"63. Grudges and Plans"
Mafia King's innocent biwi
"Uske hothon ki muskaan, jaise mere dil ka sukoon,
Jaise chandni raaton mein, baadalon ka suroor,
Meri rag rag me mehekti hai vo,
chahti hai mujhe jaise koi junoon,
Itna gehra hai humara ishq,
phir kaise na ho mujhe apni mohabbat pe guroor"

(Rudraksh)
The entire Rathore mansion was engulfed in an eerie silence, the air heavy with grief. Vijaypratap and Sukriti stood frozen, their eyes staring in disbelief at the lifeless bodies of their beloved children. Sukriti let out a heart-wrenching cry as she collapsed beside them, her sobs echoing through the hall. Vijaypratapâs hands trembled, his mind unable to process the cruel reality before him. For a moment, everything around him blurredâhis world had shattered. But then, as the initial shock subsided, something cold and dangerous settled in his eyes. He clenched his fists, his sorrow morphing into an unshakable determination. Vijaypratap stood up, his expression steely and unwavering. Wiping his tears, he turned away from the devastating sight and picked up his phone. Without hesitation, he dialed JMâs number, his voice devoid of emotion but carrying the weight of his fury.
Even Rudraksh never kept secrets from Ruhanika. He believed in complete honesty between them, so he told her everythingâthe dark truths about Sachet and Mahiraâs deaths, along with the other wrongdoings Sachet and Mahira had committed. Ruhanika listened attentively, her expression shifting slightly as she absorbed the weight of his words. Given her kind and compassionate nature, she was naturally a little shocked. But rather than reacting with fear or doubt, she simply looked at him with unwavering trust. A gentle smile graced her lips as she said, "Hume bharosa hai aap pe, aap sab sahi hi karenge." (I Trust you, I know whatever you will do, will be correct).
Her words were simple, but for Rudraksh, they meant everything. It was all he needed to hearâher faith in him was his greatest strength. A deep sense of relief washed over him, reaffirming that he was on the right path. And with Ruhanika standing by his side, he knew there was no turning back. Their journey had begun, and together, they were ready to bring about Vijaypratapâs downfall.
Simratâs determination was nothing short of inspiring. Day by day, she pushed herself beyond her limits, refusing to let her past define her future. Now, she could stand and even take small steps with supportâa remarkable improvement that left even her physiotherapist stunned. Every time she moved forward, even if it was just a step, a victorious smile played on her lips. She had spent too much of her life confined, helpless, watching the world move on while she remained stuck. Not anymore. With every passing session, her strength grew. She was reclaiming her life, one step at a time.
The entire family was gathered at home, watching the amusing scene unfold before them. Ruhanika was chasing Rishwik around the house, a pink shirt in her hand, determined to make him wear it. Rishwik, on the other hand, was dodging her at every turn, refusing to give in. The rest of the family sat back, thoroughly enjoying the unexpected drama, laughing and cheering as the playful chase continued.
Karanjeet: "Aaj tan eh munda bilkul nahi bachega!"
(Today, this guy wonât be spared at all!)
Simrat: "Bachpan ton hi isnu pink nal ajeeb jehi chidh hai."
(Since childhood, he has had a strange irritation with pink.)
Kartavya: "Aaj taan oh pehnega hi, hun taan mazza aayega!"
(Today, he will have to wear it for sure! This is going to be fun!)
Savisha: "Hayy, bechare mere devar te ehna vadda zulm!"
(Oh my, such cruelty towards my poor brother-in-law!)
Amandeep: "Tuadda devar vi ekdam atrangi piece hai, parjai ji."
(Your brother-in-law is quite an eccentric piece, sister-in-law.)
Ashvik: "Vahi toh! Abhi 2 din pehle isne phir mera bank account hack karan da plan banaya si!"
(Exactly! Just two days ago, he was planning to hack my bank account again!)
Akshavi: "Nalayak insaan, mujhe kehta hai ek khada property dede, toh tere pati ka bank account chod dunga."
(Shameless man! He told me, Give me a piece of land, and Iâll spare your husbandâs bank account.)
Everyone burst into laughter at Rishwikâs antics, finding his desperate attempts to escape Ruhanika utterly hilarious. Meanwhile, Rudraksh remained seated, a soft smile playing on his lips as he silently admired the bond between his brother and his wife. There was something heartwarming about the way they bickered like siblings, filling the house with joy and laughter.
Rudraksh: "Par Ruhh is definitely upto something, kal te hi ajeeb behave kar rahi si te khoorafat to ilawa ta dono de dimaag ch kujh vi nahi aunda."
(But Ruhh is definitely up to something. Just yesterday, she was behaving strangely, and these two never think beyond mischief.)
Everyone smiled as they watched the playful scene unfold. Ruhanika stood on one side of the dining table, clutching the pink shirt determinedly, while Rishwik stood on the opposite side, eyeing her warily. Their playful standoff had the entire family entertained, waiting to see who would make the next move.
Ruhanika: "Rishi Bhai ek shirt hi toh hai pehen lijiye na, hum kab se mana rahe hai aapko."
(Rishi Bhai, itâs just a shirt! Please wear it, Iâve been convincing you for so long.)
Rishwik: "Angel yaar, Main ladki thodi hu, main nahi pehnunga."
(Angel, Iâm not a girl! Iâm not wearing it!)
Ruhanika: "Sharmate waqt nahi sochte pink ho rahe hai, Pehniye chup chap."
(You donât think before blushing, turning all pink. Just wear it quietly.)
Rishwik: "Main pink kab hua?? Kab sharmaya main??"
(When did I turn pink?? When did I blush??)
Ruhanika: "Jab humne aapko aur Riyu ko ek sath aapke office me us awastha me dekha tha, aur phir jab Riyu aapko tang karti hai, aur jab vo bina shirt ki tasveer mangti hai aur jab aap usse baat karte hai aur.."
(When I caught you and Riyu in that state in your office. Also, when Riyu teases you, when she asks for your shirtless pictures, and when you talk to herâ¦)
Ruhanika had cleverly engrossed Rishwik in her talk, distracting him just enough. Taking advantage of the moment, she quickly climbed onto the chair, preparing to reach him faster. Just as she was about to jump towards him, Rishwikâs eyes widened in alarm, and he immediately raised his hands.
Rishwik: "Ek minute"
(Wait a minute.)
Ruhanika looked down at him, her eyes twinkling mischievously. However, her excitement faltered slightly when she noticed Rishwik glaring at her, his hands firmly placed on his waist.
Ruhanika: "Kya?"
(What?)
Rishwik: "Ye first toh mujhe samjha, lekin baaki ki baatein kaise pata tumhe??"
(I understand the first part, but how do you know the rest??)
Ruhanika: "Riyu ne bataya, hum bade hai na usse vo kaise chupayegi humse sab."
(Riyu told me. I am older than her, how could she hide anything from me?)
Rudraksh facepalmed, shaking his head with a fond smile at Ruhanikaâs never-ending obsession with being the elder one.
Rishwik: "What???? Tum dono ye baatein karti ho??"
(What???? You two discuss all this??)
Ruhanika: "Haa, Riyu dost hai humari, aur Avyu bhi dost hai humari, hum toh ye bhi jante hai ki Aman bhaiya ne Avyu ko kaha propose kiya, kya kiya aur unse...."
(Yes! Riyu is my friend. And so is Avyu! In fact, I even know where Aman Bhaiya proposed to Avyu, what he did, and thenâ¦)
Before Ruhanika could make her next move, Amandeep quickly stepped in, joining his hands in front of her as if pleading.
Amandeep: "Please maata please aur nahi, aaj ke liye itna samachaar kafi hai."
(Please, maâam, thatâs enough news for today!)
Rishwik quickly grabbed Amandeep by the arm and pulled him back.
Rishwik: "Chup kar tu, mera izzat ka kachra hua toh Tera bhi hoga. Angel bolo tum."
(Shut up! If my dignity is being shredded, so will yours! Angel, continue.)
Rishwik pulled Amandeep back, but in response, Amandeep playfully pushed him forward, right back into Ruhanikaâs reach. Rishwik stumbled slightly and immediately turned to glare at Amandeep. Amandeep just grinned innocently, while the rest of the family burst into laughter, enjoying the chaos.
