Wesley frowned. “Besides, buying that land would cost a fortune, and I can’t afford to throw that much money around.”

So he thought of Isaac, hoping for a joint venture.

“I’d like to see the files.”

Wesley had come prepared and handed over the documents. As Isaac was going through them, he pulled out his phone and texted Viola.

“Just chill; if we team up on this, there won’t be any issues with the land.”

They’d partnered up plenty of times, and Wesley didn’t expect answe.

“I’ll look into this project. If it’s profitable, we can continue to talk.”

Wesley knew Isaac had ambitions. Who wouldn’t be interested in such a big development opportunity?

“Shona Bennett’s getting hitched; aren’t you going?”
