See you tomorrow."

Suhana hugged him back and smiled, "bye"

Her colleagues thought Suhana family didn't like their relationship that's why they were seperated many years.  But Sameer is intelligent and working in Singh group. It seemed his future is bright but why her family is against them.

Sameer booked taxi for her. When suhana sat inside the taxi, Sameer told with concern, "call me when you reach at home safely otherwise I will worry for you."

Suhana nodded with smile, "ok, now bye. You also go home otherwise aunty and uncle will be worried for you."

He chuckled and nodded, "bye."

Suhana was in good mood. First, the project was passed and second Sam is back. Now, she knew her life will be better again. At last, she was not alone.

After reaching at home, Suhana sent message to Sameer. They exchanged their mobile number during dinner. Sameer also replied her that he also reached safe.

She recalled that she didn't ask Sameer about his family. She knew many things are changed in last few years in her family and in his family. But their families are not in contact with each other. She sighed after thinking everything. She didn't change anything because it's not in her hand. She could only comprise the suitation. She didn't care what others think now. Because of her stupidity, she told him to go abroad. She thought her parents changed their opinion about his and her relationship. But what her mother said last time, she understood they will never change their opinion. That's why it's better to live happy. Now Sam is with her again that's why nobody can hurt her. Sam will protect her from every problem. She slept that night soundly without any worry.

In other city,

When Ravi saw the photos, he felt his body got cold suddenly. He was sweating in AC. It's him who suggested to Sameer for that project. He investigated about Sameer but he didn't know where did he mistake. How can he miss the information that Suhana and Sameer knew each other. Even looking at photos and videos. It seemed they are close. He knew Suhana doesn't like anybody touch her. Even her colleagues and friends don't touch her. But looking at Sameer and suhana interaction. He gulped his saliva with horror.

He knew today it's his last day because his boss will not leave in one piece after knowing about it. He looked himself how much careful his boss for Suhana.

But he can't hide his boss anything. If his boss found later, then definitely he will be death.

After telling the daily reports, it's time to tell about Suhana's report. Ravi wiped his sweat from his handkerchief. He was hestitated for a second but noticed that his boss was waiting. That's why he prayed into his heart and gave the file.

Kavish took file and opened slowly. He didn't see her since few days and he was missing her. Before, he opened the file, Ravi started to say, "Sir, I didn't know how it happened. I investigated about him clearly. He was in Miss Triveni's college and senior. I didn't know..."

After hearing it, kavish opened the file and looked the photos. She was smiling heartily. He never saw her to smile like it. He thought her personality is conservative but it's first time he saw her to smile cheerful. His heart skipped from its place. He didn't hear what Ravi was talking after looking at photos. His temper was getting worse after looking at photos. She was comfortable with Sameer. Even, she never gave him smile like she was smiling with other person. She was only his.

First time, he felt some feelings for anyone. How can he let her go? No... Never...

He stood up immediately from his seat with anger and gave order while taking his coat from back of his chair, "get ready car."

Ravi gulped his saliva with horror. Looking at his boss, he knew there was going to something wrong. He also didn't know Suhana was close to someone.

He only nodded and called to driver for getting ready the car. He followed his boss who was taking big steps with anger. It's late night but he couldn't give advise to his boss. He was scared for Suhana and Sameer. He was with his boss since many years and knew his boss temper very well.

As they came out from company's building, the car was waiting for them. Ravi opened the door for Kavish. Kavish sat into car and closed his eyes. He was so angry. He knew he can't hurt Suhana but Sameer... Suhana was only his. He can kill anybody for her.

Suhana didn't know what did kavish do with Gagan. Because he didn't want to tell her that's why nobody knew where gagan is right now. Gagan only hurt her but Sameer... He crossed the line.

The car was riding back to city. In the car, kavish asked Ravi coldly, "did you investigate again?" Kavish was also angry on Ravi. How can Ravi do mistake and miss the main information?

Ravi looked at his boss who was on back seat with closing his eyes but he could feel his boss cold aura into car.

