“James,” Lucifer’s voice rang out again.

James returned from his thoughts and looked at him.

Lucifer said, “You were able to get here. That means you have the token to the Dragon Abyss. Open the

Dragon Abyss now. I want to go inside, find the Dragon Vein, and transplant it into my body.”

Quintína could not help but say, “The Dragon Vein has been around since ancient times. Can you

transfer it into your own body?”

Lucifer gave a small smile and said, “I have a way. You don’t need to be concerned about that.”

James knew very little about the Dragon Vein. He also had no idea how Lucifer was going to transfer it

into his body. These, however, did not directly concern him. All he needed to do now was enter the

When James saw that the passage had opened, he put the token away and strode up to the passage

ahead.

Quintina trailed behind him. She said, “This Lucifer person is insane. I’ve never heard of the Dragon Vein

being able to be transferred into a body before.”

James said, “His father was the Demon Emperor, a powerhouse of the Grand Emperor rank. He must

have quite a few things the Grand Emperor left behind. He’s more terrifying than any prodigy.”

Currently, James did not understand the rank of Grand Emperor. What he did know was that the Celestial

Abode he was holding belonged to one. As the son of a Grand Emperor and an heir to one, he must

have had a large collection of treasures and mastered sacrilegious methods as well.

If Lucifer made his way to Earth and clashed with him, he would be a formidable foe.

Quintina said nothing else. She followed behind James, and they both entered the Dragon Abyss.

As soon as they stepped inside, James felt a primal force embrace him. This force was very powerful

Vein. If Lucifer actually moved the Dragon Vein into his body, would an endless stream of energy be

The two quickly moved forward. They soon reached the center of the island and climbed the highest

mountain.

On top of the mountain, ten beams of light were shooting into the clouds.

Pointing at the light beams ahead, Quintina said, “This is Mount Dragonvein. The Dragon Vein lies deep

underground. And this is where cultivators have come to cultivate throughout history. Father said that this

place is only open once every fifty years. Each time, only ten people may cultivate. All the Dragon