Amandeep: "Chup kar ja tu"
(You shut up!)
Rishwik: "Tune dhakka diya mujhe, Ruk tu ab nahi bachega."
(You pushed me! Just wait, youâre not getting away with this!)
Rishwik playfully shoved Amandeep, and within seconds, their usual bickering escalated into a full-blown catfight. They grabbed at each otherâs arms, lightly smacking and shoving, their voices overlapping in heated yet childish arguments. Meanwhile, Ruhanika remained standing on the chair, her eyes darting back and forth between the two like she was watching a tennis match. She wasnât even shockedâthis was just their normal dynamic. These two idiots would either chat like long-lost friends, sharing secrets and inside jokes, or fight like sworn generational enemies, ready to tear each other apart over the pettiest reasons. With an exasperated sigh, she crossed her arms.
Simrat: "Areh, roko dono nu, ladayi kar rahe ne!"
(Hey, stop them! Theyâre fighting!)
Rudraksh: "Dono aise hi ne buii, ruko, do minute ch te dono aise pyaar karange jivein pati-patni!"
(These two are always like this. Give them two minutes, and theyâll be acting like a married couple again!)
Simrat watched the scene with amusement, while the rest of the family chuckled at the playful antics of the two friends. Just as Amandeep was laughing at Rishwikâs predicament, Rishwik turned and playfully punched Amandeep in the stomach, making him groan dramatically.
Amandeep: "Ahhh"
Rishwik immediately stopped, his laughter fading as concern took over. He held Amandeepâs shoulder, looking at him with worry.
Rishwik: "Sorry yaar sorry, lag gayi kya zyada??"
(Sorry, man, did it hurt too much?)
Amandeep: "Tere jaise haddi ki dhache se mere jaise 6 pack abs wale bande ko kya hoga??"
(What could your skinny frame possibly do to a six-pack-abs guy like me?)
Amandeep smirked and teased Rishwik even more, clearly enjoying his frustration. In response, Rishwik quickly wrapped his arms around Amandeepâs neck, playfully pulling him into a headlock. The rest of the family chuckled at their antics, entertained by their never-ending banter.
Rishwik: "Chal phir thik, baaki ab mere 8 pack hone wale hai toh tu jalna mat."
(Fine then! But donât get jealous when I get my eight-pack abs soon.)
Amandeep shot a mock glare at Rishwik, but within seconds, both of them burst into laughter, their playful fight forgotten. The family smiled warmly at their bond, enjoying the lighthearted momentâexcept for Ruhanika. She stood there with her hands on her waist, glaring at them, clearly unimpressed that they had completely ignored her and the pink shirt in her hand.
Ruhanika: "Suniyeeeeeeeee"
(Listen!!!!)
Ruhanika suddenly shouted loudly, making everyone stop in their tracks and turn to look at her. Rishwik and Amandeep instantly gulped in fear as they saw the fiery anger in her eyes. The pink shirt in her hand was still very much a threat, and judging by her expression, she wasnât going to back down anytime soon.
Ruhanika: "Aap dono ka biscuitein gin ke ho gaya ho toh humari suniye. Aur Vaise bhi inke toh pure 8 biscuit hai."
(Have you both finished counting each otherâs biscuits (abs)? Then listen to me! And anyway, he has a full eight biscuits!)
Rudrakshâs eyes widened in shock, and his face turned red.
Amandeep: "Biscuitein??"
(Biscuits??)
Rudraksh shut his eyes in embarrassment, already knowing that Ruhanika was referring to abs as "biscuits." The ladies in the family chuckled at her words, clearly understanding her meaning and finding the whole situation highly amusing. Meanwhile, Rishwik and Amandeep exchanged nervous glances, realizing that there was no easy escape from Ruhanikaâs determined mission.
Ruhanika: "Haa bas yahi sunayi diya, hum kabse bula rahe hai vo nahi na Aman bhaiya?"
(Thatâs all I heard. Weâve been calling you for so long, but you were too busy. Right, Aman Bhaiya?)
Rishwik: "Ek toh Angel ye kya sar pe sawar ho tum, niche utaro."
(Angel, why are you always climbing on me? Get down!)
Amandeep and Rishwik, sensing that resistance was futile, each held one of Ruhanikaâs hands and gently helped her step down. Though they were still wary of her next move, they knew better than to argue with her at this point. The family watched with amused smiles, enjoying the lively exchange between the three.
Amandeep: "Jii Ruhi ma'am ab boliye."
(Yes, Ruhi maâam, please continue.)
Ruhanika stood directly in front of Rishwik, and he braced himself, fully expecting a scolding. But instead, she pulled out her most dangerous weaponâher adorable charm. She pouted cutely, her big eyes shimmering with innocence as she looked up at him with the softest expression. She gathered all her sweetness into that one look, making sure it was impossible to resist.  Rishwik's eyes widened in shock. He had prepared for anger, not this! Within seconds, he felt himself melting, his resolve crumbling faster than he could react. The family chuckled, knowing there was no way he could say no now.
Ruhanika: "Rishi Bhai, aap jante hai humne kitne prem se ye shirt laayi aapke liye, Aksh ko bhi yahi chahiye thi par humne kaha nahi Rishi bhai zyada Sundar lagenge isme."
(Rishi Bhai, do you know how lovingly I chose this shirt for you? Even Aksh wanted it, but I said no, Rishi Bhai will look more handsome in it.)
The family turned their eyes toward Rudraksh, curious about his reaction. He simply shook his head, a mix of amusement and helplessness on his face. He was all too familiar with his wifeâs tacticsâafter all, he had fallen victim to that very same pout countless times.
Rudraksh: "Jhuth bhi makkhan jaise bolti hai."
(She lies as smoothly as butter.)
The family once again turned their gaze toward Ruhanika, their expressions filled with shock.
Ruhanika: "Par koi baat nahi ab aap nahi pehnenge toh hum kya kar sakte hai, zara sa man hi toh tha humara samjha lenge khud ko."
(But itâs okay, if you donât want to wear it, what can I do? It was just a small wish of mine, Iâll console myself.)
Rishwik: "Ha Angel, samjha lo tum apne man ko okay."
(Yeah, Angel, go ahead and console yourself.)
Rishwik chuckled and gently patted Ruhanikaâs cheeks. Her eyes widened in surpriseâher plan had failed! She had expected him to surrender instantly, but instead, he was unfazed. Before she could react, Rishwik smirked mischievously and ruffled her hair, completely ruining the effort she had put into styling it. Ruhanika huffed, pouting even more as the family chuckled at her adorable defeat. Meanwhile, Rudraksh simply shook his head, enjoying the entertaining exchange between his wife and his brother.
Rishwik: "haa tumhara plan work kiya main pighal gaya, par chalaki bhi samjhta hu."
(Alright, fine, your plan workedâI melted. But I understand your tricks too.)
Rishwik turned to leave, hoping to escape the situation, but before he could take another step, Ruhanika leaned closer to Amandeep and whispered something in his ear. A mischievous smirk appeared on Amandeepâs face, and before Rishwik could question it, Ruhanika suddenly shouted, stopping him in his tracks.
Ruhanika: "sabhi ladkiya aakhein band kar lein please."
(All the girls, please close your eyes.)
Everyone frowned in confusion at Ruhanikaâs sudden outburst, but before anyone could react, she quickly placed her hands over her eyes, as if expecting something dramatic to happen. And sure enough, the very next secondâRIP! The unmistakable sound of fabric tearing echoed through the room. Ruhanika grinned mischievously, peeking through her fingers as she heard it. Rishwik stood frozen in absolute shock, his mouth slightly open as he looked down at his now-torn shirt. The rest of the family gasped, equally stunned, while Amandeep took a step back, trying to hide his own amusement after tearing his shirt.
Amandeep: "Abe jhutha, 6 pack abs hi toh hai nalayak jhuth bola 8 hone wale."
(You liar! You only have six-pack abs, not eight!)
Rishwik, sensing no way out, quickly snatched the pink shirt from Ruhanikaâs hand and draped it over himself.
Rishwik: "Ghatiya aadmi girlfriend hai phir phir mujhpe gandi Nazar hai teri."
