Chapter 320: 320 Master Isolde_1
Legend of Dragon Son-in-law
âBoss!â
Upon seeing Aron Jackson walk into the firepot restaurant, the people standing on both sides respectfully shouted.
In Gonzalez City, Aron Jackson was the sky.
No matter how arrogant these people normally were, they didnât dare act recklessly at the mention of Aron Jacksonâs name.
âBoss!â
Ignoring these people, Aron Jackson walked straight up to Julius Reed, bowing deeply.
The Dominating Tiger behind him followed suit in succession.
âWhat⦠whatâs going on here?â
Nova Vista, enduring the intense pain of broken bones, stepped forward to ask.
This was the first time heâd seen Aron Jackson show such respect to someone since heâd joined the group.
âYour hand, what happened to it?â
Aron Jackson turned around, coldly looking at Nova Vistaâs hand.
The collision a moment ago had fractured Nova Vistaâs fingers, and his fist was bleeding non-stop from the violent impact.
âThank you for your concern, boss. I was just a little careless during a bout with someone, itâs nothing serious.â
Nova Vista replied with his head lowered.
Known for his fighting skills, now with both hands bleeding, it was clear he had encountered no ordinary opponent.
âWith whom?â
Aron Jackson asked sternly.
âThis person was extremely arrogant, first injuring our brothers, then calling Parveen Carmichael to gather everyone here. He is none other than that young man sitting in the center!â
Nova Vista pointed his finger, and everyoneâs gaze turned to Julius Reed.
Aron Jacksonâs heart tightened, the worst had happened.
And next to him, Dominating Tiger was dripping with cold sweat, his lips turning pale.
Last time, because of Ashwin Lakeâs incident, Aron Jackson had already disciplined the employees, and Dominating Tiger had repeatedly and emphatically cautioned his subordinates.
But these people were used to bullying and throwing their weight around; how could they take those warnings to heart?
So they all treated the words like a breeze by the ear, not taking them seriously at all.
âBoss, what should we do about this?â
Aron Jackson walked up to Julius Reed with a bitter face and âthumpâ knelt down.
This startled everyone present.
âAron Jackson, what are you doing? Itâs not really your concern if the employees make a mistake.â
Julius Reed didnât tell Aron Jackson to get up, nor did he blame him, simply sitting there.
Uninvolved.
âI failed to manage my subordinates strictly, leading to an offense against Mr. Reed. Itâs been only 24 hours since the incident last time, and I feel a deep remorse in my heart!â
Aron Jackson pressed his forehead firmly to the ground.
He knew all too well how terrifying Julius Reed could be and what the consequences would be if this man lost his temper.
âAron⦠Aron Jackson?â
Sergei Harris, seeing the man before him, could only feel his breathing becoming rapid, unable to catch his breath.
In Gonzalez City, one might not have heard of anyone else, but Aron Jacksonâs name had been resounding like thunder in the past six months.
Seeing their own boss on the ground, a group of employees were completely scared out of their wits.
âBig⦠Boss, who is this person?â
Even if Nova Vista were a fool, he would understand that heâd troubled someone he shouldnât have.
In Gonzalez City, he couldnât think of anyone else who could make Aron Jackson kneel in such fear.
Especially in front of so many people.
âSomeone, break both of Nova Vistaâs hands for me!â
Aron Jackson raised his head, his face dark as he gave the order.
âYes!â
Several men dressed in black immediately entered from the entrance, heading straight for Nova Vista.
These were members of Aron Jacksonâs employees from the Law Enforcement Hall, each possessing formidable skills, specially charged with dealing with those who violated the groupâs regulations.
Once these people took action, the target would end up either dead or injured.
Even if they were lucky enough to survive, theyâd be left crippled.
âBoss, give me another chance!â
As the Law Enforcement Hall members drew closer, Nova Vista, desperate, prepared to fight his way out in a do-or-die effort!
He knew what fate awaited him in their hands!
