Disha's POV

It was night time, and we were doing our dinner. We were telling each other about how our day was. He told me about his work, and i told him i went to mandir then visit to the park.

This was my daily routine, as my graduation was completed and my brother already ignored the idea of me doing a job. So, this was all i had to do.

Suddenly, knocking of the door was heard. Sid and I looked at each other in confusion, as this was not a usual time for someone to visit us.Sid stood and went to open the door.

As the door opens, Sid's expression change from shock to anger. As i take the look on the person, i got it why Sid had those expression.

There stood our father, who left us without any care was now standing at our door step.

"What are you doing here"? Asked Siddharth."I have come here to meet my kids"Said Dad. What kids is he talking about. I thought.

"Ohh! The kids whom you left with no support. We had also lost our mother, if you lost your wife" Sid said almost shouting.

"I know, i did wrong but now i need shelter. My debtors are behind me like animals, I don't have anywhere to hide". He said.

" Ooh now i got it, why suddenly you thought about your children. Because you need to hide. Well, that is what you're doing since maa died. Hiding and running, but not anymore we are not letting you stay here". Sid said and was going to shut the door.

"Siddharth" i called him." I know what he did was wrong, no parent would ever do this cruel thing to their kids. But still he is our father, he has brought us in this world. Now, if he needs us we can't turn our back. Then there would be no difference between us and him". I said which was in my heart.

Dad looked at me with a smile, but i averted my gaze. Sid thought for some time then said" Ok, i am letting him stay but just for a week. After one week you will go from here". Sid said and left to his room, i also went to my room.

I don't know what is happening in my life. Suddenly our father thought about us, only because he wanted to hide somewhere. Huhh!

I was sitting in my balcony, under the moonlight. I don't know why, but i love watching moon. It has something magical that attracts me towards it. I put my earphones, and start listening to my playlist.

At morning, i woke up at my usual time. I got freshen up and wore my attire.

I descended towards the hall. Sid also came at the same time. We both greeted each other. We saw the hall empty, we were confused."See, he again ran away like always. He hasn't changed at all". He said, and i looked down. God knows, where he went again.