(You perverted man! You have a girlfriend, yet you have your dirty eyes on me!)
Amandeep: "Chup re, Ruhi ne kaha ye karne ko."
(Shut up! Ruhi told me to do this.)
Everyone turned to look at Ruhanika, who still had her eyes tightly shut and her hands covering them, as if shielding herself from the sight. Her dramatic reaction made the family chuckle even more, while Rishwik sighed in exasperation.
Ruhanika: "Rishi Bhai ab chup chap se ye pink shirt pehniye Varna hum aapse baat nahi karenge."
(Rishi Bhai, now wear this pink shirt quietly, or I wonât talk to you.)
Rishwik: "Pagal hai aapki biwi bhai, main safe nahi hu yaha."
(Brother, your wife is crazy. Iâm not safe here.)
Rishwik immediately bolted towards his room, not wanting to face Ruhanikaâs wrath. The family chuckled at his dramatic escape, enjoying the playful chaos. Ruhanika, however, pouted as she watched him run away, disappointment evident on her face. Her shoulders slumped slightly, and she lowered her head sadly. Noticing her sudden change in mood, Amandeep smiled and pulled her into a comforting side hug.
Amandeep: "Chodo use Ruhi pagal hai vo."
(Leave him Ruhi, he is crazy.)
Ruhanikaâs pout quickly turned into a mischievous grin as she looked up at Amandeep. Her eyes sparkled with a new idea forming in her mind.
Ruhanika: "Aman bhaiya aap humari pasand ki shirt pehnenge."
(Aman Bhaiya, will you wear the shirt of my choice?)
Fear was now evident on Amandeep's face, as he, too, disliked the color pink.
Amandeep: "Ruhi, beta vo..."
(Ruhi, dear, thatâ¦)
Ruhanika: "Please Aman bhaiya aap pehniye humare pasand ki shirt, hum aapke liye safed shirt laye hai, aap par khoob jachegi, pehnenge kya??"
(Please, Aman Bhaiya! We got you a white shirt. It will look amazing on you! Will you wear it?)
Amandeep sighed in relief upon realizing that the shirt was white and not the dreaded pink. A smile spread across his face as he gently patted Ruhanikaâs cheeks, amused by her persistence.
Amandeep: "Meri behen kuch bole aur main mana kar du ho hi nahi sakta."
(If my sister says something, how can I refuse? Itâs impossible.)
Ruhanika grinned triumphantly and pulled the white shirt from the carry bag placed on the dining table, handing it over to Amandeep. He took it with a smile, shaking his head at her stubbornness before heading off to change. Meanwhile, the family continued watching the scene with amusement, enjoying the lively atmosphere.
Ruhanika, still beaming with excitement, made her way to the family and sat beside Rudraksh. Her happiness was evident in the way her eyes sparkled and the bright smile on her face. Rudraksh glanced at her, amused by her enthusiasm, and gently patted her cheeks.
Rudraksh: "Ruhhh, subah se chehek rahi ho, kya kiya hai tumne?"
(Ruhhh, youâve been chirping since morning. What have you done?)
Ruhanika: "Aap sabko bahaut pasand aayega, thoda sa Rukiye na."
(You all will love it! Just wait a little!)
Everyone frowned and turned to look at Ruhanika, sensing that something was definitely up. Rudraksh, however, wasnât fooled. He had been watching her all dayâher unusual excitement, her eagerness to finish all her studies last night, and the way she had been bustling around since morning, preparing food and taking extra care of everything. It was too perfect, too planned. He was sure she was up to something.
Just as he narrowed his eyes at her, ready to question her, Ruhanika's expression suddenly shifted. Her lips curled into a pout, her eyes turning soft and pleading as she clung onto his biceps. She looked at him with that innocent eyes of her's which he can never resist.
Rudraksh: "Hun ki hoya achanak bugge?"
(What happened suddenly, love)
Ruhanika: "Agar Rishi Bhai ne Pink shirt nahi pehni toh hum kya karenge"
(If Rishi Bhai doesnât wear the pink shirt, then what will I do?)
Rudraksh: "Areh par use pink shirt pehnana hi kyu hai?"
(But why does he have to wear a pink shirt?)
Ruhanika: "Areh ye bahaut zaruri hai twinning ke liye, unhone nahi pehna na toh..."
(Oh, this is very important for twinning! If he doesnât wear it, thenâ¦)
Ruhanika then made her way to Karanjeet and gently held his hand.
Ruhanika: "Toh Dadu aap na unhe daatiyega, hum dekh rahe hai Rishi Bhai aaj kal sunte nahi hai humari."
(Then, Dadu, you scold him, okay? I am watching; Rishi Bhai doesnât listen to me these days.)
Ruhanika pouted and voiced her complaint, her tone filled with playful frustration. Karanjeet listened patiently, his smile growing as he watched her animated expressions. The rest of the family chuckled at her antics, clearly amused. Karanjeet, still smiling, gently patted her head.
Karanjeet: "Thik hai puttar."
(Alright, my child.)
Ruhanikaâs eyes sparkled with delight as she saw Amandeep and Rishwik descending the stairs. Amandeep had changed into the white shirt she gave him, looking satisfied, while Rishwik, much to everyoneâs amusement, had reluctantly put on the pink shirt. A wide grin spread across Ruhanikaâs face. Without wasting a second, she ran towards them, her excitement bubbling over.
Rudraksh: "Ruhh Sambhal ke."
(Ruhh, be careful.)
Ruhanika reached them in her excitement, almost tripping in the process. Rishwik, quick to react, immediately held her shoulders to steady her.
Ruhanika: "Aap dono ne humari di shirt pehen li."
(You both wore the shirt I gave you!)
Amandeep: "Maine toh kaha hi tha na Ruhi."
(I already told you, Ruhi.)
Rishwik: "Aur thoda natak karta hu main, par apni Angel mana thodi na karunga."
(I was just acting a little, but how could I refuse my Angel?)
Ruhanika: "Maaf kijiyega Rishi Bhai, hum yaha Dadu se keh rahe the agar aapne humari baat nahi mani toh vo aapko daante.. galti ho gayi humse, hume maaf kar dijiye."
(Forgive me, Rishi Bhai. I was telling Dadu that if you didnât listen to me, he should scold you. It was my mistake. Please forgive me.)
Rishwik: "Koi baat nahi Angel, par ab batao toh kis liye pehnayi hai ye ladki wali shirt."
(Itâs okay, Angel. But now tell me, why did you make me wear this girly shirt?)
Ruhanika chuckled.
Ruhanika: "Ye isiliye kyuki...."
(Thatâs becauseâ¦)
Before Ruhanika could say anything else, the rhythmic sound of drums echoed from outside, grabbing everyoneâs attention. The sudden noise left them all confused, their eyes darting toward the entrance. Ruhanika, however, grinned mischievously, clearly knowing something the rest of them didnât.
Ashvik: "Ye bahar dhol nagade kon baja raha hai?"
(Who is playing drums outside?)
Kritika: "Kisi ki baarat aayi ho aisa lag raha hai."
(It feels like a wedding procession has arrived.)
They all looked at each other in confusion.
Ruhanika: "Chaliye chaliye sab bahar chaliye."
(Come on, come on! Everyone, letâs go outside!)
Ruhanika eagerly dragged Rishwik and Amandeep along with her, while the others followed, curiosity evident on their faces. As soon as Rishwik reached the door and glanced outside, he froze, his eyes widening in sheer shock. Amandeep, too, stood rooted to the spot, mirroring his disbelief. The others shared similar reactions, their expressions a mix of surprise and astonishmentâeveryone except Ruhanika. Unlike them, she was overflowing with excitement, clinging to Rudraksh with pure joy. Practically bouncing in happiness, she tugged at his arm, her eyes sparkling as she looked at him. Rudraksh, though equally surprised, couldnât help but smile at her enthusiasm, his heart melting at how effortlessly she radiated happiness.
