Chapter 1767
The Almighty Dragon General
Wilbur turned around and began leading the way.
However, no one dared to follow him.
James quickly said, âLetâs go. Weâll find the dragon if we follow him.â
With Jamesâ reassurance, the martial artists began to follow him.
Wilbur led the martial artists into the depths of the Dragonâs Abyss. It did not take long before they
reached the coast near a strait.
He pointed to the strait ahead and wrote in ancient script on the ground.
âThe dragon dwells in the strait ahead of us.â
There were quite a few people present who could read ancient scripts from thousands of years ago.
Seeing the words written by Wilbur, they became excited.
The Thunder King said, âSince we already know the dragonâs location, what are we still waiting for? Iâll
go lure the dragon out, and everyone can attack together. Iâm sure this beast canât take us all on at
once.â
After speaking, the Thunder King was about to rush into the strait.
However, Thomas dashed in front of him and blocked his path, saying coldly, âIf you want to die, donât
drag everyone else down with you.â
The Thunder King glared at Thomas and shouted, âWhat do you mean by this? Who are you to speak
to me with such impudence?â
The atmosphere immediately tensed up and became uneasy.
Thea quickly came between them and diffused the tension. âDonât act recklessly. We should discuss
this first.â
The Thunder King replied, âIâll let this go because of the Great Grandmaster. You better pay more
attention to how you speak to me in the future or Iâll tear you apart in just minutes.â
Thomas smiled faintly and did not respond.
Everyone gathered together and began discussing how to lure and kill the dragon.
Standing behind, Linna whispered, âCaptain, youâre not a reckless person. Whatâs wrong?â
âHa.â
The Thunder King sneered and whispered, âIt was all just an act.â
As he spoke, his face darkened.
âDonât go all out later. Save as much strength as possible. After the dragon is slaughtered, kill everyone
here. The dragonâs blood will be ours, and weâll become immortals. In the future, weâll be the ones that
dictate the rules in this world.â
âUnderstood.â
Linna and the other psychics nodded.
Meanwhile, James and the others were forming a plan.
Everyone suggested Thea should be the one to lure out the dragon since she was the Great
Grandmaster.
Thea was about to agree, but James pulled her behind him and stepped forward, saying, âIâll go it
instead.â
âThatâll work too.â
âWe can rest assured if youâre going since youâre stronger than Thea.â
Everyone nodded in agreement.
Callan reminded. âBe careful out there, James.â
Polaris Sectâs Archibishop also said, âDo be careful. Weâre facing a dragon. Even with our collective
strength, we might not successfully kill it.â-
Thomas also advised. âIf you face any problems, you donât have to force it.â
James nodded. âAlright. Iâll be careful.â
With that said, he left and headed to the strait before them.
He walked to the center of the strait. Standing on the waterâs surface, he suddenly dived into the sea
and disappeared from everyoneâs sight.
He kept descending into the bottomless strait. After advancing for more than a thousand meters, he still
had yet to reach the bottom.
Thus, he continued to go deeper.
When he reached about 3000 meters into the sea, he spotted some massive rocks and started looking
around. Soon, he found a cave.
The cave was enormous and was about tens of meters wide and hundreds of meters high.
He began to ponder.
According to Wilbur, the dragon has most likely hidden in the cave within this strait. He approached the
cave entrance carefully. Then, he pulled out the Primordial Dragon Sword and lightly flicked it.
A terrifying Sword Energy burst out into the deep waters and caused a tsunami.
Roar!
Suddenly, there seemed to be a loud cry from the dragon.
Seeing the disturbance in the cave before him, James knew that the dragon had awoken.
