Chapter 594: Unexpected Car Accident_1
Legend of Dragon Son-in-law
âMmm! Delicious! Pass me that king crab!â
âSlow down with the eating! Leave some for me!â
âDamn it! You promised to treat me to a meal, how did you end up eating all the lobsters? Waiter, bring me ten more!â
âTen more? Are you a pig? Youâve already eaten over 3000 bucks worth, how much more do you plan on eating?!â
âSince youâre paying, isnât it worth the money to save you twice?â
âBring him twenty! Iâm loaded, Iâll make you burst!â
Itai Huntington threw the lobster shell she was holding onto the table, leaning back in her chair in a very dejected manner.
âThis is it, Iâm definitely gaining weight again!â@@novelbin@@
She touched her stomach, her face full of guilt.
She had eaten too much today.
âHaha! Tell me, widow, why do you take such good care of yourself? Trying to seduce men?â
Julius Reed picked up a bottle of Coke and gulped it down.
âSo if I tried to seduce you, would you be interested?â
Itai Huntington gave a flirtatious wink and gently revealed her snowy white shoulder.
âIâm a decent person, cut the crap!â
Julius Reed âtchâedâ in disapproval and continued to bury his head in his meal.
âBut, I have to say, youâre quite bold with the misfortune you bring others. The Cook Family isnât going to have an easy time today!â
Itai Huntington wrapped her arms around her shoulders and pondered as she looked at Julius Reed.
She hadnât expected such a seemingly erratic man to be so reliable in his actions.
Meticulously careful, leaving no stone unturned.
âThe Cook Family has a grudge against me, and I happen to be someone who always takes revenge. So youâd better not mess with me, or else, without a word, I might exterminate your entire family.â
Julius Reed picked up a crab leg, using it to playfully intimidate Itai Huntington.
âHmmph, thereâs just me in my family. Maybe youâd prefer to âdo that first,â then kill?â
Itai Huntington asked with a laugh, lust evident in her eyes.
âCut it out! Little girl, you havenât even touched a man, and here you are acting like a lonely young widow!â
Julius Reed gave her an unimpressed look and tossed away the crab shell: âIâm full!â
âWhat about the dishes we just ordered? Thatâs wasteful!â
Itai Huntington was left speechless by his remark and cursed Fox Miller half to death in her mind.
âIâll take them home to my wife!â
Julius Reed said leisurely: âThatâs called being a kept man, eating yours and still having to be taken home by another woman, irritating, isnât it?â
âPfft! Iâm not irritated one bit!â
Itai Huntington snorted, tilting her head back: âWhat are you planning to do? Youâve hit Fabian Percival, and that wonât be the end of it. Aron Jackson, heâs another target of the ordeal.â
Once Fabian Percival comes back, she and Aron Jackson will be the two biggest obstacles.
The Gonzalez City Business Alliance had just formed, essentially integrating most of the cityâs industries.
With Fabian Percivalâs prestige, if he manages to take out both Aron Jackson and her, nobody in Gonzalez City would dare to stand in his way.
Then he would take over Itai Huntingtonâs current position, reaping the benefits effortlessly.
All the fruits of victory would be completely his.
âAron Jackson?â Julius Reed laughed and shook his head, nonchalantly saying, âIf he could take out Aron Jackson, Iâd have no face left to stay in Gonzalez City.â
Aron Jackson, his employee, had been cultivating Gonzalez City for three years, his businesses spreading throughout the entire city. If Fabian Percival could uproot him as soon as he got back,
it would mean his failure as a boss.
And Aron Jackson was not like those other bosses who only knew pleasure.
Everything Aron Jackson did served him.
He intended to turn Gonzalez City into a solid fortress.
âYouâre quite confident.â
Itai Huntingtonâs expression gradually turned serious, the playful look vanishing.
âAnyway, be careful. Fabian Percival is ruthless and, after the lesson you gave him today, he will surely seek revenge. Moreover, many people in Gonzalez City have already sided with him.â
âYou better take good care of yourself and not get caught so easily. I have to spend the evening with my wife tonight; I wonât be able to rush to the rescue if something happens to you.â
Julius Reed packed up the freshly arrived seafood and spoke indifferently.
âDonât worryâ¦â
Itai Huntingtonâs face was filled with bitterness as she stood up, spreading her hands and said, âDoes this old fool really think Iâm easy to provoke?â
Determination unlike any she had shown before glinted in her eyes.
Since there was no way out, she might as well go all in.
âGood night!â
Julius Reed waved his hand at him and walked out of the private room with the crabs and lobsters in tow.
After he left, Itai Huntingtonâs expression darkened, and she ordered a bodyguard behind her, âFind their car and ram into it with all youâve got!â
âUnderstood!â
The bodyguard nodded and left.
The private room was quiet.
Everyone had left, leaving only Itai Huntington by herself.
After a long while, she took out a somewhat faded photo from her bag, gently touched the equally stunning woman pictured, and tears circled endlessly in her eyes.
âOne day, I will take you back, take you back openly and honorably.â
â¦
âMaster, we must take revenge for this!â
In the back seat of the Mercedes, Benson Dragonâs face was swollen and bruised, and he was covered in blood.
Next to him, Fabian Percival was no better, with both sides of his face swollen and his brow so furrowed it could wring out water.
âWhen have we ever been humiliated like this abroad! Which big shot who has met us isnât respectful?â
The more Benson Dragon spoke, the angrier he became, and his face grew increasingly furious.
âThese damn dogs, Iâll personally slaughter them one dayâ¦â
Slap!
Fabian Percival slapped his face hard.
âMaster, youâ¦?â
Benson Dragon covered his face, his eyes wide, not understanding what had happened.
âLooking at you now, I feel like my years of teaching have gone to the dogs!â
Fabian Percival spoke angrily, pointing at Benson Dragon, âBoy, at times like these, cursing is the most useless thing. If you had been a man, you wouldnât have knelt and begged for mercy.â
In the restaurant, facing the brutality of these people, Benson Dragon knelt on the ground, loudly begging for mercy.
This made Fabian Percival, who was always so domineering, feel very depressed and even more helpless.
When the going was good, the talent his employees showed was quite extraordinary.
So many companies abroad were managed in an orderly manner in their hands.
But now, when faced with a little setback, everything fell apart.
Boom!
Just then, a sedan ran a red light and slammed directly into the side of Fabian Percivalâs car!
The Mercedes rolled over and finally came to rest on the grass after knocking down a street lamp.
By the time Elwood Thorneycroft arrived with his people, Fabian Percival was already severely injured, sitting on the curb, trembling and smoking.
Benson Dragon, being closest to the impact, was killed instantly.
His body lay at Fabian Percivalâs feet.
âFather, Iâm late!â
Elwood Thorneycroft knelt in front of Fabian Percival after a glance at Benson Dragonâs corpse.
But without saying a word, Fabian Percival just kept silently smoking.
No one could guess what was going through the old manâs mind, and no one dared to.
Finally, the cigarette was finished.
âFatherâ¦â
Slap!
Fabian Percival swung his hand back and turned away, even with his severe injuries, he still maintained a proud and upright posture.