Right in front of them was Riyanshi, dressed in a gorgeous pink ethnic outfit, looking no less than a queen. She sat confidently atop a decorated horse, her black goggles adding a touch of swag to her regal appearance. The horse was adorned beautifully, with an umbrella-like canopy shading herâjust like in a grand Baraat. The air vibrated with the rhythmic beats of the drums as the dhol walas played energetically, adding to the dramatic effect of the scene. It was nothing short of a wedding procession, except this time, the bride wasnât waitingâshe was arriving in style.
Ruhanika squealed in excitement, almost jumping in place, clinging to Rudraksh as she beamed at Riyanshi. Meanwhile, Rishwik and Amandeep still stood in stunned silence, unable to process what was happening. The others exchanged amused glances, some chuckling at the sheer unexpectedness of the moment. Rudraksh, watching Ruhanikaâs overflowing excitement, shook his head with a small smile.
Riyanshi, completely unbothered by the stunned expressions around her, was grooving right on the horse, moving her shoulders and swaying to the beats of the drums with full-on energy. She looked like she was having the time of her life. The moment her eyes landed on Ruhanika, she grinned and waved excitedly. Ruhanika, just as thrilled, waved back with equal enthusiasm, practically bouncing on her feet. It was as if they were the only two people who understood the assignment, while the rest were still processing the grand spectacle. And then came the real shockerâRiyanshi turned her attention to Rishwik, a mischievous smirk playing on her lips. With absolute confidence, she blew him a flying kiss right in front of everyone.
Rishwik, who had already been standing there in disbelief, stiffened on the spot. His eyes widened, his brain struggling to catch up with what just happened. He blinked once. Then twice. Still shocked. Meanwhile, Amandeep let out a dramatic gasp, looking between Riyanshi and Rishwik, while the others tried to stifle their laughter. Rudraksh crossed his arms, thoroughly enjoying the scene, while Ruhanika giggled, nudging Rishwik playfully.
As everyone was still recovering from Riyanshiâs grand entrance, a sleek car rolled inside the venue and came to a smooth halt. The door swung open, and out stepped Avyukta from the driverâs seat, exuding her usual grace and confidence. The moment Amandeep saw her, a warm smile spread across his face. He walked straight to her, wrapping his arms around her shoulders in a protective yet affectionate embrace. Avyukta, feeling his warmth, smiled softly and leaned into him, basking in the comfort of his hold. Meanwhile, Riyanshi, still high on energy, wasted no time. She jumped down from the horse in one swift move, her pink outfit flowing around her, and immediately started dancing to the loud beats of the dhol. Her excitement was infectious, and soon, she turned towards Avyukta, her eyes twinkling with mischief.
Riyanshi cheered, grabbing her hand before she could even think of protesting. And just like that, both of them were dancing, lost in the moment, laughing and twirling to the rhythm of the music. Their energy was contagious, and the scene was nothing short of a full-on Bollywood-style celebration. Amandeep just shook his head with an amused chuckle, while Rishwik, still dazed from Riyanshiâs flying kiss stunt, watched the madness unfold with an unreadable expression. Ruhanika, of course, was already cheering them on, clapping her hands in excitement.
Ruhanika was too excited to stay still, jumping in place while clinging to Rudrakshâs arm. Her eyes sparkled with excitement as she eagerly waited for what was about to unfold. Rudraksh chuckled at her enthusiasm, shaking his head fondly.
Rudraksh: "Jaiye Rajkumari ji aap bhi dance kijiye, aapke dost aaye hai."
(Go ahead, Princess, you should dance too. Your friends have arrived.)
Ruhanika: "Hum jaye Aksh??"
(Should I go, Aksh?)
Ruhanika looked at Rudraksh for confirmation, her eyes filled with anticipation. He smiled warmly and blinked his eyes in reassurance, silently telling her that it was okay.
Rudraksh: "Tumhe mujhse puchne ki zarurat nahi hai betu."
(You donât need to ask me, dear.)
Ruhanika giggled mischievously before dashing out in excitement. Without a second thought, she joined Riyanshi and Avyukta, dancing enthusiastically to the loud beats of the dhol. Her laughter blended with the lively music, making the entire scene even more vibrant. Meanwhile, poor Rishwik was still rooted in place, his brain struggling to process what had just happened. His wide eyes followed Riyanshi, who was completely in her element, dancing as if she were leading her own baraat. Just a few minutes later, another car smoothly entered the premises. The door opened, and Aakarsh stepped out, looking effortlessly stylish in his black suit. He casually removed his black goggles and furrowed his brows, his gaze scanning the scene before him in pure confusion.
Aakarsh: "Aaj kisi ki shadi hai baraat aayi hai aur pari ne mujhe bataya bhi nahi."
(Is someone getting married today? A wedding procession has arrived, and Pari didnât even tell me.)
Aakarsh glanced at Kritika with raised eyebrows, silently asking if she had any clue about what was happening. Kritika, however, simply shook her shoulders in confusion, indicating that she was just as clueless as he was.
Aakarsh: "Khair mainu ki, mainu ta bas maze chahida."
(Anyway, what do I care? Iâm just here for fun.)
Aakarsh, unable to resist the infectious energy, joined in and started dancing alongside Riyanshi, Avyukta, and Ruhanika. Laughter and cheers filled the air as the beats of the drums intensified, setting a lively atmosphere.
Ruhanika: "Aareh Aakarsh bhaiya, humara matlab Jiju, aap bhi aa gaye?"
(Oh, Aakarsh BhaiyaâI mean, Jijuâyouâre here too?)
Aakarsh: "Haa Ruhi beta par ye sab kya hai??"
(Yes, Ruhi beta, but whatâs all this?)
Ruhanika: "Pehle Nritya kar lete hai jiju phir batayenge."
(Letâs dance first, Jiju; then Iâll explain.)
Aakarsh: "Ae gal vi changi hai."
(Thatâs a good idea.)
Ruhanika and Aakarsh continued dancing with unfiltered joy while the entire family watched, giggling and smiling at their infectious energy. The moment was filled with laughter and warmth, making it impossible for anyone to resist joining in.
Soon, Akshavi excitedly jumped in, swaying to the beats. Seeing this, Aakarsh grinned and pulled Kritika into the dance, while Avyukta grabbed Amandeepâs hand, dragging him along with a playful smirk. Not wanting to be left out, Akshavi pulled Ashvik, making sure everyone was part of the celebration. Rishwik, finally snapping out of his shock, cleared his throat and signaled the drummers to stop playing. The loud beats came to an abrupt halt, leaving an air of unexpected silence. Ruhanika, still caught up in the excitement, pouted adorably and placed her hand on her waist.
Ruhanika: "Ye kya Rishi Bhai, abhi humare inhone toh Nritya kiya hi nahi, hum inhe lene kya gaye aapne sangeet band karwa diya."
(What is this, Rishi Bhai? Just now, I went to bring him, and you stopped the music!)
Riyanshi: "Vahi toh abhi tak aap khud bhi nahi Nache hai mere sath Rishu kishu, chalo karo."
(Exactly! And till now, you havenât even danced with me, Rishu Kishu. Come on, dance!)
Rishwik: "Tum pehle ye batao, ye sab kya hai?? Kya tareeka hai ye ghar aane ka??"
(First, tell meâwhat is all this? Is this any way to come home?)
Ruhanika looked at Rudraksh upwards as he was standing behind her.
Riyanshi: "Achcha aap mujra karo toh thik, maine zara sa dance kar liya toh problem ho gayi aapko??"
(Oh, so when you perform a mujra, itâs fine, but when I dance a little, you have a problem?)
Ruhanika tilted her head up and looked at Rudraksh, who was standing behind her.
Ruhanika: "Suniye, ye Mujra kya hai??"
(Listen, what is a mujra?)
Rudraksh: "Kuch nahi Ruhh, bakwaas karte hai ye log tum dhyaan mat do."
(Nothing, Ruhh. Theyâre just talking nonsense. Donât pay attention.)
Ruhanika was still confused, her brows furrowed slightly as she tried to make sense of the situation. But the moment Rudraksh spoke with firm confidence, saying, "Itâs nonsense," she immediately accepted it without question. If Rudraksh said it was nonsense, then for her, it was exactly that. She trusted him completely, and that was all that mattered.
Rishwik gently placed his hand on Riyanshi's shoulder, his gaze soft and he spoke.
