Su Ning nodded and handed the report that contained photos to Yin Tao. “We’ve already found that the dismemberment method didn’t come from one person, but I found out today that more than two people might have been involved. At least three types of tools were used.”

Yin Tao looked at the image on the autopsy report and realized the problem Su Ning had pointed out. “Looking at the cut on the skin and the damage to the bones, the cutting tools used are machetes, axes, and saws.”

Su Ning nodded and said, “Moreover, there’s a huge difference in the location of the cut. Other than Sun Peng’s body parts that were cut more violently, the blood in the other body parts were treated in advance. The blood vessels were very clean, and the cutting surface was relatively intact.”

“Health still comes first. Master, you can go back first. It’s almost dark. Leave the rest of the work to me.” Yin Tao pulled Su Ning up from the chair and slowly pushed him out of the autopsy lab.

“Master, rest early. See you tomorrow!” With that, Yin Tao closed the door to the autopsy lab.

Su Ning put on his glasses and shook his head helplessly. Although this young disciple of his was not that good at expressing herself, she was still very sensible. However, when Yin Tao arrived at the police station, Feng Jing was in a meeting with the police officers. Yin Tao didn’t go in to disturb him. Through the glass, she saw Feng Jing giving out orders in a serious manner.

“This person really looks like a detective.” Yin Tao did not deny that Feng Jing was very good-looking, but he always had an aura that kept people away.

Feng Jing was explaining the case when he inadvertently looked up and saw Yin Tao staring at him outside the door. Feng Jing gestured for everyone to wait and walked straight out of the door. The police officers’ attention was also attracted by Captain Feng.

Feng Jing instructed everyone on the tasks assigned to them, in preparation for further investigation on everything related to Sun Peng.

Yin Tao waited for Feng Jing until she felt a little sleepy before the meeting ended.

“Little Yin…” Feng Jing looked at Yin Tao, who was about to fall asleep, and gently walked to her side. Seeing that she had no intention of waking up, Feng Jing took off his coat and draped it over Yin Tao. Then, he sat beside her and read the case report again.
