Chapter 33

It's already one week but Sameer didn't find out the exact reason. Suhana was worried. She knew how much it would effect on Rajeev's company reputation. She was confused that what should she do or not.

At night, she was in her room. She took her mobile and asked herself, 'Should I call Kavish? But elder brother-in-law denied. Sameer couldn't find out reason. What should I do?'

She pulled her hairs with frustration. Nobody was in peace mind in her family since they knew about current suitation of Rajeev's company. Everyone was upset. Even, Namita and Rajeev didn't show any sadness. They tried to show that it's fine. It doesn't affect on their daily life but everyone knew how much the matter was serious.

Manish also tried as much as he could but nobody was giving satisfied response.

She decided to call Kavish. She hoped  Kavish would definitely help her. As she was going to call, she stopped herself and asked herself, "In what basis I will ask him? We know each other because of work. What if he misunderstood me?

On what basis will he help me?"

She knew Kavish was not that type of person. He was nice with her but she was afraid if he would misunderstood her.

She restrained herself and thought to ask Sameer again. She could ask Sameer for help because they were friends and they knew each other since many years. But Kavish was different. She met him just now and she didn't know what relationship was between them. They were not friends nor they have any other relationship. She met him because of work and sometimes out of work but it doesn't mean she can ask him for help shamelessly. She took deep sigh.

She was confused what should she do or not.

The following day, Namita and Rajeev knew everyone was sad because of them. It was serious matter but it doesn't mean they let their family worried.

Rajeev was doing his best and he was confident he will find out some way to save his company soon.

Namita, Rajeev, Mr Triveni and Mrs Triveni were drinking evening tea.

Namita wrapped her hand around Mrs Triveni arm and said, "Mom, dad, please don't be worried for us. Rajeev will find a way to save his company.

But if both of you are worried and it would effect on your health. We will not forgive ourselves. Please have trust on Rajeev."

Mr Triveni smiled with ensure, "We know but you are our children. It's natural to be worry for children if they are in problem.

You will understand when you will have children in future."

Namita blushed deeply and said in spoiled voice, "dad.."

There was a smile on everyone's face. They decided to not mention about this matter anymore and talked about other topic with enjoying.

Suhana came and looked her parents, Namita and Rajeev who were talking and laughing. There was a pleasant atmosphere. She put her bag aside and joined them, "What were all of you talking?"

After finishing tea, Namita suggested, "Mom, today don't prepare dinner at home. why don't all of us go out for dinner? It's a long time when we went out together."

Mrs Triveni said, "you know your dad and I don't like outside food. You take Suhana with you."

Suhana pouted, "I don't want to go. I am tired."

Namita hit lightly on her arm, "I will not listen any excuses this time. You know you are getting more bore as passing time."

Suhana made her face but Namita didn't mind about her.

In the luxurious hotel, Namita, Rajeev and Suhana were seated on table. They gave order and waited for order while talking about here and there.

Suhana asked with concern, "Brother-in-law, how is going your company right now?"

Rajeev looked at distance, "Everything is fine just now because we have old investment. But if this is going on long time, i can't say anything for sure. I and my team are trying to our best. I hope in future everything will be fine." He told exact suitation to Suhana because she knew business world.

Suhana said, "Don't worry, brother-in-law everything will be fine." She wanted to tell Namita that she talked to Sameer and he was trying to find out solution but she didn't tell. She didn't know how Namita will react.

As they were talking, they heard a male voice, "Suhana"

Her heart started to beat fastly. Her back was towards him. She couldn't see his face but she recognised the voice.

Rajeev and Namita were infront of her that's why they could see him. Rajeev knew who he was because he saw him in business parties one or two times that's why he looked at him with shocked while Namita was looking at him with interest. She didn't recognise him because she never saw him.

Kavish came to their table and asked Suhana with calm voice, "Can I join you?"

Suhana didn't know what to do that's why she looked at Rajeev and Namita. Looking at Rajeev's expression, she understood Rajeev recognised him. Then she looked at Namita who was looking at Kavish with interest.

Namita said with bright smile, "Why not? Please join us."

Kavish sat beside Suhana and thanked to Namita. He greeted Rajeev and Namita.

Namita said with smile, "It's ok."

Rajeev understood Namita didn't recognise Kavish and what was she thinking that time. He didn't want any misunderstanding because they can't afford to offend Kavish. His company was already attacking Rajeev's company. He couldn't afford more problems.

Before Namita could ask anything  to Kavish, Rajeev looked at Kavish and asked polietly, "Mr Singh, do you know Suhana?"

When Namita heard what Rajeev said, she was confused. 'Mr Singh' She looked at Kavish and then Rajeev for confirmation. Rajeev blinked his eyes as confirmation. Namita was stunned 'What's going on?'

Kavish didn't reply but looked at Suhana's reaction. Suhana was already feeling weird but after hearing that question, her heart started to beat more fastly. She thought, 'Why am I feeling nervous? It's not that I am hiding something from my family.'

Before Kavish replied, Suhana opened her mouth, "brother-in-law, you already know my company and Singh group are working together on a project. That's why Mr. Singh know me."

Kavish didn't like her reply and Suhana called him formally. But at least, she didn't deny to know him infront of her family.

Kavish didn't say but nodded. Namita and Rajeev didn't say anything further. There was awkward silence between them. Only Kavish was calm.

The waiter came with their order. He served the table with their order. Rajeev asked Kavish for giving his order. Kavish added two dishes and gave menu to waiter.