Rishwik: "Problem nahi hai Heeriye, par ye sab kya hai?? Aise kon aata hai?? Aur aane se pehle bataya bhi nahi."
(I donât have a problem, Heeriye, but what is all this? Who enters like this? And you didnât even tell me before coming.)
Riyanshi: "Achcha toh ye baat hai, areh vo toh Ruhi bhabhi ne bola tha ki pehli baar ghar aa rahi hu na main toh kuch achche se aana chahiye. Ab bhabhi badi hai mujhse main kaise unhe mana kar sakti hu."
(Oh, so thatâs the issue! Well, it was Ruhi Bhabhi who said that since itâs my first time coming home, I should enter in style. And since Bhabhi is elder to me, how could I refuse her?)
Ruhanika: "Ha ha hum bade hai Riyu se, aur Avyu se bhi."
(Yes, yes! I am older than Riyu! And also older than Avyu!)
Ruhanika spoke excitedly, and the others chuckled.
Rishwik: "Achche se aana tha toh ye kiya tumne??"
(If you wanted to enter properly, is this what you chose to do?)
Riyanshi: "Haa kitna mast plan Kiya hai na maine, ek toh pata nahi main itni talented aur intelligent kaise hu lagta hai uper wale ki kripa hai."
(Yes! Isnât my plan amazing? I donât know how I became so talented and intelligent. It must be Godâs blessing!)
Ruhanika: "Ho sakta hai Riyu, aap janti hai ye bhi bahaut gyaani hai, inhe bhi sab aata hai."
(Thatâs possible, Riyu. You know, he is also very wiseâhe knows everything.)
Rudraksh chuckled at her adorable obsession, finding it both amusing and endearing. Without a second thought, he wrapped his arms around her neck from behind and gently pulled her into his embrace. Ruhanika let out a soft giggle, her fingers resting over his arms as she leaned into his warmth. She tilted her head back slightly, looking up at him with a radiant smile, her eyes reflecting nothing but love and trust.
Rudraksh: "Nahi meri Ruhh samjhe zyada intelligent hai."
(No, my Ruhh is much more intelligent.)
Ruhanika: "Nahi aap zyada gyani hai, aur sundar bhi, humne keh diya toh keh diya."
(No, you are wiser! And also more handsome! We said it, so itâs final!)
Rudraksh: "Achcha chalo thik hai, lekin sabse zyada Pyari aur Sundar toh tum hi ho bas. "
(Alright, fine. But the most beautiful and adorable one is still you.)
Ruhanika smiled, and Rudraksh couldn't resist poking her dimples with his other hand, making her giggle softly. The family watched their sweet moment with amusement, thoroughly enjoying their playful romance.  Just then, Ashvik cleared his throat, breaking the moment. Rudraksh turned to look at him and instantly noticed the slight hint of jealousy in his eyes. A smirk played on Rudrakshâs lips as an idea struck him. Without hesitation, he wrapped both arms around Ruhanika and pulled her into a tight hug, holding her even closerâjust to tease Ashvik. Ruhanika, oblivious to the silent battle, simply melted into Rudrakshâs embrace, while Ashvik huffed, rolling his eyes in defeat. The rest of the family chuckled, entertained by the scene unfolding before them.
Riyanshi: "Aww bhaiya bhabhi aap dono kitne cute ho."
( Aww, Bhaiya and Bhabhi, you both are so cute!)
Rishwik: "Bhaiya bhabhi ki laadli, andar chalo, na jaane kya kya karti rehti ho."
(My dear Bhaiya and Bhabhiâs favorite, now letâs go inside! God knows what all you keep doing!)
Rishwik paid the drum players and gestured for them to leave. As they walked away, he turned back and gently reached for her hand, intending to guide her forward. However, she suddenly stopped him, tightening her grip slightly.
Riyanshi: "Areh main aise thodi aaungi, mera ghoda toh lene do."
(Hey, I canât just enter like this. Let me bring my horse.)
Rishwik: "Tum andar ghode pe aaogi??"
(Youâre going to enter on a horse??)
Riyanshi: "Haa, Ruhi bhabhi ne hi kaha tha achchi entry lene."
(Yes, Ruhi bhabhi told me to make a grand entry.)
Ruhanika: "Achchi entry me ghoda andar le ja sakte hai Aksh??"
(Aksh, is bringing a horse inside considered a grand entry??)
Riyanshi: "Haa bhabhi tabhi toh lekar aayi hu main."
(Yes, bhabhi, thatâs why I brought it.)
Ruhanika: "Suniye, hume bhi ispe baithna hai. Hum bhi Riyu ke sath ispe andar chale??"
(Listen, I want to sit on it too. Should I also go inside with Riyu on the horse??)
Rudraksh and Rishwik stared at each other in shock, completely taken aback by whatever had just happened, while the rest of the family sat back and enjoyed the unfolding drama. Before anyone could react, Rishwik suddenly scooped up little Riyanshi in his arms.
Rishwik: "Tumhari Achchi entry main karwata hu, pagal."
(Iâll arrange a grand entry for you, crazy girl.)
Rishwik carried Riyanshi inside the house. The rest of the family, curious and amused, followed them, eager to see what would happen next.
Rudraksh: "Sohneyo aapko bhi aise le chalu??"
(Darling, should I take you inside like that too??)
Ruhanika: "Nahi nahi sabke saamne thoda thik nahi lagega, kamre me aise le chaliyega."
(No, no, not in front of everyone. You can take me like that in our room.)
Rudraksh chuckled, his heart swelling with affection as he cupped Ruhanikaâs face and showered her with soft kisses all over. Her cheeks, forehead, noseâhe didnât leave a single spot untouched, making her blush even harder. Completely flustered, she buried her face in his chest, her fingers gripping his shirt as she tried to calm her racing heart. Smiling at her adorable reaction, Rudraksh placed a gentle kiss on her head before taking her hand, and together, they stepped inside the house.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the room, Rishwik mischievously lifted Riyanshi, fully intending to throw her onto the couch. However, he quickly reconsidered, knowing that if he did so in front of the family, she would definitely give him a piece of her mind. With an exaggerated sigh, he carefully placed her down instead, smirking to himself while Riyanshi shot him a knowing look.
Simrat: "ab koi mujhe batayega ye sab kya hai??"
(Can someone explain to me whatâs going on here??)
Ruhanika came running towards Simrat, her face lit up with excitement. Her eyes sparkled as she reached her, grabbing her hand as if she had something important to share.
Ruhanika: "Maa hum batate hai."
(Maa, Iâll explain.)
Akshavi: "Areh Ruhii, sab tum hi karogi kya??"
(Ruhi, will you do everything yourself??)
Ashvik: "Isiliye subah se pagal huyi thi ye."
(Thatâs why sheâs been acting crazy since morning.)
Ruhanika: "Aap Chup rahiye bhaiyu, hume batane dijiye, maa intezar kar rahi hai."
(You keep quiet, brother. Let me explain. Maa is waiting.)
Ashvik: "Maa, aapko introduction chahiye tha na ab puri gaatha suniyega."
(Maa, you wanted an introduction, right? Now, listen to the full story.)
Simrat chuckled softly, watching the playful exchange, while Ruhanika shot a sharp glare at Ashvik, making him grin mischievously. Their bond had grown beautifully over time, becoming stronger with each passing day.
When Ruhanika had first started calling Simrat Maa, it had been an emotional moment for both of them. Simrat, knowing everything about Ruhanika and Ashvikâs pastâabout their parents and the pain they carriedâhad extended the same warmth to Ashvik. She had gently asked him to call her *Maa* as well, wanting to give him the motherly love he had been missing. That day, Ashvik couldnât hold back his emotions. Tears had welled up in his eyes as he hugged Simrat tightly, finally allowing himself to feel the comfort of a motherâs embrace. The entire family had watched the scene with full hearts, happy that fate had given Simrat two wonderful children, and that Ashvik and Ruhanika had found a motherâs love once again.
Akshavi: "Ruhi dekh Maa intezar kar rahi hai."
(Ruhi, look, Maa is waiting.)
Ruhanika: "Ji bhabhi, aapke in pati ko toh hum baadme batayenge."
(Yes, bhabhi, Iâll deal with your husband later.)
