Xianna said, “I saw Walganus coming to look for you, so I turned back around and waited outside. I

didn’t come inside until he left. Why did he come to see you?”

James did not hide things from her and told her about their entire conversation.

Hearing this, Xianna fell into thought.

James asked, “Your Majesty, are there really two people fated for these two treasures? Are the

swordsmanship inheritance and the Curse Magic destined for two different people?”

Xianna shook her head and said, “I’m not quite sure. The late Empress never told me about such

things. She only mentioned a fated one but did not say when this person would appear. Neither did she

mention if there were more than one person.”

Hearing this, James did not overthink things.

Having reached this point, he could only take one step at a time.

Xianna briefly chatted with James, then left.

After leaving, Xianna met up with the Sword Master again and told her about the matter. The two

discussed the situation again.
