Reyaansh's POV

I didn't understand why he had to shout. I hope he is not hiding something.

" In our family, groom and bride don't meet each other before marriage. It is considered as bad luck" Mr.Rajesh said, clearly lying. Siddharth was throwing daggers at him.

"Oh ok we understand. So we like Disha alot. What about you Mr. Singh asked Dad.

" Yes yes we liked Reyaansh too. Lets fix the date of engagement"

" But you didn't ask for Disha's consent." Sheetal chachi said.

"Oh no no she doesn't have any objection. i am her father, i know her". Mr.Rajesh said.

" Ok then, we'll do the engagement after 2 days" dada ji said

" Oh Yes yes we don't have any objection" Mr. Rajesh said.

Everyone were happy about this Eating sweets and all. I was glancing at Disha time to time. My family is so happy with her in just an hour. I hope everything stays like this even after marriage. Disha's smile is contagious, lighting up the whole room. Maybe she felt my gaze as she looked at me then averted her eyes as she saw me looking at her.

She was blushing only by an eye contact. " Kya hua bhabhi, aapke gaal laal kyu ho rahe hain?" Anahita asked.

Don't know why, but she blushed more after hearing bhabhi. She is cute.

( What happened bhabhi, why are your cheeks red?)

After some time, we left from there and reached at our home. Whole ride the trio were praising Disha only. Now that we are home, they are still not shutting their mouth.

" Bhai, you are so lucky. How did an cold man like you, got a wife like an angel?" Avyaansh said. I rolled my eyes.

" Just like your chachi got lucky, after having a husband like me" Chachu said proudly.

" Huh as if i had any other option" Chachi said jokingly and everyone laughed.

I was feeling happy after seeing my family happy because of this alliance. I hope after marriage this will increase.

I was in my room, thinking about my engagement. Disha is a very nice girl. I hope i am not doing anything wrong with her.

Disha's POV

After they left, i changed my clothes into comfortable one. Only thing running in my mind, was the encounter i had with Reyaansh in the kitchen.

When his emareld green eyes met with mine. It was like a spell was cast on me. I couldn't handle the intensity of his eye, and my hands started to shake. But when his hand touched mine i was completely froze.

Even in front of his family i was nervous as hell. But, all of them were so sweet and kind that they didn't let me feel slightly uncomfortable.

The whole family was very lovely. I think i made the right decision. Now i hope destiny doesn't hold any bad luck with me.