Akshavi chuckled at Ruhanikaâs excitement, while Ashvik smiled fondly.
Ruhanika: "Toh Maa dekhiye Ye Riyu humara Matlab Riyanshi hai."
(So Maa, look, this is Riyu, I mean Riyanshi.)
Ruhanika eagerly pointed at Riyanshi, her eyes filled with excitement. Riyanshi, understanding the gesture, turned to Simrat and gave her the sweetest smile.
Ruhanika: "Yehi aapki Bahu aur Rishi Bhai ki Heeriye, par ye na humari dost bhi hai par hum na unhe bahaut so cheeze sikhate bhi hai kyuki hum inse bade hai toh humari zimmedari banti hai na."
(She is your daughter-in-law and Rishi bhaiâs (brother's) beloved, but she is also my friend. However, since Iâm older, I teach her a lot of things. Itâs my responsibility, right??)
Simrat chuckled.
Ruhanika: "Riyu, aap Maa ka ashirwad le lijiye."
(Riyu, take Maaâs blessings.)
Riyanshi: "Ji bhabhi."
(Yes, bhabhi.)
Rishwik gently helped Riyanshi stand, his grip firm yet gentle. Riyanshi then bent down with respect and took Simratâs blessings. Simrat smiled warmly, placing her hands on Riyanshiâs head, blessing her with all her heart.
Simrat: "Jitti reh puttar, te chetti chettii is pagal naal Vyaah karke ghar aaja!"
(Stay blessed, dear. And hurry up and marry this crazy guy soon!)
Riyanshi: "Meri vi eh hi ichcha hai, buii, par eh kehnde ne pehlan padhai mukao!"
(Thatâs what I want too, aunt, but he says I have to finish my studies first!)
Riyanshi pouted adorably, looking up at Simrat with big, innocent eyes. Simrat chuckled softly and gently caressed her head, her touch filled with warmth and affection.
Simrat: "Koi na puttar jaldi ho jayega chinta na kari"
(Donât worry, dear. Itâll happen soon. No need to stress.)
Riyanshi smiled.
Ruhanika: "Maa, inhe dekhiye ye hai Aman bhaiya ki Yuku, matlab Avyukta."
(Maa, now meet Aman bhaiyaâs Yuku, I mean Avyukta.)
Ruhanika excitedly pointed towards Avyukta, who was standing beside Amandeep. Understanding the gesture, Avyukta stepped forward gracefully and bent down to take Simratâs blessings. Simrat smiled warmly, placing her hand on Avyuktaâs head.
Ruhanika: "Ye bhi humari dost hai aur ye humse aur Riyu dono se choti hai thodi toh hum inhe bhi bahaut kuch sikhate hai."
(She is also my friend, and since she is younger than both me and Riyu, I teach her a lot of things too.)
Simrat: "Kaisi hai puttar."
(How are you, dear??)
Avyukta: "Main thik hu buii, aap kaise ho?? Bahaut miss kiya maine aapko."
(Iâm fine, Bui. How are you?? I missed you a lot.)
Simrat: "Main achchi hu puttar, chinta na kar ab sab thik hoga."
(Iâm good, dear. Donât worry. Everything will be fine now.)
Avyukta smiled warmly, and Simrat, overwhelmed with affection, pulled her into a gentle hug. Avyukta melted into the embrace, feeling the warmth and love radiating from Simrat.
Ruhanika: "Maa ab inse miliye, Aakarsh jiju, ye Kriti didi se Shadi karne wale hai varna pehle toh hum inhe Aakarsh bhaiya bulate the aur ye ek Doctor hai ek Neurologist hai, bahaut prasiddh aur nipurn doctor hai ye."
(Maa, now meet Aakarsh jiju. He is going to marry Kriti didi. Earlier, we used to call him Aakarsh bhaiya, and he is a doctorâa neurologist, a very famous and skilled one.)
Aakarsh: "Ruhii, kya main bhi kuch bol lu apne baare me??"
(Ruhi, can I say something about myself too??)
Everyone chuckled at the lighthearted moment, while Ruhanika gave a sheepish smile to him. Meanwhile, Aakarsh stepped forward and respectfully took Simrat's blessings. She placed her hands on his head with a warm smile, blessing both him and Kritika for a happy and prosperous life ahead. As soon as Simrat finished, Aakarsh sneakily winked at Kritika, making her cheeks flush a deep shade of pink. Embarrassed, she quickly turned her face away, trying to hide her blush. The family noticed and exchanged knowing smiles, enjoying the sweet exchange between the two.
Savisha: "Ruhii ma'am, agar aapka program ho gaya ho toh kya ab sab khana kha sakte hai??"
(Ruhi maâam, if your introduction session is over, can we eat now??)
Ruhanika: "Haa haa bhabhi tabhi toh humne sabki pasand ka khana banaya hai aaj."
(Yes, yes, bhabhi, thatâs why I prepared everyone's favorite dishes today.)
Kartavya: "Ohh tabhi subah se ghar me tabahi macha rakhi thi."
(Ohh, so thatâs why the house was in chaos since morning.)
Karanjeet: "Puttar, aaj vekh, puri family naal hai, aaj tan menu vadhiya khana milna chahida!"
(Dear, today, the whole family is here. I better get some really good food today!)
Kritika: "Haa bas mauka dundho aap in sabka."
(Haha, you always look for excuses.)
Amandeep: "Lekin Ruhi, ek baat nahi samjhi, ye tumne mere aur Rishi ke kapde kyu badalvaye."
(But Ruhi, I donât understand one thing. Why did you make me and Rishi change our clothes??)
Ruhanika: "Kyuki Aman bhaiya aaj sab sath hai toh hum sabke jode me tasveere lenge. Aur phir hume Maa ko bhi snapchat sikhana hai. Bahaut kaam hai hume aaj, chaliye khana khane chalte hai."
(Because Aman bhaiya, since we are all together today, we will take pictures in matching outfits. And then, I have to teach Maa how to use Snapchat too. Thereâs a lot to do today. Letâs go eat.)
Riyanshi: "Haa bhabhi aur mujhe, aapko aur Avyu ko toh baatein bhi karni hai na vo bhi itni zaruri hai."
(Yes, bhabhi. And I, you, and Avyu have so much to talk about, right?? Itâs very important.)
Rishwik: "Unko baatein nahi Bakwas kehte hai jo tum teeno karti ho. "
(Thatâs not called talking; itâs called nonsense, which you three always do.)
Riyanshi: "Aapse pucha Maine??"
(Did I ask you??)
Rishwik: "Fek du kya vapas sabke samne??"
(Should I throw you back in front of everyone??)
Rishwik leaned in and whispered into Riyanshi's ear.
Riyanshi: "Toh main bhi sabke samne thappad maar dungi."
(Then Iâll slap you in front of everyone.)
Riyanshi whispered something back, her eyes narrowing as she and Rishwik exchanged playful glares. For a moment, it seemed like a silent battle of wills, but then, Rishwik suddenly broke into a charming smile and winked at her. Riyanshi couldn't resist smiling back. With a mischievous twinkle in her eyes, she blew him a flying kiss.
Riyanshi: "Aap din bhar din bade vo hote ja rahe hai."
(Youâre becoming more and more like that every day.)
Rishwik: "Vo kya??"
(That what??)
Riyanshi: "Areh vahi jo ek patni purani filmo me apne pati se kehti thi."
(The thing wives in old movies used to say to their husbands.)
Rishwik: "Purani filme kab se dekhne lagi tum??"
(Since when did you start watching old movies??)
Riyanshi: "Vo college ke baad main, Ruhi bhabhi aur Dadu, hum teeno ek purane theatre me jaate hai vaha purani filme lagti hai kya mazaa aata hai."
(After college, Ruhi bhabhi, Dadu, and I go to an old theater where they play classic films. Itâs so much fun!)
Rishwik: "Mujhe kyu nahi bataya ye"
(Why didnât you tell me about this??)
Riyanshi: "Kyuki meri marzi, heeheee"
(Because I didnât want to. Heeheee.)
Rishwik: "Kitni buri ho yaar tum"
(Youâre so mean!)
Riyanshi: "Jo bhi aapki hu, ab toh jhelna padega."
