Chapter 1640 - Was This Person An Idiot?
The Bumpy Road of Marriage: Divorce Now, Daddy
âMiss Huang, this is my house.â Qian Yikun stood at the door with a dark expression on his face.
Huang Jiaojiao had already entered the house. She waved her expensive bag in her hand and looked around, completely ignoring Qian Yikunâs words.
âQian Yikun, Iâm your fiancée,â said Huang Jiaojiao gleefully as she turned to look at the man at the door.
Qian Yikun inhaled deeply. It was not enough to make him angry at a little girl her age. At most, he would go back and explain everything once and for all, that he and Huang Jiaojiao would neverâ
âIf youâre his fiancée, then who am I, Mrs. Qian, supposed to be?â
Before Qian Yi Kun could finish his thought, Mo Fei had already spoken with an ambiguous smile on her face.
Mo Fei leaned against the bedroom door, and her pale face was tinged with feebleness. Her face looked completely different from the face that Huang Jiaojiao saw last time. Mo Fei was currently using her real face.
When Huang Jiaojiao saw Mo Fei, she immediately screamed, âQian Yikun, who is she?â
This shrill voice was rather ear-piercing.
Qian Yi Kun frowned. He looked at the woman standing at the bedroom door. Had she even recovered? She came out so rashly.
âDidnât you hear me? Iâm Mrs. Qian. Thereâs only one person here with the surname Qian. Who do you think I am?â Mo Fei remembered this woman; she was the woman Mo Fei encountered in the mall.
She was Qian Yi Kunâs fiancée.
What an eyesore.
âYou, youââ Huang Jiaojiao pointed at Mo Fei with a trembling hand. Her chest vibrated violently until she finally turned to look at Qian Yikun. âIâll let Uncle Qian know about this, you liar!â screamed Huang Jiaojiao as she lifted her head. She landed a slap on Qian Yikunâs face before running out in tears.
Listening to the crisp sound of the slap, Mo Fei felt an uncontested feeling of satisfaction in her heart. Even her wounds did not hurt as much anymore.
After Huang Jiaojiao ran out, Qian Yikun closed the door behind him and stared at the woman leaning smugly against the bedroom door.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
Mo Fei broke the silence with an aloof voice, âAfter all, if a woman like me isnât worthy of you, I donât think anyone in this world can be worthy of you. Thus, Iâm doing you a favor.â
After saying that, she turned around and returned to the bedroom.
Qian Yikun stood at the door with a dark expression on his face. He knew it would not be long before he received a call from his mother.
Was this person an idiot?
After returning to her room, she sat down on her bed. Now, her food had never tasted better.
As Xin Ya helped to serve Mo Fei the soup, she said, âThatâs right, Mrs. Qian! Little vixens like that are the most annoying. Our young master hates women like that the most.â
The corner of Mo Feiâs mouth let out a slight twitch as she nearly spat out the food she had eaten. She had no interest in Qian Yikun at all. Who would be interested in a hypocrite like him anyway?
Meanwhile, Qian Yikun overestimated Huang Jiaojiaoâs patience. He realized that because he received a call from his mother a mere three minutes later. It seemed like Huang Jiaojiao made a call home the moment she descended the building.
Qian Yikun put down his chopsticks and answered the call. âMomââ
âQian Yikun, what are you doing? Jiaojiao cried and told me that you have a wife we donât know about. Whatâs going on?!â Mistress Qianâs angry voice came from the other end of the phone. âYour father and I have already spoken to your Uncle Huang. What mischief are you up to now?â
When Qian Yikun heard his motherâs voice, he held his forehead with one hand and shifted his gaze upward to the direction of the bedroom. âItâs nothing, Mom. Iâm not compatible with Huang Jiaojiao. Do you realize how old she is? She hasnât even finished university, and Iâm already at this age.â
âThe girl has no complaints about you, so whatâs your problem?â Qian Yikunâs mother said disapprovingly. âIn the past, Iâve thought that, if Yuwei were to get a divorce and even if you get together with her, I wouldnât say anything. Yet now, she has already remarried.â
