LONELY! TXT.

( A/N: I wasn't going to publish this but since today is TXT's 2 year Anniversary, I've decided I shall 😌 )

Choi Jaewon sobbed, holding herself close together, eyes tightly shut.

I hate this

I hate this

She kept repeating the words in her head, over and over again, rocking her body back and forth.

The rain outside was bothering her more than it usually would have. Her whole house seemed to have been possessed by a ghost.

Wood was creaking everywhere, the lights had broken earlier and because of that there were some broken glass pieces. Thunder flashing outside kept illuminating shadows in the dark, and not to mention there was no one here making everything even more scary.

Jaewon was so afraid, she couldn't stop shaking. The poor girl couldn't even get up from beside her house door to dry herself off since she become wet running through the rain earlier.

"I should have stayed there...I should have stayed with Soobin." she muttered out loud, face warm but not in a good way.

She could catch a fever if she stayed like this.

She could have just stayed with Soobin and maybe she wouldn't have been alone during this time. Instead, she just had to run off like a scaredy cat.

'Thump thump'

Jaewon screamed and darted away from the door, shocked as a loud knocking sound filled the air. No, not knocking.

Pounding.

Someone was pounding frantically against the door, as if they were running from the police.

What am I doing on the floor?

Quickly forcing herself to stand up, Jaewon grabbed her kitchen knife before slowly making her way towards the door again where the 'pounding' continued.

but then she dropped the knife when she heard a familiar voice call out her name.

She immediately threw open the door and nearly cried in relief when she saw Yeonjun standing there holding a black umbrella.

She didn't think, she just did.

"Yeonjun!"

The blue hair weirdo gasped, almost dropping his umbrella as Jaewon ran into his arms, sobbing and clutching his loose shirt tightly.

Yeonjun had just been sitting inside of his home when it had started raining and he had decided to come over to Jaewon's house to see if she was okay, knowing she wasn't really good with being alone anymore.

He definitely did not expect to find her wet, weak, and scared.

"Do you want to come over to my house instead?" Yeonjun asked sweetly, noticing how there was no warmth or light inside the girl's house.

Jaewon just nodded, not trusting herself to speak.

Yeonjun didn't need her to say or do anything else.

He wrapped his arm around her and held her close to him protectively before leading Jaewon towards his house next door, making sure her own house's door was shut.

In less than 5 minutes, the pair had made it into Yeonjun's house, umbrella almost broken because of the heavy winds outside.

Making sure she was okay, Yeonjun quickly left to his room to find the girl a fresh pair of clothes since he didn't really think of it while they were still at her house.

Finding a loose black shirt and some some old sweatpants that didn't fit him anymore, Yeonjun ran back to his living room where Jaewon was sitting on the grey sofa, looking around a little flustered.

Her eyes caught sight of Yeonjun and she blushed a little, realising she had just cried in his arms yet again.

"I..I don't have anything else but hopefully this fits." Yeonjun stuttered, handing her his clothes.

Jaewon, just remembering how wet and cold she actually was, accepted the clothes embarrassed and practically ran to his room to change.

"What about Sofia?" Yeonjun sighed, nodding a little.

"Okay, see you tomorrow then." he hung up.

"Soobin and Taehyun are staying at Soobin's place and Huening is with his mom since he left school earlier than the rest of us." the blue haired boy informed Jaewon who sighed in relief.

"Thank god they're okay." she muttered, flinching as there was a loud sound of lighting outside.

"Yeah, this storm is terrible." Yeonjun said, by her side in a second.

"What about Sofia?"

Yeonjun looked away from the girl, rubbing the back of his neck before resting his back on the couch where they both were sitting.

"We don't know." he finally breathed out, looking a little nervous.

Jaewon's eyes widened, concern filling her at once.

"What do you mean you don't know?" she asked, almost jumping up.

"Soobin said she left the cafe immediately after they were done talking but he doesn't know how far her house is so he has no idea whether she made it home or not." Yeonjun replied just as another loud lighting sound came from outside.

"I hope she's okay..." Jaewon trailed off, worried.

She didn't have Sofia's new number or any other way of contact so she couldn't check herself.

Hopefully Sofia made it home to her parents and was sitting warmly inside waiting for the storm to pass.

Jaewon let out a small sneeze causing Yeonjun to jump, eyes open wide.

He blushed, embarrassed he had gotten scared like that while Jaewon smiled a little, cheeks rosy pink.

Yeonjun seemed to think for a few second before he quickly jumped up and ran to the kitchen. Confused, Jaewon's eyes followed him until he was out of eyeshot.

Crossing her arms, she sat back, comfortable in Yeonjun's loose clothes that made her very warm compared to how it was at her house.

After a few minutes of silence, Yeonjun returned from the kitchen holding 2 mugs of steaming hot chocolate and then left to bring marshmallows.

"How many?" he asked her after returning as he opened the packet of the white treat.

Jaewon giggeled, holding up 6 fingers as anticipation built up inside of her at the sight of the delicious drink.

"Here." Yeonjun said, handing her the hot chocolate.

She took it and gently blew on it before taking a small sip.

Almost at once, warmth filled her body, traveling from her mouth, down her chest, and to her stomach that growled in satisfaction. She bit her lip, enjoying the chocolate taste sinking in her tongue and mouth before looking up at Yeonjun who had put 5 marshmallows in his own mug.

"Tasty?" he asked with a grin and she nodded, happy.

Another round of silence passed, this time comfortably, as both girl and boy enjoyed drinking their hot chocolate despite the flashing and murderous rain outside.

Choi Soobin sighed for the millionth time, worry filling him as he thought of his newest 'friend', Sofia.

In all honesty, Soobin wasn't really sure she had made it home. He was worried she could be somewhere outside during this storm, maybe hiding under a bus stop or something.

All this worrying sucked, he had to do something.

Finally, Soobin sat up and looked around, sighing in relief when he noticed Taehyun was in a deep sleep, comfortably snoring a little.

Cute

He quickly grabbed his black jacket and slipped it on before putting on shoes and grabbing an umbrella.

This was a stupid idea, he knew it. But, it was better going outside into that storm than sitting here and worrying about the girl he had kinda started to like.

Soobin looked behind him.

He was really going to run out into rain and abandon this warmth and comfort.

"Sofia, you owe me." he said nervously before running outside into the heavy pouring rain.
