Chapter 43

Kavish finished the conference call and rushed towards his cabin. He thought he would finish the meeting soon but unexpectedly, it took more time.

He was worried Suhana would misunderstood him that she would let him wait that's why he let her wait. And other reason, he was missing her deeply. As he came out from meeting room, Ravi was waited outside. Ravi wanted to say something but Kavish was not in mood to listen. He rushed his cabin. As he opened the door of cabin, he said, "Finally, you came."

But as he saw who was sitting on couch, his eyes got dark.

Deepika got in good mood to hear it. She looked at him and said with shyly smile, "Kavish, you were waiting for me?"

Kavish didn't reply her but looked at Ravi with cold eyes who was behind him. Ravi got startled but he had to give report. He said in low voice, "Sir, I can't stop her." When Kavish didn't say anything but stared him with his cold eyes, Ravi continued, "Sir, Miss Trivedi came but left in rush because she got a call."

Kavish asked Deepika with emotionless, "What are you doing here?" He took steps towards his table and sat on his chair. While Ravi followed him and stood a side.

Deepika didn't care because his behaviour is cold to everyone. She said galdly, "Kavish, I rushed here as I got out from plane. Dad said you didn't meet him since last few months. Mom and dad miss you. They invite you to dinner tonight."

Kavish opened his laptop and started to type. He didn't look at her but said with cold voice, "I am busy. When I will free, I will go to meet uncle and aunty. You know you don't need to come here."

Deepika pouted and said, "Kavish, I didn't see you since last two years. I wanted to see you that's why I came."

Kavish behaved as he didn't listen. He asked Ravi, "Ravi, what is today's schedule?" Kavish couldn't say her to go directly because he respects her parents. He knew her parents spoil her and she was stubborn. It's better to avoid her instead of arguing with her.

Ravi was startled to hear his name but he composed himself. He knew how to handle suitation. He opened his tablet and started to give report about business. Kavish and Ravi behaved as Deepika wasn't with between.

Deepika used it. She sat on couch and started to played with her mobile. When Kavish and Ravi noticed it, Kavish glared him. Ravi wanted to say 'Sir, please spare me. You already postponed every meeting. How can I handle suitation?'

But Ravi couldn't say it loudly. He took deep breath and responded, "Sir, you have to go to inspection. And it's important."

Kavish nodded with satisfaction. At least, his assistant is not totally useless.  He stood up for leaving his office. Deepika noticed and asked while standing, "Kavish, Are you going out?"

Ravi replied in behalf of him, "Miss Chauhan, Boss has to go for urgent matter."

Deepika nodded with understanding and said, "Kavish, then give me lift."

Kavish replied, "Ravi will call driver because I have to go other direction."

Deepika wanted to insist him but Kavish left before she said something else. Kavish was already in bad mood and it's hard for him to tolerate her.

After sitting into his car, Kavish closed his eyes with irritation. Ravi came after few minutes. He got into car and the driver started to car.

Ravi reported to Kavish, "Sir, I arranged the car for Miss Chauhan."

Kavish didn't say anything but thought about Suhana. She told him to come but left without meeting him.

Kavish asked Ravi, "Did she say where is she going? Or what urgent matter?"

Ravi knew to whom he was asking. He reported, "Sir, I thought to call her and ask her. But after thinking, I didn't. It's better if you call her."

Kavish nodded. He took his mobile and called. She didn't picked the call. He tried many times but she didn't pick.

He got more frustrated. Before he lose his temper, he got notification. He opened text message, 'I am busy right now. Call you later.'

He knew it's machinery reply but at last she responded. Kavish asked Ravi, "Did you ask in her company?"

Kavish put his spy into her company as he got every information about her on daily basis. Ravi nodded, "He told she didn't go back because Mr Sharma already gave her day off because of urgent meeting. According it, the call may be from her home."

Kavish rubbed his temple with frustration. He wanted to meet her.... Talk her but he couldn't reach to her.

He made himself understand to talk her tomorrow.

Suhana had to dinner because of her parents. As she came into her room, she heard her mobile ringtone. When she saw caller id, she got angry. She wanted to throw her phone but it was her phone. Why would she break her phone for irrelevant person? She wanted to attend the call and took out her frustration on him. She wanted to ask him why he did it to her? But After thinking something, she hold herself. She couldn't offend him. It's better to avoid him.

Kavish didn't know she had misunderstanding about him. Otherwise he would explain her everything. He thought she was really busy. Because she talked him on call as usually. Kavish had no mood to eat. After changing his clothes, he went to into study room and got busy himself into work. Otherwise he couldn't control himself if he didn't distract himself with work.

That night, Suhana and Kavish both didn't sleep but thought about each other. Suhana was cursing him while crying. She couldn't share her problem with anybody else while Kavish was thinking about when they spend time together.

The next day, Kavish called her but Suhana didn't attend but send text same like tomorrow. Kavish got inform that she was really busy in project into her company. He wanted to meet her and talk her but he controlled himself after thinking she was really busy.

