After divorce, Ex-wife Revealed Identities

Chapter 624

Franklin also wore one. He usually dressed in suits and leather shoes.

When he was suddenly dressed in casual attire, he lost an intimidating

aura on him. He even looked like a college student.

Jasper wore a casual sweater too.

Just as the three of them stepped into the elevator, a girl rushed in after

them wearing a pink fur coat with a black A-line leather skirt and a large

necklace around her neck. She looked very trendy while chewing gum

with an unruly look on her face.

As the elevator slowly ascended to the first floor, Sylvia stepped out,

followed by Franklin and Jasper. They immediately caught many

people's attention due to their outstanding looks.

"The mall is quite warm." Since Christmas was approaching, the mall

was decorated with festive decorations such as a huge Christmas tree

at the entrance covered with small lanterns, gift boxes and small

Christmas apples hanging from it, along with countless colorful lights

flashing brilliantly.

The atmosphere of Christmas was particularly strong.

"That restaurant is located on the left side of the first floor." After

checking his phone map, Jasper said, "I heard that its taste is pretty

good; it's one of Urgford's popular restaurants so there are usually

many customers.”

“Let's go," Sylvia nodded.

Just then suddenly from not far away came an shrill scream, "How do

you walk? Don't you have eyes? Do you know how expensive my fur

coat is?"

An apologetic voice said, "I'm sorry, Miss. I didn't mean to do that; my

eyesight isn't very good..."

"Can apology solve any problem?" The harsh voice continued.

Sylvia couldn't help but look towards where this conflict originated from,

only to see that trendy girl from inside elevator!

The girl's face was filled with anger, her fingers clutching the part of her

clothes that had been dirtied. She glared at an old lady who was

bowing her head in apology, looking guilty and unsure.

"Miss, I... I can help you wash it," the old lady said.

"Wash it? Can I let your dirty hands touch my clothes? I have a date

with my friends. How am I supposed to show myself now?" The girl

yelled angrily.

The more she thought about it, the angrier she became. This outfit

wasn't cheap; she had spent 180 thousand on it! It was this year's

latest model and today was the first time she wore it. And now there

was a disgusting stain on it!

She pushed the old lady in a fit of rage.

The old lady stumbled and fell to the ground, wincing in pain as she

looked up at the furious girl. “I'm sorry. I'll compensate you. Can I

compensate you?"

Her eyesight wasn't very good; when walking just now, she accidentally

bumped into this girl and ended up smearing some pastry onto her

clothes.

She got the pastry as a reward after spending two hours selling

pastries for a girl.

She hadn't even eaten any yet.

The more she thought about it, the sadder she felt.

"Compensate? Can you afford to compensate me?" The girl glared

fiercely at the old lady. "Do you know how expensive this outfit is? Let

me tell you, even if you gave me your life savings right now, they

wouldn't be enough!”

Many passersby were shocked by what was happening around them.

Someone recognized what brand of clothing that young woman wore

and couldn't help but whisper out loud, "Oh my god! Isn't that LX

Fashion Company's Designer X's latest limited edition design? It's

worth 180 thousand!"

Hearing such an exorbitant amount of money being mentioned made

sweat beads appear on the old lady's forehead.

In her current situation, there was no way she could afford

compensation.

If only... if only she didn't leave home today...

"That's right! Ma'ma, you should kneel down and beg for mercy from

her, since you can't afford to pay anyway," someone else chimed in

mockingly.

"Ma'ma, why don't you walk properly when you're so old?"

"We don't understand rich people's world; we poor folks must stick to

our own business! So watch out. Don't mess with some big shots!"

Many passersby began laughing at the old lady.

The old lady felt both anxious and angry; waves of dizziness washed

over her until she finally collapsed onto ground with thud sound.

The pink-clad young woman kicked the old lady once before saying,

"Don't think playing possum will make me go easy on you!"

She proudly pointed to the space between her legs, “If you can crawl at

my feet today, I won't pursue it. How about that?"

The old lady lay on the ground with a pale face, her chest heaving up

and down with each breath. "Do you know who I am? I am the mother

of the president, and I..."

She looked around pleadingly at those nearby and weakly spoke up,

"Can someone kindly lend me a phone so I can call the president..."