They ate in silence because nobody knew what to talk. Suhana was thinking why her luck is so bad. Why did Kavish suddenly come and join them? If Rajeev and Namita were not with her, it would be good opportunity for her to ask about if he knew something about Rajeev's company. But in front of them, she couldn't talk careless with Kavish otherwise they misunderstood.

Suhana excused herself and went into washroom. After coming into washroom, she looked herself into mirror and asked, 'what should I do? It's good opportunity to talk Kavish. But Namita sis and brother-in-law is here. I can't talk with him infront of them.'

When Suhana went to washroom, Kavish also excused himself and left. He came here for Suhana. He didn't see her since many days. And she didn't try to contact him in those days. He thought Suhana would contact him when she got to know suitation of Rajeev's company. He waited but she didn't contact him.

He came in this restaurant for business meeting.  When he was going to private room, he looked Suhana who was sitting with her sister and brother-in-law. How could he miss the opportunity to eat with her? That's why he told Ravi to attend meeting and went to her.

He couldn't go inside ladies' washroom that's why he waited for her outside.

Namita and Rajeev looked to eachother. Rajeev was man how could he not recognise what was going on Kavish's mind.

He said to Namita, "You wait here. I am coming soon."

Namita held his wrist and asked with concern, "I am coming with you."

Rajeev shook his head, "No, you stay here. Don't worry  She is also my sister. Trust me."

Namita nodded and left his wrist. Rajeev left. Namita thought, 'Is he to whom Kira told? How is it possible? If he is that person, why would his company attack Rajeev company? I am thinking much.

But why am I feeling that he is that person? His personality is matched what Kira described. Should I take his photo secretly and send to Kira for confirmation?'  How could Namita miss Suhana's reaction? If anybody tried to come close Suhana, she moved immediately. But when Kavish sat beside her, she didn't move. But she was comfortable in his presence. Namita knew her sister very well.

Meanwhile, Rajeev approached to Kavish and asked with gritted teeth, "Mr Singh, what are doing here?"

Kavish slowly raised his face and looked at Rajeev. He said with evil smile, "Mr Saxena, I know you are trying to contact me and meet me since many days. I won't waste our time. I have a deal for you."

Rajeev had chance to talk him for his business when they were eating  but he didn't. Because he didn't know why Kavish approach them himself. Rajeev and his company tried to contact Singh group's related manager and others but nobody gave satisfactory response. But now suddenly, Kavish came himself and sat beside Suhana. He pretended like he and Suhana know eachother very well. How could he miss how Kavish was looking her?

Rajeev didn't say anything but looked at him with suspicious. Kavish continued, "I want her..."

Before he could say anything, Rajeev punched him. Rajeev knew it was not good for him or his company but he didn't care. Suhana was like his sister how could he hear such words about her?

Kavish didn't expect that Rajeev would punch him. Kavish glared him with burning eyes and grabbed his collar with gritted teeth. Rajeev tried to break free himself but Kavish was strong than him. Kavish raised his hand to punch Rajeev but he heard a panic voice behind him, "Kavish?"

When Kavish grabbed Rajeev's collar and was going to punch him, Suhana came out from washroom and looked the scene infront of her. How could she watch someone beat her brother-in-law?

She rushed towards them and said with anger, "Kavish, leave him."

Kavish looked her and put his hand his side which was going to punch Rajeev. He didn't leave Rajeev's collar but glared him. Suhana put her both hands on his arm and said again while shaking his arm, "Kavish, leave him."

After a while, Kavish left Rajeev and Rajeev sat on floor while catching his breath. Suhana sat beside Rajeev and asked with concern, "Brother-in-law, are you alright?"

Rajeev nodded. When Suhana looked his face colour be normal, she stood up and glared Kavish with anger, "Kavish, how dare you touch him? For god sake, he is my brother-in-law."

Kavish didn't expect Suhana would react like it. He tried to open his mouth, "Suhana..."

Suhana was shaking with anger, "No.. Kavish... Don't take my name with your mouth. What do you think yourself? Will you do what you want to do? Now it's enough. I don't want to see your face again."

Rajeev stood up and looked at them with confusion. She took Rajeev's hand and said with concern, "Brother-in-law, let's go."

Rajeev nodded and they left. They came to their table. Namita looked his wrinkled clothes and asked them, "What's going on?"

Rajeev opened his mouth, "We will talk about it later. let's go from here now."

Namita looked at the direction from where they came and asked with frown, "What about him?"

Suhana held her wrist, "Sis, let's go."

Namita nodded and Rajeev called waiter and asked him for bill. The Waiter nodded and left. After few minutes, he came and told them, "the bill is paid off."

Rajeev asked with frown, "who paid the bill? I booked the table then how can anybody paid the bill?"

The waiter told polietly, "I am sorry sir. But Mr Singh is our regular customer. He paid off."

Before Rajeev said anything else, Namita put her hand on his hand, "Rajeev, let it go. It's only about bill. Let's go now."

Rajeev closed his eyes and nodded, "ok..."

Rajeev stopped car in front of Triveni house. Suhana apologized with biting her lips, "I am sorry. Because of me, our dinner is ruined."

Namita who didn't know anything looked at Rajeev. Rajeev smiled lightly and said, "Suhana, why are you apologizing us? It's not your fault. And don't think so much. Hmmm.."

Suhana felt guilty, "But brother-in-law...."

Rajeev looked Namita for help. Namita took Suhana's hands into her hands, "Suhana, it's ok. Now go and take rest. We will talk about it later."

Suhana asked with confusion, "Both of you are not coming in?"

Namita shook her head, "No... We will come tomorrow. Ok?"

Suhana nodded, "good night"

Namita and Rajeev also nodded  and Suhana got out from car.
