Engagement was done, now the next day was sangeet, after that mehendi then haldi and shaadi on the same day.

Right now, Singhanias were preparing for Sangeet. All of them were deciding songs for their dance and practicing the steps.

" See, everyone first we'll put our hands up in the air, then slowly turn around swaying our waist". Anahita instructed everyone.

They all were trying to copy her steps.

"Uday chachu, aap thora or lachak lao na kamar mein" Anahita said.

( Uday uncle, you try to sway your belly more)

" Arre beta, yeh sab latak matak waale steps humse nahi hota" Uday said.

( Child I can't do these swaying and all)

" Haan hamara to sirf baraati dance mein specialty hai. Kyu ladko?" Vivek said to the boys.

( Yeah we'll dance like we like)

" Sahi kaha chachu" Aadarsh said and all the men started to do their baraati dance.

( Well said Uncle)

" Oh God! Not at all you guys are doing this on bhai's wedding". Anahita said being irritated.

" Why what's the problem in this? Infact all desi weddings are incomplete without baraati dance and naagin dance also" Avyaansh said.

" Ji nahi, agar aisa dance kiya to bohut embarrassment hojayegi" Sheetal said.

( Not at all if you dance like this, it would be too embarrassing)

" Chalo bhai, hum apna wala dance ghar par kar lenge" Uday said.

( Fine then, we'll do our dance at home)

" Theek hai ab practice shuru karein?" Anahita asked. That's when Kaira entered the house.

( Ok now, shall we start the practice?)

" Hello everyone" Kaira said greeting everyone. They all also greeted her back.

" I see, dance practice is going on" Kaira said.

" Yes beta, subah se Anu ne sabko utha kar dance practice shuru karwai hai" Uday said.

( From morning Anu has started this dance practice)

" Kaira did you practice the dance i sent you? " Anahita asked Kaira

" Yes, now we only have to practice it together" Kaira said to Anahita being excited.

" I hope you'll not fall on the stage embarrassing yourself" Aadarsh said teasingly.

" Mr. Aadarsh, when I'll be dancing i am sure you won't be able to take your eyes off me even for a second" Kaira said looking directly in Aadarsh's eyes, then left with Anahita to her room.

I don't know what just happened, she was looking deadly in my eyes challenging me with those almond eyes. I know she is right, I'll not take my eyes off her even when she is doing nothing. Aadarsh thought.

" Come on guys, girls has left for their dance practice. Now we boys also take some action, warna naak kat jayegi hamari" Uday said.

" Pata nahi ladki walon mein se koi perform karega ya nahi" Avyaansh said dreamily.

( Don't know what are the girl's cousins going to perform?)

" Where did you get lost bhai?" Aadarsh asked and Avyaansh just nodded his head.

They all just continued doing their practice.

At Singh's house:

" Tomorrow is Sangeet and you all are not practicing anything" Shweta said to Siddharth and Preeti.

" Maasi, yeh dance wagera mujh se to nahi hoga" Siddharth said clearly. Then she looked at Preeti.

( Aunty, I can't do this dance and all)

" Meri taraf to dekho bhi mat Maa. Sabke samne dance, kabhi nahi" Preeti said.

( Don't even look at me mom, I can't dance in front of so many people)

" Arre aise kaise chalega, Disha tum dono ki behen hai, or kya kahenge sab ladki walo mein se koi bhi perform nahi karega" Shweta said

( How is this going to work? Disha is your sister and what will others say, that no one is performing from the girl's side)

" Let it be maasi, in dono se kaha dance hoga" Disha said entering inside the living room.

( They both can't dance?)

" Kya matlab hai tumhara?" Preeti asked.

( What do you mean?)

" Yahi Dr. Preeti ke dance tumse nahi ho payega" Disha said provoking Preeti.

( That Dr. Preeti you can't dance)

" Agar hogaya to kya milega mujhe badle mein" Preeti asked in a challenging tone.

(If I'll dance, what are you willing to give me in return)

" Then I'll do any dare you'll give me" Disha said. " Alright then be ready for that" Preeti challenged and went away.

" That was nice Dishu" Shweta said high fieing Disha " I know maasi, her dare won't be that hard" Disha said with full confidence.

Shweta now pointed towards Siddharth, Disha tried to say something convincing but Siddharth interrupted" Don't even try these childish tricks on me" Siddharth said and went away.

Shweta and Disha just looked at each other in at least-we-tried look.
