He had been watching James’ every move. Kai refused to let James go after losing the bid for the

Tribulation Liquid.

As soon as James left the auction venue, he was blocked by a middle-aged man.

The middle-aged man was about forty years old and wearing a gray robe. His chubby face was grim.

James’ brows furrowed.

The man trying to stop James was none other than Kai.

Kai stretched his hand out and said coldly, “Hand it over.”

Kai?”

James turned around and saw Yulia walking out of the auction venue.

She walked over and stood in front of James. Glaring at Kai, she said, “You’re in Elixir City, the territory

of the Elixir Pavilion. How dare you pick a fight in Elixir City?”

“Ms. Oscar, my affairs have nothing to do with you.”

Although Kai was afraid of the Elixir Pavilion and the Oscar family’s powerhouses, Yulia did not pose a

threat to him.

“He’s a distinguished guest of the Oscars. You’ll face the consequences if you lay hands on him.”

Kai snorted coldly and said, “He’s already left the Oscars’ auction house. What’s going on now? Do the

Oscars intend to protect him?”

Yulia said, “Yes. The Oscars will protect him.”

James looked at Yulia. He never expected her to be such a decent person. She clearly knew Kai was

the Spiritual Realm’s Lord, but she still stood her ground to defend him.

“The Tribulation Liquid is mine.”

Kai’s expression darkened, and potent energy erupted from his body.

force and was forced to back away.

Emperor Jabari was enraged by the situation.

Soul Power. However, he could easily recover much of his Soul Power since they had obtained the

Tribulation Liquid.

Upon returning to the Elixir Mansion, James went to the courtyard and teleported into the Celestial

Abode.

“You’re amazing, Emperor Jabari.”

Inside the Celestial Abode, James gave Emperor Jabari a thumbs up and could not help but praise

him.

even surpass me to become an Ancestral God.”