(Whatever, Iâm still yours. Now youâll have to tolerate me.)
Rishwik: "Aur utha ke fekna bhi."
(And pick you up and throw you too.)
Riyanshi: "Rissshhhhhh"
Rishwik chuckled and pulled her into a warm hug.
Amandeep: "Yuku tum kyu aise nahi aayi?? Car se kyu aayi??"
(Yuku, why didnât you come like that?? Why did you come in a car??)
Avyukta: "Areh main Mafia ki hone wali biwi hi, ye sab ghoda and all suit nahi karega isiliye Car, vo bhi black. Main toh soch rahi thi ki Car ke piche koi Logo vogo lagwa du jisse pata chale hum Mafia wale hai."
(Hey, Iâm the future wife of a mafia guy! Horses and all donât suit me. Thatâs why a carâblack, of course. I was even thinking of putting some mafia-style logos on it so people know we belong to the underworld.)
Amandeep immediately regretted asking her that question.
Amandeep: "Tumhe ye Mafia, underworld and all ke aage kuch sujhta bhi hai??"
(Do you ever think about anything other than the mafia and underworld??)
Avyukta: "Haa, maine socha hai ki main forced marriage karungi."
(Yes, Iâve decided that I will have a forced marriage.)
Amandeep: "Whattt????"
Amandeep was stunned and turned to look at her.
Avyukta: "Haa, main na jhuth muth ka Shadi se mana karungi phir na aap mujhse zabardasti Shadi kar lena Deep. Par haa mera Joda phir bhi pink colour ka hi rahega."
(Yes, I will pretend to refuse the marriage, and then you will force me to marry you, Deep! But my wedding dress will still be pink.)
Amandeep lightly tapped her on the head.
Amandeep: "Pagal ho puri."
(You are completely crazy.)
Avyukta pouted and playfully punched his stomach.
Ruhanika: "Suniye aaj na aap nahi hum aapko khilayenge thik hai, humne aapki pasand ka banaya hai sab."
(Listen, today Iâll feed you, okay?? I made everything according to your taste.)
Rudraksh: "Vo tum almost roz banati hu Sohneyo."
(But you almost always do that, sweetheart.)
Ruhanika grabbed Rudrakshâs biceps and clung to him tightly, her grip firm as she looked up at him with a loving glint in her eyes.
Ruhanika: "Areh toh hum kya kare hume aap pe prem hi itna zor se aa jata hai."
(What can I do? I just love you so much.)
Rudraksh gently wrapped his arms around Ruhanikaâs waist, pulling her closer as his fingers softly caressed her cheeks. His touch was warm and reassuring, making her heartbeat quicken. She looked up at him, her eyes searching his, while he gazed at her with an intensity that made her blush. A small smile played on his lips as he leaned in slightly, his thumb brushing against her cheek.
Rudraksh: "Aise toh phir mujhe bhi tumhare liye Roz kuch banana chahiye infact har pal banana chahiye."
(Then I should also make something for you every day, in fact, every moment.)
Ruhanika: "Aap banate toh hai"
(You already do.)
Rudraksh: "Kya??"
(What??)
Ruhanika: "Apni baaton se hume laal tamatar."
(You make me blush like a red tomato with your words.)
Rudraksh chuckled.
Rudraksh: "Don't you think bugge ye meri line honi chahiye?"
(Donât you think, Bugge, that this should be my line??)
Ruhanika: "umm toh hum kuch mange aapse?"
(Umm, then can I ask for something from you??)
Rudraksh: "Ye kaha se aaya beech me??"
(Where did that come from??)
Ruhanika: "Toh nahi mang sakte kya??"
(Canât I ask for something??)
Rudraksh: "Aisa thodi na bola bugge, mango kya chahiye."
(I didnât say that, Bugge. Ask, what do you want??)
Ruhanika: "Vo bahaut din ho gaye hai, humari wali activities agar..."
(Itâs been a long time⦠since we did our activities. Ifâ¦)
Rudraksh smirked, noticing Ruhanikaâs sudden shyness. She lowered her head, her fingers absentmindedly playing with the button of his shirt. He raised an eyebrow, amused by her adorable behavior. Leaning slightly toward her, he whispered.
Rudraksh: "Khair isme toh mujhe bhi bahaut interest hai."
(Well, Iâm very interested in that too.)
Ruhanika smiled shyly, her cheeks tinged with a soft pink. She still avoided Rudrakshâs gaze, but the way her fingers gently played with his shirt button didnât go unnoticed by him. Rudraksh smirked, tilting his head slightly as he whispered.
Rudraksh: "Chale humare kamre me?"
(Shall we go to the room??)
Ruhanika: "Abhi thodi, kya aap bhi."
(Not now! What are you even saying??)
Rudraksh: "Ye galat hai yaar, sapne dikha ke aisa kar rahi ho tum Ruhh."
(This is unfair, Ruhi. You show me dreams and then do this.)
Ruhanika: "Hum toh bas raatri ke karya bata rahe the, abhi karne thodi."
(I was just talking about nightly activities, not doing them now.)
Rudraksh: "Achcha jiii"
(Ohhh really??)
Ruhanika couldnât hold back any longer and wrapped her arms around Rudraksh, burying her face in his chest. Rudrakshâs smirk softened into a warm smile as he hugged her back, his arms securely wrapping around her. He gently stroked her hair, letting her soak in the comfort of his embrace.
Akshavi: "Ashvik, zara suniye"
(Ashvik, listen to me for a moment.)
Ashvik: "Yes bachcha"
Akshavi: "Main soch rahi thi ki hum dobara shadi kare kya??"
(I was thinking⦠should we get married again?)
Ashvik: "Whattt???"
Ashvik turned to Akshavi, his brows furrowed in shock and confusion. His eyes searched hers, trying to understand what she just said.
Akshavi: "Ha na please."
(Yes, please!)
Ashvik: "Par kyu???"
(But why???)
Akshavi: "Kyuki aapne mujhe bhaga ke mujhse shadi ki, par phir humari normal shadi huyi na"
(Because you eloped with me and married me, but then we also had a normal wedding, right?)
Ashvik: "Ha toh?"
(Yes, so?)
Akshavi: "Toh aap usme car se aaye ghodi pe nahi, mujhe ghodi pe entry chahiye."
(So, in that wedding, you came in a car, not on a horse. I want a grand entry on a horse!)
Ashvik: "Jab jab sochta hu tum meri biwi ho, tum proove kar deti ho ki is Rishi ki bestie bhi toh ho."
(Every time I think you're my wife, you prove that you're also Rishi's bestie!)
Akshavi shot a sharp glare at Ashvik, her eyes narrowing with intensity. Ashvik, who was usually confident and composed, immediately tensed up. A flicker of fear crossed his face as he gulped, instinctively taking a small step back.
Ashvik: "Achcha ek baar sab thik ho jaye toh hum honeymoon pe jayenge, ye chalega??"
(Alright, once everything settles down, weâll go on our honeymoon. Will that work?)
Akshavi: "vaha horse riding karenge???"
(Will we do horse riding there???)
Ashvik: "Ha pakka"
(Yes, absolutely!)
Akshavi: "Phir thik."
(Then it's fine.)
She wrapped her arms around him in a warm hug.
Aakarsh mischievously blew air on Kritika's neck from behind, causing her to flinch in surprise. She quickly turned around, her eyes wide with a mix of shock and annoyance. Aakarsh couldnât help but chuckle at her reaction.
Aakarsh: "Helloo Mrs. Meethiye"
Kritika shot Aakarsh a sharp glare, crossing her arms in defiance as she turned her head to the side, clearly unimpressed by his playful antics.
Aakarsh: "Yaar Pari I am sorry na, pakka agli baar nahi karunga aisa."
(Pari, I am really sorry! I promise I wonât do this again next time.)
Kritika: "Tumhe pata bhi hai maine 1 ghanta intezar Kiya tumhara"
(Do you even realize I waited for you for an hour?)
Aakarsh: "I know, I know meethiye par kasam se mujhe yaad tha par surgery thodi lambi chal gayi isiliye phone bhi nhi kar paya main"
(I know, I know, Meethiye. I swear I remembered, but the surgery took longer than expected, so I couldnât even call you.)
