Chapter 2117

The world had descended into chaos.

artists were all fixated on the coming battle between James and Magnus.

instead concealed themselves, waiting patiently for the providence.

After leaving the Celestial Abode and reading about the situation on Earth, James breathed a sigh of

relief. Although the situation was dire, this would be the worst it can get.

Next, he entered Mount Bane and found a secluded spot on the peak of a mountain where he sat in a

lotus position. Then, he began regulating his condition in preparation for the upcoming battle.

Three days passed in the blink of an eye. Soon, the day of the battle arrived.

At daybreak, a man walked out of Bane City. Wearing a green robe and carrying a sword on his back,

he walked firmly with determination. In the blink of an eye, he appeared at the peak of a mountain.

This mountain was not originally from Earth but instead came from the Sealed Realms. At the moment,

many mountains like this had appeared all over Mount Bane.

The man was Magnus, and his appearance created a sensation.

Countless cultivators rushed over to the mountain he was at.

Almost every martial artist of Earth had arrived and gathered at the peak of a mountain–the Omniscient

Deity, Langston Lafleur, Tyrus Lafleur, Sky, Thomas Caden, Simon Cabral, Jackson Cabral, Bennett

Caden, Callan Maverick, and many others.

“Magnus is here.”

Upon seeing Magnus who was standing at the peak of a mountain, the Omniscient Deity’s expression

turned grim, and he said, “I wonder if James can create a miracle and defeat Magnus.”

“Unlikely.” Langston shook his head slightly and said, “Although I really hope that James can emerge

victorious, the power disparity between them is too great. Magnus is already at the Immortal

Ascension’s Third Stair. No matter how insane James‘ cultivation speed is, there’s no way he can catch

up in just a month.”

Thomas wore a solemn expression.

James was one of the most distinguished members of the Cadens amongst his peers, and he was also

one of the strongest representatives of Earth. He did not wish for anything to happen to him.

“What should we do?”

However, no matter how hard he pondered, he could not think of a way.

At that moment, a beautiful woman walked over to him from a distance away. Wearing a black dress

and holding a black sword in her hand, her figure was slender, and her beauty was impeccable.

“Thea,” Thomas stepped forward and called out to her.

Thea nodded slightly and greeted him, “Grandpa.”

Anxious, Thomas said, “Thea, James‘ fate depends on you.”

Wearing a surly expression, Thea sighed and said, “There are rumors that Magnus is at the Immortal

Ascension’s Third Stair. Although I can defeat cultivators who have only just reached the Immortal

Ascension stage, I stand no chance against an Immortal Ascension Third Stair.”

Although she had cultivated the Four–Quadrant Art, which would greatly increase her strength in a

short amount of time by activating the Four Holy Beasts‘ power, she was nonetheless still too weak.

She would stand a chance against Magnus if she was at least at the Herculean’s Fourth Layer.

However, as she had only recently crossed into the Herculean rank, the Four–Quadrant Art would not

be able to compensate for the power disparity.

“What should we do then?” Thomas furrowed his eyebrows and asked, “Are we simply going to sit by

the sidelines and watch James get killed?”