Worse than death!
âMove aside!â
Nova seized a weapon from an employeeâs hand and, disregarding the intense pain in his fingers, desperately charged towards the exit!
âSend him on his way!â
Aron Jackson knelt on the ground, his face expressionless, as he spoke.
âUnderstood!â
The men in blackâs eyes turned stern, and a number of sharp blades suddenly appeared in their hands!
Puchi!
In just a brief encounter, the already injured Nova Vista was stabbed to the core and felt a chill through his heart!
âI⦠I wonât accept thisâ¦â
Using his last ounce of strength to say these words, he fell straight to the ground.
The silence was terrifyingly oppressive.
âThump!â
The remaining people all knelt on the ground, not daring to say a word.
âWho else had a conflict with this gentleman before me?â
Aron Jackson asked coldly, his back to them.
But no one answered.
âIf no one admits, then Iâll just retrieve the video. If I find anyone, Iâll kill them!â
Aron Jackson asked emotionlessly.
âBoss, before we arrived, only Parveen Carmichael and his guys had taken action,â
a middle-aged man said with a sigh, his hands clenched into fists, âAlthough our guys got here, we never initiated a conflict. Only Nova Vista, with his rough personality, made a move, and he ended up being taught a lesson.â
âParveen Carmichael!â
Aron Jackson bellowed.
âBoss!â
Parveen Carmichaelâs body trembled on the ground, his legs so weak from fear that he couldnât stand up.
âAaron Martin, Iâve followed you for three to four years, and during this time, if Iâve had no merit, Iâve at least endured hardship. Please consider my loyalty and plead to the boss on my behalf!â
Parveen Carmichael swallowed hard, struggling to crawl towards Dominating Tiger, âAaron Martin, youâve got to save me!â
He was an employee of Dominating Tiger, having never spared any effort to please Dominating Tiger over the years.
Now faced with disaster, it was only natural for him to think of his boss.
But he didnât realize that after experiencing the incident where Ashwin Lake crossed Julius Reed, Dominating Tiger now harbored a murderous intent and was praying that Parveen Carmichael wouldnât drag him into this mess.
As luck would have it, what he feared came to pass; he was now fully implicated.
âGet lost!â
Dominating Tiger pushed Parveen Carmichael away, staring fearfully at Julius Reed, âMr. Reed, this sort of character has nothing to do with me! Now I will personally kill him, please forgive me!â
With that, Dominating Tiger drew the short sword from his waist and slowly rose to his feet, walking towards Parveen Carmichael.
âAaron Martin!â
Parveen Carmichael sat on the ground, his legs spread, eyes filled with fear.
Seeing the attitude of Dominating Tiger, his face turned ashen instantly, but the instinct to survive made him continuously scoot backward.
âHold on.â
Just as Parveen Carmichael was about to faint from fear, Julius Reed suddenly spoke, halting Dominating Tiger.
âI am quite curious why Parveen Carmichael specifically targeted this hotpot restaurant and not some other establishment to cause trouble.â
With his words, Anna Harris also came to her senses.
There were dozens of shops in the vicinity. If it was because Harrisâs King Prawn was doing well, there were even better-performing shops.
Out of the whole street, only her brother received such treatment, clearly indicating that Parveen Carmichael had a specific target in mind.
âSpeak! Whatâs going on?â
Dominating Tiger asked gravely.
âAaron Martin, it was Master Isoldeâs arrangement; he gave us three million to properly deal with Sergei Harris, preferably ruining his family and livelihood! As long as he refuses to leave Gonzalez City, we were to keep beating him, to the death if necessary!â
With a sob in his voice, Parveen Carmichael took out a bank card from his chest and, trembling, handed it over to Dominating Tiger, âAaron Martin, I didnât touch any of the money, itâs all here!â
âWho is Master Isolde!â
Anna Harris rushed to Parveen Carmichael, her hands tightly grabbing his collar, âWhy does he want to do this to my brother!â