Kritika: "Compensation chahiye mujhe kyuki surgery me busy the, dusri vajah hoti toh 2 laate aur 4 ghuse padte tumhe."
(I need compensation because you were busy with surgery. If it had been for any other reason, I would have given you two kicks and four punches.)
Aakarsh: "Dekho yaar just because mujhe pasand hai ye tumhari Mafia Princess wali harkatein iska matlab ye thodi ki sab mujhpe hi aazmaogi."
(Look, just because I like this Mafia Princess attitude of yours doesnât mean you should always test it on me!)
Kritika: "Jo bhi hu jaisa bhi hu jo karna hai Karo, tumhara hi hu Meethiye, yahi kaha tha na tumne, ab jhelo."
(Whatever I am, however I am, do whatever you wantâI'm still yours, Meethiye. Isnât that what you said? Now deal with it.)
Aakarsh: "Yaar main kyu itna bol jata hu flow flow me."
(Why do I end up saying so much in the heat of the moment?)
Kritika: "ye Inbuilt problem hai tumhari, no solution."
(Itâs an inbuilt problemâno solution.)
Aakarsh: "Hai na solution, tum... Tum sudhar dena mujhe."
(There is a solution. You⦠you can fix me.)
Kritikaâs face remained flushed with anger for a moment, but Aakarshâs playful flirting slowly chipped away at her frustration. As his mischievous grin remained, she couldnât help but soften, her lips twitching into a reluctant smile.
Aakarsh: "Vaise mera Room aaj bhi ganda hai, aake saaf karogi kya??"
(By the way, my room is still messy. Will you come clean it for me?)
Kritika: "Youuuuu...."
Aakarsh burst into laughter, realizing he had pushed Kritika just enough to get a reaction. Without wasting a moment, he dashed off, sprinting to save himself from her wrath. Kritika, now fully chasing after him, laughed in spite of herself, determined to catch him.
Savisha wrapped her arms around Kartavya in a warm hug, settling down peacefully as she nestled into his embrace. Kartavya smiled gently, his protective instincts kicking in as he held her close.
Savisha: "Avya, sab kitne khush hai na??"
(Avya, everyone is so happy, arenât they?)
Kartavya: "Aaho ji Maahiye."
(Yes, Maahiye.)
Kartavya smiled fondly as he looked at the entire family, his heart swelling with affection. His gaze then shifted to Savisha, and with a gentle touch, he caressed her six-month baby bump, his eyes filled with love and tenderness. Savisha smiled softly, leaning into him as they shared this quiet, intimate moment, while the family continued to enjoy the lively atmosphere around them.
Savisha: "Ab bas Baby bhi khush ho jaye toh kitna achcha rahega na"
(Now, if only Baby would be happy too, wouldnât that be wonderful?)
Kartavya's smile faltered as panic flashed across his face. He quickly turned to Savisha, his eyes wide with concern.
Kartavya: "Baby?? Little bean khush nahi hai kya hua isha, please batao"
(Baby?? Little bean isnât happy? What happened, Isha? Please tell me.)
Savisha: "Haa Avya baby khush nahi hai, use spicy noodles khane the par mile nahi."
(Yes, Avya, baby isnât happy. Baby wanted spicy noodles, but couldnât get any.)
Kartavyaâs glare softened as he realized Savisha's playful trick. He sighed in mock frustration, but his lips curved into a small smile despite himself. Savisha, sensing her victory, gave him a pleading look, her lips jutting out into a pout that was impossible to resist. Her eyes sparkled with mischief, and Kartavya couldnât help but chuckle, shaking his head at her antics.
Savisha: "Please Avya, little bean ke papa ji please"
(Please, Avya, little beanâs papa ji, please!)
Kartavya: "Last week hi Doctor ne spicy mana kiya hai mahiye"
(The doctor strictly forbade spicy food just last week, Maahiye.)
Kartavya also delighted her, gently caressing her cheeks.
Savisha: "Us bewakoof doctor ko kuch nahi aata hai, aap meri baat suno aur chalo mujhe bahar khilane."
(That foolish doctor doesnât know anything! You listen to me and take me out to eat.)
Kartavya: "Achcha Done, par shaam ko abhi family ke sath kha le??"
(Alright, done! But letâs have lunch with the family first?)
Savisha: "Chalega."
(That works.)
Savishaâs eyes lit up with excitement as she eagerly agreed, her enthusiasm contagious. Kartavya, however, was already mentally making a list of all the top chefs who could whip up the perfect dishes for her. He had been doing this for the past six months, always ready to fulfill her cravings. Whenever Savisha craved something specific, Kartavya would secretly arrange for a master chef to prepare it, passing it off as authentic street food to keep up the illusion. His clever trick had become a running joke between them, but he didn't mind. His only goal was to keep her happy and satisfied, no matter how elaborate the effort.
Simrat and her father Karanjeet exchanged a warm smile as they watched their children and grandchildren, the love and joy evident in their eyes. The scene before them, filled with laughter, playful antics, and tender moments, made them feel proud and content.
Simrat: "Papa ji, maine kitna kuch miss kar diya na"
(Papa ji, I have missed out on so much, havenât I?)
Karanjeet: "Chinta na kari Puttar, ab aa gayi hai na tu, ab sab thik hoga. Sab enjoy kar payegi tu."
(Donât worry, puttar. Now that youâre here, everything will be fine. Youâll get to enjoy everything.)
Simrat: "Meri bhi yahi ichcha hai papa ji, bas mere bachche ab khush rahe aur sab achcha ho."
(Thatâs all I want too, papa ji. I just want my kids to be happy and everything to go well.)
Karanjeet nodded with a gentle smile, his heart full as he looked around at his family. After a moment of shared warmth and happiness, everyone began to make their way toward the dining table. The family gathered around, ready to enjoy lunch together, the chatter and laughter continuing as they settled in. It was a perfect moment of togetherness, where the love and joy within the family filled the room, making it an even more special meal.
On the other side,
Vijaypratap was seething with anger, his face red as his fists clenched tightly. Sukriti stood beside him, equally fuming. Her eyes flashed with frustration, and her body was tense with the weight of the situation. Both of them were clearly upset, their emotions running high as they exchanged heated glances, the air thick with their shared frustration.
Vijaypratap: "JM, ab main aur nahi Rukunga, mujhe badla chahiye"
(JM, I canât wait any longerâI want revenge!)
Sukriti: "Ek ek ki jaan jayegi, aur sabse pehle in sabki jadd, us manhus Ruhanika ki."
(One by one, they will all die. And first, we will eliminate the root of all thisâthe wretched Ruhanika!)
JM: "Shant raho dono abhi, hume pata nahi hai Rudraksh Malhotra ke bare me, main Punjab ja raha hu kal, aane ke baad baat karta hu."
(Stay calm, both of you. We donât know much about Rudraksh Malhotra yet. Iâm leaving for Punjab tomorrow. Weâll talk after I return.)
Vijaypratap nodded sharply, his expression still tight with anger. JM quietly left the room. The tension in the air remained, with Vijaypratap and Sukriti standing in silence, each processing their emotions.
Sukriti: "Kasam dijiye mujhe ki sabki maut dard naak hogi."
(Swear to me that their deaths will be painful!)
Vijaypratap: "Jin bachcho ke liye maine ye sab kuch kiya, unhe hi mujhse cheen liya in logo ne, kisi ko maaf nahi karunga."
(The very children for whom I did all of this⦠they took them away from me! I wonât forgive anyone.)
Sukriti: "JM bhaisaab ke aate hi mujhe sabki laash dekhni hai."
(The moment JM bhaisaab returns, I want to see all their corpses!)
Vijaypratap: "Jee lene do unhe kuch aakhiri khushi ke pal, ab Faisla main karunga, bahaut hua is darr me jeena, ab aar ya paar."
(Let them have a few last moments of happiness. I will decide their fate. Enough of living in fearânow, itâs do or die!)
Vijaypratap gritted his teeth in anger, his jaw tightening with each passing second. The fury inside him burned like a fire, and his mind raced as he began to formulate a plan for revenge. Every detail of the situation played out in his mind, and with each thought, his resolve grew stronger.