Ravi knew his boss would ask it that's why he already prepared. He opened his mouth, "Miss Triveni and he was in same college but he was her senior and miss Triveni's sister classmate." He didn't find about them much expect paper work. He continued, "May be, they knew each other because of miss Triveni's sister."

Kavish rubbed his temple with his fingers. He knew suhana has no good relationship with her family. But looking at photos..... He didn't know what's going on between them that's why he was losing his temper more.

Other side, in morning, Suhana got up freshly and with smile. After getting fresh, she stood in front of her wardrobe for her today clothes. She looked her dresses one by one. Ugh, they were already old. Why didn't she notice before? She recalled namita scolded her many times and asked for buy new and fashionable dresses but she denied. She made her face and scolded herself, 'why didn't I hear her?'

At last, she looked a light green colour dress. It was looking good than others that's why she decided to wear it today.

After getting ready and looking herself into mirror, she was satisfied. She took her handbag and greeted her parents who were on dinning table, "good morning mom... Good morning dad."

Her parents looked at her with stunned. They examined her and looked each other. Her mother said with concern, "Suhana, are you alright?"

Suhana smiled and sat on a chair. She served her plate with paratha and butter. She nodded, "I am fine mom."

After many years, they looked at her happy. Suddenly what happened to her. If she told her parents that she is happy because of Sameer is back, they definitely beat her. But they didn't know the reason. They were happy and worried at same time for her. She is only one their daughter who doesn't share her feelings with them. They didn't know what going into her heart and mind.

In starting, her family tried to talk her and find out what's going on her heart and mind but she always told without expression, 'nothing'

With time passing, they stopped to ask her anything and she never complained about it. That's why they didn't know how to handle her.

Her parents looked at eachother. Her mother wanted to ask something but her father denied her mother to ask. Last time, when they talked to Suhana, they argued and she left with bad mood. They knew suhana would not share anything. And they didn't want to force her.

After finishing breakfast, Suhana left her home and took steps towards bus station.

Mrs Triveni looked at her husband and asked with sad expression, "why didn't you let me ask her?"

Mr Triveni sighed deeply, "call to Namita. And ask her to come when she has time. I don't want Suhana stopped to talk us. Last time, we hurt her feelings."

Mrs Triveni sighed, "I don't know what that girl is thinking."

Mr Triveni thought something and told his wife, "Mr Mehra called me three days ago and told Sameer is returned."

Mrs Triveni got eyes widened, "it seemed she is happy because...."

Mr Triveni didn't let his wife finish and interprutted, "Shalini, they are now adult. We can't force them for anything. I know my daughter very well. She is not thoughtless. Call namita and let her talk to Suhana first. May be, she will open with her sister."

Mrs Triveni sighed and nodded. Her two daughters are married and happy with their families but her youngest daughter is headache for herself and them.

As Suhana reached at bus station, she sat on bench for waiting to bus. She didn't know Kavish's car is parked there and waited for her.

Kavish looked at her who was dressed perfectly and happy. His temper raised more to looking her like it. It's not that he didn't want to see her happy. But now she was happy for other men. How can he tolerate it?

After Getting instructions from his boss, Ravi went to near Suhana and called, "Miss Triveni?"

Suhana who was in good mood looked at Ravi and gave him smile lightly, "Mr Ravi" she was surprised. What was he doing here?

Ravi was stunned for few seconds. He  knew Suhana is already beautiful. But she has no expression on her face that's why nobody noticed her beauty in first glance. But today, when she smiled, she was looking more beautiful like fairy.

Suhana blinked her eyes and waited for his response. Ravi came into his senses immediately and cleared his throat, "Miss Triveni, Sir is waiting for you in car."

Suhana looked at car and asked with hestitation, "Mr Singh?" Ravi nodded and she asked again, "wasn't he out of station?" She remembered last day Sameer told kavish was out of station and busy in important work that's why he couldn't come.

Ravi looked at Suhana and prayed into his heart for her, 'why is she clueless? How can his boss neglect it when his position into her heart is on stake?' he didn't reply that's why Suhana was confused. She thought kavish is here for project. But is that project important for him that he came here to leave his important work?
