Avyaansh's POV

I don't want wish for anything from my life, because my life is more than perfect right now. Preeti was the missing part of my life, now life feels complete.

After that night when we shared our first kiss, our relationship is going better than before. I kiss her, whenever i feel like, while is most of the time, but we haven't done anything more than that.

Today in the office, bhai told me that i have to go to Delhi for some urgent work for a week. I thought how am i going to live without Preeti for a week!? Reyaansh bhai noticed my sadness, so bhai gave me permission to take her.

Now i am going to tell her about that, but a little teasing won't hurt right?

I entered inside our room, there she was lying on the bed, reading a book. As she saw me, she closed the book and hugged me.

" Why are you late today? I was waiting for you" she said after breaking the hug.

" Yeah, got a new project so we have to work hard to get it" i said with a serious face, and sat on the sofa.

" Don't get tense, i am sure you'll get the deal" she said assuring me, and sat beside me.

" And for that, i have to go to Delhi for a week" i said, and her face fell.

"I-its ok, work is important, i understand" she said stuttering, sadness dripping from her voice. Oh my Angel, i know work is important, but not more than you my love!

" Yes, so for a week, i won't call you or text you" i said getting up.

" What!? Why can't you do that, you can take a lil time for that!" She said almost yelling.

"No I'll be busy for 24/7" i said cupping her face.

" Ok i won't force you for anything, work comes first" She said masking her sadness. She really has a big heart, she'll get hurt but still not saying a word.

" Baby i agree work comes first, but you my wife is special from anyone in my life, so how will i survive for a week without her?" I said still cupping her face.

" So you were lying all this time" she said keeping her hand on her waist.

" No biwi just a small teasing with my sweet wife" i said and she glared at me.

" Ok ok i am sorry, so you start our packing. We are leaving for delhi in evening" i said and she nodded with a smile, and left to pack our bags.

Siddharth's POV

I woke up with my head aching badly. I looked up to see Anahita getting ready after a freshly shower.

Wait why don't i remember anything from last night? I was trying to remember last night's events, when the pain striked again, making me wince.

" Here take this painkillers" Anahita gave me painkillers, and i took it after muttering a Thank you.

" Anahita what happened last night?" I asked, her face fell hearing me.

" You don't remember anything from last night?" She asked.

" No i remember you talking to a guy, than i felt je- i mean i drink. After that I don't remember" i said cutting the part of me getting jealous.

" Well that's for you to think because i am not in the mood to tell you" she said with a slight anger. Now why is she angry?

" But let me tell you something" she said.

" I liked drunk version of Siddharth more" she said than left. I was confused now, what did she mean by that?

I then went to get fresh, still thinking about last night.

I was showering, while deep in my thoughts. When the clips from last night strike in my mind.

The hell! I asked her why was she hugging that guy.

I know i was jealous, but i didn't want her to know that. What would she  think about me!?

Not just this i also told her that, why does she not hug me!

Godd! She must be thinking such pervert i am.

And like that, i remembered everything from last night.

I showed my weak side to her. My version, which i never let anyone witness. I let my guard down.

I exited from the bathroom, and got ready. I am feeling embarrassed to go in front of her, but i have to go. And apologize also, to make her uncomfortable.

Even though i mean everything i said last night, but her comfort matters the most.

I heard noises coming from the kitchen, so i went there. Anahita was cooking something, by the help of google.

" Anahita i need to talk to you" i said.

" Not now Siddharth i am busy" she said not even looking at me.

" Please Anahita, it's about last night. I remember everything" i said and now i got her attention. Her eyes sparkling,  why is she happy about it?

She turned off the stove, and came to me. I gestured her to come to the living room. We both settled on the couch.

" Anahita i know what i said last night, must be surprising for you" i said and she nodded. So she agrees.

" See i didn't know what i was blabbering in my drunken state, it was all just alcohol effect. I am really sorry if you felt uncomfortable even for a second" i said and her face fell.

What happened to her?

" So you didn't mean anything you said last night" she asked in a serious tone. Of course i meant every bit of it, but do i need to tell her now?

" Yes, i meant single thing. But nothing comes before your comfort" As I finished, she put her hands around my neck and hugged me.

I was too stunned to hug her back. It feels so nice to have her this  close to me. It feels like i am hugging a flower, fragile, delicate, and her smell, everything reminds me of it.

" Why are you so dumb?" She said after breaking the hug.

" What?" I asked in confusion.

" How could you even think that, it all make me uncomfortable?" She asked.

" I thought we are going slow, so last night will make y- wait were you not uncomfortable?" I asked.

" No stupid, i was happy that you finally opened up to me. Siddharth i am your wife, your other half. We both are suppose to complete each other, which won't happen if we'll not share our feelings." She said and i couldn't help but agree to her.

" If you feel jealous by any guy, you don't need to hide it. And I'll do the same, that's another fact that I'll break her bones" she said and i looked at her surprisenly.

" Woah, i didn't know you were this much of a mature person" i said.

" I also didn't expect you to be this dumb Mr. Akdu" she said and i glared at her.

" I thought we left this nickname in the past" i said.

" That's not happening" she said smiling, i also couldn't help but smile.

" So now i can hug you whenever i want?" I asked confirming.

" No, go and hug the neighbors" she said in anger, making me confuse.

" Of course you can. I am your wife, you don't need to ask me" she said.

I hugged as soon as she finished. I am so lucky to have her " Please never leave me" i said between the hug.

" I'll never" she replied.
