Chapter 1337 - No Regard for Zhai Yunsheng (1)

Qu Zhen spoke plausibly and described his betrayal of the Zhai family as a forced and helpless act.

He also added: “Young Master Zhai, if you can promise not to do anything that will harm us in the future, we will walk different ways from now on. There’s no need for this conflict and hassle.”

Zhai Yunsheng hooked his lips and smiled. Then, he softly whispered into Jian Yiling’s ear: “Yiling, do you think there’s a need to pick a bone with these people?”

The smile on his face was incredibly untamed and malicious.

“There is,” Jian Yiling replied as she tried to keep some distance from Zhai Yunsheng.

Upon hearing this response, Zhai Yunsheng said to Qu Zhen and Sheng Yingying: “Did the two of you hear that? Yiling wants to settle this matter with you guys.”

Once again, Qu Zhen attempted to convince Zhai Yunsheng: “Master Sheng, there’s really no need to do this. We can just walk different paths in the future. The river water really does not need to intrude into the well water. We can each go our own way without interfering with the other. The foundation of Dingwen Group is still unstable. She didn’t love him and she didn’t want to have any unnecessary interactions with him.
