intended to get involved in the Primeval Age’s torrid affairs, nor did he want to involve himself with

He had already broken Sienna’s heart and now, he was forced to get involved with Melinda.

More importantly, he even became Mount Nothingness’ Master, and promised to fulfill the Holy Master

“What brings you here?”

She was afraid of exposing their relationship if she let slip that he was her father.

James nodded lightly and said, “Hadad came to see me. He gave me two options. I am to either marry

Melinda or die.”

Winnie’s expression immediately became grim.

“It’s been a while since I joined Mount Heavenly Path. Although I’ve only met Hadad a few times, I

know a bit about his personality. He is a very shrewd person. You must’ve shown great potential, so if

he can’t get you to submit to him, he’ll definitely get rid of you. He’s trying to tie you to Mount Heavenly

Path by marrying you with Melinda.”

James nodded. He was well aware of Hadad’s intentions.

Winnie looked at James and asked. “What do you plan to do?”

After a brief pause, James replied. “I’m not sure yet. Hadad didn’t set a date for the wedding, so I’ll take

the opportunity to leave Mount Heavenly Path and train outside for some time.”

Winnie frowned and said, “You want to train outside? Where are you planning to go? Mount Heavenly

Path is the core of this universe. Where can you possibly escape to?”

James said, “I’m not trying to escape. I merely want to train outside of Mount Heavenly Path. I’ve

James already formulated a plan.