After three days, Kavish couldn't wait anymore. He decided to meet her outside her company. He called her but as expected she didn't attend his any call. At last, he send her text, 'I am waiting outside your company. If you don't come, I will come to meet you.'

When she received the text, she startled. She thought he didn't disturb her if she didn't attend the call. 'Now his fiancee is back. What did he want from me?' She took deep breath and decided to talk and face him.

After informing Mr Sharma, she came out from company building. His car stood a far away from her company as usually.

When she got to near his car, the driver respectfully opened the back door for her and motioned her to enter. Suhana took deep breath and entered into car. The driver closed the door and stood a far away from car.

Kavish looked at her who was looking infront of her without glancing him. He was waiting for her to say but she was not ready to open her mouth.

He took deep breath and asked, "Suhana, don't you have time to meet me or attend my call?"

Suhana said without looking at him, "Mr Singh, I am sorry. But I was really busy."

Kavish glared at her. He knew something was wrong with her. But he didn't know what? He said with heartache, "Suhana, didn't I tell you to call me kavish... Not formally. Otherwise...."

As he raised his hand to take her into his arms. Suhana shook his hand and kept more distance  between them. She said indifferently, "Mr Singh, please respect me and yourself."

He froze because of her behaviour. She was not like it even in starting. She never behaved like it.

Kavish said with heartache, "Suhana, tell me what happened? Why are you behaving like it? What did I do wrong? If you are angry because what happened that day, I promise I will not touch you until you want. Please tell me atleast what did I wrong? I will change according to you. Atleast tell me."

Suhana controlled herself till now.  But after hearing it, She didn't control anymore. The tears fell from her eyes but she glared him, "Don't you know what did you wrong? You have already fiancee but you want to keep relationship with me. What do you think I am? I told already you what happened in hotel. It was mistake. It's better both of us will forget it. It's my fault I know. Mr Singh, I beg you. Please spare me. If my family knows about it, they won't accept it. Please let me go and live peacefully in my life." At last, her voice broke into sobs.

Kavish felt someone gripped his heart and crushed it. His mind didn't react for few seconds. He asked with shaking voice, "I have fiancee? Who told you? Who is my fiancee?" He continued with determination, "Suhana, you are first girl into my life and you will be last."

After hearing it, she asked with bewildered, "Then who is Deepika Chauhan? Isn't she your fiancee? You don't need to lie me. I saw every article on internet about both of you. Even, she told me herself. If she is not fiancee what she was doing into your office that day. I don't want to be third party into anybody relationship."

Kavish gripped her shoulders tightly and force her to look at him, "Suhana, don't you believe me? Listen to me. She is only my father's friend daughter. I never have any other thought about her. Her parents helped me when my parents died and there was nobody who cared me. My all relatives left me alone. Then her parents gave me shelter. I respect them but it doesn't mean I like their daughter. The articles are not true. They all are rumours. I have no fiancee. And there was no any other girl into my life except you. If I have any fiancee, do you think I will call you daily. Try to talk you.... I miss you every day?"

Suhana listened him but she was confused, "But....."

After hearing the hestitation into her voice, kavish took deep breath and said, "You don't believe me,hmmm? Then let me prove you." He took his mobile and dialled a number. After few rings, other party attended the call. Kavish greeted indifferently, "Uncle, yeah I am Kavish..... Uncle, are you free today?.... Yeah... I want you and aunty to meet someone..... Okay.... I will wait you there. I will send you address."

After hanging up, Kavish looked at her. He wanted to hug her but he was hestitate after thinking. What if she shrugged him off again. He signed deeply and said, "We are going to meet her and her parents into restaurant. Suhana, if i prove my innocence, then decide yourself.  How will you compensate me?"

Suhana was stunned to hear it. She couldn't decide what is right or what is wrong. But looking at his confidence look, she was doubt. Did Deepika lie? But she read article herself. It's true the articles can be only rumours. Did she really misunderstand him?

Kavish noticed she didn't believe him till yet. He wanted to angry on her but he couldn't. He gave her tissue and water bottle, "Make yourself presentable. Within one hour, you will get know the truth."

Suhana wanted to say something but she decided not to say anything. She took tissue and cleaned her face from tear stains. She drank water to control her sobs.

After Suhana got normal, Kavish called driver and ordered him to drive. But Suhana stopped him, "My bag is in company. I didn't tell Mr Sharma for day off."

Kavish told her, "Ok, go and take your bag. I am waiting to you here."

She pursed her lips and got out from car. One side, she didn't want to go with him but other side, she wanted to go and know what's truth. Looking at his confidence, he was not lying. But Deepika was also confident that day. Even the articles.....

She decided to know truth. She wanted to see who was lying between  both of them? It's not that she didn't trust on him but she knew him since few months ago. And she didn't know about his personal life. And she didn't want to trust on him blindly or their relationship didn't reach that point till yet. It's just that she never asked him and he never told her. That's why she doesn't know if he was telling truth or not.

Moreover, As she said, she didn't want to be third party in anyone relationship. Even, she had feelings for him. she will maintain distance with him. She will never be reason of misunderstanding between other relationship.
